Basically it means that if you ever ask the Mechanicus for anything, they will give it. Also, it means that you have a fair bit of political capital with them that you can expend to do things they frown upon such as innovate rapidly or disassemble DAOT tech to reverse engineer, although that last one would be a bit harder to do.
 
why the hell Dorn giving us artworks? also a bit surprised Fulgrim not mentioned anything about us? we are after all his rival. (Artwise)
 
Hmm it got me thinking... we have a Ork infested system that FOUR Primarchs can't take and on the other hand we have fresh Xenos with their own armies and fleets that just joined the Empire and they need to prove themselfs to humanity.

Why don't use this opportunity to spat in the face of Lorgal and all hardcore Xenophobes and attack and take the Lave V WITH the Ruoult Fleets and Army? This way we show Lorgar 'You couldn't take a system that Xenos could take, happy now?'

Not sure if your joking, or being serious. These are Xenos that specialize as Anti-Daemon not Anti-Ork, their just as likely to die as the Space Marines if not more vulnerable. Spending their lives foolishly on Orks, is as bad as Churchill throwing away lives at Gallipoli. Let us use them wisely.

Not quite, you see the Orks here have claimed more lives over the course of a longer time. We lost 80 thousands Marines on the station in the matter of days.

Edit: @Daemon Hunter, can you tell us how the Second Legion primarch died in this universe? His name? His Legion's specialty?

I believe that if we build both of these upgrades that Perterabo will be smug and secretly ecstatic. While we don't need to do it this turn, I would put getting the first upgrade pretty high on our to do list.
