Well, technically Bajiquan is Kung Fu. Its a catch all term meaning hard work. Sword, spear, fist, meditation, all falls under the banner.
Considering Li Shuwen has an A+++ on liuhe Quan, and A+++ is supposedly an "unseen of" tier rank, I don't imagine Lu Bu or most anyone would have as much skill as Li in Chinese martial arts.
... It honestly should be immediately apparent why that shouldnt be the case, given how derivitive Li Shuwen's work actually was. Lu Bu was one of the martial artists of the age, to the point where his other abilities are outright glossed over.
