So this is late, but at least it got done. Unlike some other stuff I'm supposed to be working on, saying that I figure I'll throw the question out here. How do you guys get through writer's block? I get about 350 words into something that should end up being around 1.5k and just can't come up with anything else.

Anyway nothing for chapter 5 but chapter 6 gets me Florida Man's boss punches whale in the eye! Claims "It stole my special seat!", Florida Man swallowed by whale. Says that he met a terrifying geriatric inside. and Florida Man crashes boat off coast, accuses Coast Guard of not posting iceberg warnings. Don't wanna overuse the "Florida Man's boss" though, Luffy just does too much stupid shit and this is supposed to be about Cross.

Didn't get anything out of chapter 7 either but I got Florida Man gets in drunken city wide brawl. Loots $50 million! out of chapter 8.

Hmm, I guess I'll have to give that a go at some point, or I might see if the old standby of sleep-deprivation then half a litre of cowboy coffee still works for me.

Moving on I got nothing for chapter 9 because I got distracted actually reading the story rather than going through it for material but here's chapter 10's joke. Florida Man arrested for creating bioweapon. Claims snail provided the recipe.

Chapter 11 was funny enough on it's own, I don't think I need to add anything to it and for chapter 12 making fun of somebody with cholera running their mouth is below even my admittedly low standards. Didn't really get anything from 13 or 14 either, there was quite a bit of srs bsns in those chapters and I'm afraid to make jokes about Kureha, she'll find me.

Instead of Blocks, I more often get self-induced derails because I don't bother planning very far.
I attempted to remedy this by actually making an outline for once. Also, make sure well in advance that I can see myself enjoying writing said idea.

I do have a whole bunch of other ideas just collecting dust, though partially because my main fic is too enjoyable.
 
So, back working on the headlines today, I got through chapter 15 with no inspiration but I did find a bit in 16. Gang found unconcious. Florida Man claims he was used as a weapon.

Got a bit distracted by actually reading the story instead of looking for jokes again. That said my contribution to chapter 20 is Florida Man arrested for tackling endangered vulture. Accuses animal in question of kidnapping snail.

Chapter 24 gets us Florida Man found strapped to operating table. Demands police find the reindeer that was going to vivisect him.

That's all I got today folks, I'm sure someone will come up with some kind of worthwhile discussion in the meantime.

Given your incredible writing speed so far, even if you drop output to, say, one every two months, you'd still have delivered a very good average writing time for the forseeable future.

Plus, readers can damn well take your name as an example.

Hey, getting a 10k chapter out within a month alone is very impressive, let alone the fact you're pulling that and more off every sunday. I'm certainly not impatient at all for you guys to release, feel free to take as long as you feel is needed. RL comes first anyway.
 
They're all lying, We can't wait at all, due to how good this stuff is.

They're just saying it to make you guys feel better.

It's ok, it gives us more time to stiffen our necks for the oncoming trauma.

Too bad Re:zero continues to work at tearing my soul apart on Sundays as well..
