Well, that, too, is an ending. But there is an after-credits scene.
The camera pans down to reveal the attendant tied up and gagged while Silas furiously hacks at the control panel with a crowbar, trying to keep the whole thing from coming back down until he books the next plane out of the country.
"Hey!" Someone calls out to him from behind. Silas freezes. He recognizes the voice.
"What'cha doing, Ya - mi - ga - wa - kun~?"
He knows his sins have caught up with him as he feels slender fingers grip his wrist. In his last remaining moments as a bachelor, he whispers the only prayer for salvation he knows.
"Failsafe override".
THE END.
The sequel takes place in the underground city of Miyao-3, where a massive conspiracy tries to take control over the world by pretending that the thermonuclear meltdown of Antarctica fifteen years ago was the harbinger for an alien invasion.
[X] [REACT] Yumika lets Silas convince her to go home.
[X] [BONUS] Her Trust
... I mean as funny as it would be to see like week 12 when Silias realizes he's some kinda Harem Protagonist for Yanderes or something I mean I see several weeks down the line when he's invited to eat with Maeda again and vague consperious stuff Silias knowing that she's big about holding onto the peace just spills this huge problem he's having when she questions why there's like 5~ other parties watching their conversation happening.
"I found out I'm a Harem Protagonist..."
"... wow so the rumors were actually true?"
"A Yandere Harem Protagonist."
"Oh no."
"Ignoring uhm secret conspiracy stuff, is there any sort of plan for this? The guides online only go so far, and most of them aren't... helpful... or reasonable... or possible."
"... if I was part of some shadowy conspiracy, I'd be embarrassed to admit that we don't have plans for that outside of 'suddenly amnesia'. And considering some of the people involved... that doesn't seem like a good idea."
"Oh no."
"I guess... just avoid boats?"
"...you saw it too!? Oh man -"
*Otaku moments happen, Surprise Otaku reveal!*
I guess we'd also probably have a new meter *Yandere Alert Level* or something for how... dangerous they're getting.
*Defcon 1* - War has broken out, Silias in hiding as multiple shadow faction forces are used by members to fight over him. Oops?
*Defcon 2* - Skirmishing begins. Can peace be restored, or will the school... soon followed by the city at large brake out into war? And not over the matters they've been preparing for and dealing with, no the forces at large are not prepared for such a small matter to escalate out of control. Then again perhaps Big Sis was just too good at hiding things...?
Stuff like that I guess. Crap I'm giving good arguments to go for it. Oh no. Waaait no she doesn't want to be Yandere. Best argument against it.
If we're talking about Yandere Alert Levels, why not use string?
RED STRING OF LOVE: The Yandere Harem has reached supercritical, and the slaughter can no longer be prevented. One of the harem Yandere's or multiple has begus actively seeking out murder as a solution
ORANGE STRING OF ADORATION: The Yandere Harem has reached critical levels, but wholesale slaughter can potentially be prevented. One or multiple yandere's have decided to utilize violence to achieve personal romantic goals.
YELLOW STRING OF AFFECTION: The Yandere Harem is sub-critical, and slaughter is unlikely. One or multiple Yandere's have embraced force as a means to achieve personal romantic goals, but no physical violence has yet occured.
GREEN STRING OF ATTRACTION: The Yandere Harem is cool and composed, slaughter is very unlikely. No known Yandere has targeted another Yandere for some time, and tensions are low. Force is at socially acceptable levels.
BLUE STRING OF ACCEPTANCE: The Yandere Harem is folding in on itself, slaughter is becoming impossible. One or multiple Yandere's have fallen in love with the other Yandere's in the harem, and the relationship matrix is growing increasingly complex and stable.
BLACK STRING OF CUTE DROME: The Yandere Harem has been replaced with Shinohara Hana. Shinohara Hana is the only girl we need. She is the strongest, and also the cutest. All Yandere's hail Shinohara Hana. All peoples support her goals. Hana is the best! Hana is the best! Hana is the best!

Let's also add a hypothetical
WHITE STRING OF PURITY: Only a single, stable Yandere is active at the time; relationship matrix reached an equilibrium, making violence a purely theoretical outcome.
BROWN STRING OF HIVEMIND: The Yandere's have merged their consciousness into one form, forming a Yandere hivemind with an obsession over Silas. They think together, forming an internal consensus in order to present one uninterrupted train of thought. The hivemind does not sleep, nor does it feel mercy. Only love for Silas, and hatred for those who would threaten their time with him.

If you're talking texture and paint, yes. All of the visible light spectrum would produce a white color, though.
Of course, if I tried dumping every color of paint onto the same place, it would probably be brown and gross, so perhaps that's a meta-commentary of the futility of man.

