I don't think it's just perception anymore though.

Sure seems like that could apply defensively against appropriately themed spiritually attacks, for example.

For more info, Intensive focus seems derived from EPC (or so some people are saying).

I am not sure what your problem with the advanced Skill is?

The description might sound less 'awesome/magical' than Sable Grace, but the same is true for Woodwind and we dont have any problem with that one.
