Panties, Revolution. Big Drawers. Parachute.
To be fair, this is a safe turn.
But I will be counting on you when Plan Pyramid arises. Don't fail me.
Depends. Is it a Mayan Blood-Pyramid-thing or an actual Egyption one?But I will be counting on you when Plan Pyramid arises. Don't fail me.

Silly panda, we will, build towers and destroy pyramidsTo be fair, this is a safe turn.

Well, apparently blood sacrifice can give us A&F so it'd be both, right?Depends on whether I'm raising it spitefully or gloriously.
We'll see.
We all thought Veekie was the safer plan last turn, let's not bait the dice gods okay?
That's like saying you'll do something to him. It could mean anything.

YAY, ABERNATHY IS HERE
Approve of my plan, we'll wait for the third ,and then...
It. Is. Time.
I assume @mc2rpg would approve. He's a keen sort.

Abby Approving Veekies plan did not Save this thread From Octo-sex, or the mighty predations of the ninjafish.
do not get cocky.
Remember when a tree got Harzivan'd?
I would just like to point out that if we'd created an Ur-Monster instead of a regular one, it would've been cheaper for us to regain our Avatar.
Remember when a tree got Harzivan'd?
Also, I see a critical lack of Studying the Past in these plans. We risked and payed so much for knowledge or Rituals and Omens. We must have more.
So we can't just slap Aspect of Humanity on an octopus crossbreed and get cephalids out of it? Well, very, very tiny cephalids, given that our available octopi are tiny and adorable. But I'd be cool with a race of six-inch octopus people. I had thought that putting humanity aspects into animals would make them intelligent, but perhaps I've misunderstood the inheritance system.I want to highlight that creating a truly aquatic race is difficult at this point. Pure monster bases are animals, and unintelligent save for whatever aspects we add. They cannot worship. Pure demispirit bases don't have easy access to waterbreathing, since our GM had stated that Water aspect humans would basically have the breath holding ability of a dolphin, enough to go out to sea for long stretches, but not enough to exclusively live underwater.

If Water humans just get super-lungs, could we stack additional water-related traits on them to make them truly aquatic without going into animal traits? It'd be more expensive, but well within our abilities to stack Ocean Affinity and/or Spirit of the Sea on top of Classical-Water. At some point they've got to get so much water in them that living there exclusively becomes feasible.
They'd still be monsters at this point, which measn animal-level intelligence. Likely they'll reach the level of chimps, but they're still unlikely to count as a useful worship-base.So we can't just slap Aspect of Humanity on an octopus crossbreed and get cephalids out of it? Not quite. We would still lack the glory that is the giant isopod. Look into those deep, silver eyes and tell me you don't want to have lice the size of a dinner plate.we've already got fish and octopus down there.
all we need is a sea slug, and some sort of reptile and were set.
