Shame. Pretty much the third best anime of this spring season (used to be second best, until it settles into an semi-episodic routine while Sound! Euphonium been getting better and better). Although admittedly it gets a bit flat after the third episode (which is freaking epic in how it is directed - the dialogue, the visuals, the music... it's amazing how they all enhance each other to make a very epic scene).

It's basically if Baccano! and Cowboy Bebop has a child in the form of Japanese Gangster Man-In-Black: the Anime.

HOLY SHIT I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO SAYS THAT!

Two, I haven't seen Bebop, and I've only seen some of Baccano about two years ago. I need to watch the rest of it but it keeps slipping my mind.

Hell, at this point you can friggin turn off your nerves to ignore pain, regenerate pretty good, control your blood, harden and form it into weapons (Deadman Wonderland style) with your range on that being about ten feet, you can mess with your bone structure to pull of Bleach Hierro bullshit as long as your enemy can't pull out something with force like an anti-tank rifle (Then again this is Academy City so your probably not too safe), and mess with your adrenaline.

if we can manipulate our Blood can we use it in a way simalr to the Black blood in Soul eater? Like using it like armor, using blood control to stop bleeding (both external and internal), infecting other people with your blood to tear them apart from the inside.

also does the blood we control revert back to normal if we dont focus on it or can we keep it

Well, if it means anything, Kekkai Sensen is shorter with only twelve episodes, not counting last week's recap episode.

It reverts back to normal if we don't focus on it. And now we can't use our blood as armor, though we can do the other stuff.
 
[X] Get your murder crew... errr... your allies together. Biribiri would definitely help out with this if she knew, Misaki would probably help if you asked, and your little sis might be able to get ITEM involved or at least convince them not to work for the people running the experiment and thus not get in the way. With this elite crew at your disposal, gather enough evidence to ensure that Judgement can shut this illegal experiment down with as little fuss as possible.

Easy solution, have her meet the Sisters face to face.

We don't even need to explain. Misaka doesn't need much of an excuse to chase us around if she has no pressing commitments.

Anti-Skill, no, they might not be in on it, but their bosses are behind it. You'd be getting them into trouble. They are also likely to want us 'kids' to butt out and leave it to the adults.
Judgement...our own office might help, but as a greater organization they have the same issues as Anti-Skill.

I don't think getting a SISTER is going to be easy. Remember, they didn't really go walking around AC until the tests started being held outside the facilities.

Then I guess we'll have to rely on stealth and Misaka jamming their comms/hacking so we don't end up arrested.
 
does any one thing that this is part of floaty guy plan
if we shut this down then the Sister would be distributed all over the world in even greater number than in canon, and floaty plan for doing it was to spread the AIM field all over the world so that he can tell magic to go fuck it self

I don't really care about Crowley's nebulous world spanning plans. We're just in this to help out a bro, and because not stopping the murder of 10,000 clones is really freaking bad. If anything, it's a good thing, since the keikaku* is on our side.

What will happen to Last Order then, IIRC she approached Accel before her 'tuning' was it? Before it was completed, so her body was a body of a loli.

If we shut it down hastily then she wouldn't exist at all

That wont happen, since the actual purpose of the Level 6 shift project was to fail so Crowley could spread the SISTER network all over the globe.

Apparently he was gonna stop it even if Touma and Misaka wouldn't have interfered or found out.

And also to raise the SISTER network strength through conflict stimulated growth. The Sisters' starting power is just level 2. They improved while fighting Accelerator.

it didn't
in the novel, it still working, it just haven't finish yet, it took a long time for the AIM field to get dense enough
WW3 show that it can reach from Japan to Russia when Kazakiri decide to go and help and that took a few month at least, it going to be years before it can cover the globe

Well Crowley is a guy that win or lose,He still go further with his plan.

About this situation,In rail gun manga,We need both mental out and rail gun to pull perfect crime.

Maybe we can use Misaki cult to spot the sisters around academy city.

Ask Kuroko for help with her teleportation and Uiharu is good enough in hacking til stalemate with Misaka electronic manipulation.

We can use Konori scan the lab and Kuroko to teleport too.