Then why are you? Even Dorima wonders that. Is it just to distract yourself?
Doesn't look like a group assignment, judging from Silas and Hana working on it all on their own. Maybe she just took pity on our resident tsundere, but that brings up the question where Allen is. Abandoning your new crush friend at a time of need, tsk-tsk!
"Fuck you, B-Plus-chan," Dorima growled, pouting. Yumika always kind of regarded her as a bit of a rugged, stray, easily-irritable cat. Or maybe one of those gangster magical girls in that DNK* Project game.
B-plus, eh? I figured Yumika was the type of student who had As all around. But that's probably Maeda, what with her being a Class Rep.
I wonder how the rest of Drama measure up. I know Rakuyama is bad at math (which probably makes Reizei no good at it either, since otherwise he'd tutor her), and Hana is struggling with Amberrish, but other than that, nothing.
What do our grades look like?
Also, gangster magical girls? Is that a reference to what I think it is a reference for? But then the "DNK* Project" bit makes me confused, because it doesn't ring a bell even assuming that the name got altered due to faux-licensing issues alternate universe shenanigans.
"Don't blame sensei for that! She did go over them the day before..." Yumika turned back to her own worksheet. Naturally, the questions had been based on the types of problems the class had missed last time.
Wait, when did the class miss anything? Is this because of the PE disaster with Toyotomi earlier this week? How long did the class take to get back to lessons?
Or was there something else that made them skip that particular lesson?
I wonder who keeps messenging her, and what about. Drama Club business? Family matters?
Just when you thought taking her perspective could help us learn more about her, she chooses to ignore it!
There was no one left in the hallway. With a few quick, deft movements, Yumika grabbed Silas by the arm and pushed him into a nearby empty room, spinning around, closing the door, and locking it.
Hey, we need that shiny Subterfuge skill! Do you have any better candidates in mind?
Maybe Rakuyama, she seemed appreciative of the gesture even when we got caught. Might run into some problems with her overseer, though.
"I don't suppose you're going to start forming a tent with your fingers and saying 'and it will all go according to the Scenario', now? Because at that point I might have to bury ya before Sai-kun becomes Psycho-kun."
Big Sister was Big Sister - she couldn't be killed. Invincibility was in the very definition of Big Sister! You can't kill something that exists forever and everywhere! And for Evil Yumika to just make a claim like that… how arrogant!
"I'd like to see you try," the words, menacing and biting, materialized almost all by themselves.
Alright, fine! This may have been a good advice... for Sai-kun. But this is exactly the kind of situation Psy-kun thrives in!
I just hope we get to keep our wits about us when the time comes. And memories, too.
She hesitated. Am I really comfortable talking to Silas about this? She wondered. I've only known him for a few weeks. And he does have that whole creepy-innocence vibe around him all the time. Not to mention all the random nonsense words he mumbles under his breath when he thinks no one is listening. Why should I trust him to…
The way Yumika and Silas clicked is nigh inexplicable; even Maeda has commented on it. The Transfer Student magic alone does not account for this. But in our dreams, Yumika was the first person we met from Platoon 4-1. Could it be that this relationship has persisted since that time?
...what nonsense words? Is she talking about our communications with BigSis, or about something else? We did have some, ah, episodes lately.
It's probably the former.
"L-Lost is… it's a lot more… absolute t-than what you have with Hana-chan! Lost means dead, a-at the bottom of the ocean, disintegrated into p-particles, or filled with bullet holes. Hana-chan isn't lost! P-People are never lost so long as t-they're alive!"
Indeed. The only circumstances you truly can't apologize to someone is when they are dead. Which, if you turn it around, means that saying someone is lost is like saying 'they are dead to me', or 'it's futile anyway, so not worth making the effort'. That must have pissed Silas off something fierce.
Or, in other words, "you know nothing about me". Ouch.
It's true, though. Despite Yumika being highest on our REL list and therefore our closest friend, we still know relatively little.
Thankfully, both contenders for the current choice promise change.
Sooo... we have the Club meeting, then both our Afterschool actions are taken by studying with Hana, which means our next available actions will be on the Weekend? Might as well think about what we are doing then. I'd suggest coming up with some kind of solution for the forums, or at least a stop-gap measure.
By the way, Hana meant to take the phone from us after the event:
"Good." That alone seemed to satisfy her. "There's an internet browser, some navigation apps, and some games, if you want. I'll take this back when we meet up at the Hypermall, whenever that'll be. Check MiiMessage often. It's not locked."
I'm not really a fan of Yumika as a love interest. Aside from the whole Yandere thing, the way Silas idolizes her and the way she helicopters everyone makes her feel to much like Big Sis 2.0. I really don't think it's a good relationship that will let Silas grow as an independent individual. Also, something about her just feels very like the default choice. I feel that she's the girl Silas is "expected" to go for, and that makes her much less appealing to me.
By the way, Hana meant to take the phone from us after the event:
I don't know if she ever got to it, since we left very abruptly. In fact, we had it just this morning...
...but then Hana was last seen using it:
so I assume we returned it before heading to class and are now phoneless.
I seem to recall that after we met up during the outing, she told us we could continue borrowing her phone and she'd keep using her mom's phone. But yeah, we need to get our own phone as soon as we can.
I've gotten similar impressions, but at the same time, Yumika's not exactly a bad waifu for Silas, and it'd make sense for him to naturally get along best with people who reflect Big Sis in some way, seeing how major she is in his life and how much he admires her.
I still prefer Hana-chan, and will be voting to turn Yumika down if she confesses, but the romantic tilt of the relationship should be interesting to read about and useful for maintaining the core of our little group as the SELF grows larger and becomes further under attack/scrutiny by the Foundation.

As someone who plays a fair amount of Visual Novels, they're all a very 'default' choice. Consider:
Tsundere - Dorima
(Sad) Childhood friend - Nanami
Genki Girl with Secret - Yumika
Dark Girl with Tragic Past - Shinohara
Aloof Class Rep - Maeda
We're very much in a high school anime, so the Tropes are fairly well known. Luci has done a really good job of making each of these characters distinct from each other and their archetypes, but still the archetypes remain. I personally lean towards the Childhood Friend archetypes, and if we had seen her more I'd bet Nanami would look even more like the 'default' choice. Although there'd be commensurate more investment in her, so maybe that balances out. *shrug*
I think Silas and Yumika will be good for each other; She helps him with socials and he helps her with her stress responses.
