[X] integrate into the Imperium

Perhaps to assuage fears for example

@Daemon Hunter
Perhaps as a means of assuaging fears from the populace they are required to send a double tithe of soldiers to the Imperium ear marked for deployment against daemonic and chaotic targets?

mmm

How warrior culture are they?

[X] Integrate into the Imperium
-[X] To demonstrate their commitment to the cause of rationality within the galaxy Kesar asks that there be a doubling of recruitment upon their worlds until such time as Kesar (barring that his successor as commander of the Eternal Wardens) or his father the Emperor deems that their commitment has been demonstrated beyond a shadow of the doubt. These recruits will be earmarked for high risk operations where the countering of monstrous foes such as Daemons are top priority.

Ok one major problem with the Imperium is the lack of sharing of knowledge among organizations and people. Seriously the knowledge we have can help a lot of people.

Second the best way to deal with xenophobia is to have humans regularly meet Xenos. Somewhat peaceful and demon hating Xenos is a great first start.

[X] Write-In: Mutual Partnership - Although Kesar cannot integrate them into the Imperium of Man, the XI Primarch is more than willing to enter a partnership with them; be it sharing knowledge of the Warp and means to counter Chaos, in return he is willing to lend assistance to them in similar matters.

I'm not to up on my 30k but just how xenophobic is the rest of the Imperium at this point? I mean given that this is even an option at all it can't be as bad as 40k but that still leaves a wide range of attitudes. There is also the problem that at the end of the day I don't know if the Big E will even care given how laid back and passive he is in this story.

More wary of outsiders since some have been taking advantage of humans. It's not near the level in 40k. Heck Horus offered a xenorace membership into the Imperium.

Sounds like it should.
i hope you saw my geomancy omake, currently, i am thinking about a psyker order focused on discovering such spots, and is it allowed? i do not have your plans on psi buildings so i am asking you to clarify your position.

Laers were considered to a vessel race by pencil pushers of Imperium(they decided that it will be far less costly if they do just that), but Fulgrim refused a lot. Current Imperium considers Magical orangutans as a protected race because they give them shiny Digiweapons.

More variable, but pretty bad in a lot of areas.

The "deprivations of the xenos" have soured opinion in many quarters, but as Nurgle says not nearly so bad yet, and in some area's it can even be positive.

IIRC there was old lore that said emps never made a kill all xenos policy it was just that many primarchs decided too which is how it was set in stone. Dunno how canon that is now though.

Um...can we make them like some kind of semi-autonomous vassal state? Like Spain did with the Tlaxcala tribe when they agreed to help overthrow the Aztecs? You know special privileges but still less than a proper citizen?

Maybe one of the options should be to contact the emperor?

This reminds me of this:

I think that Emperor was fine with Xenos as long as they aren't threat to humanity.
That's what I remember.

Problem is he never set any boundaries on what counted as a threat etc. etc.

Some races did need to be dealt with, i.e. the Nephelim, but others like the rather peaceful Demiurg?

Nah not even.

Emperor in his best wise guy voice: "DO WHAT YOU WANT I DON'T CARE I'M TAKIN A SHIT!"

But, seriously I think either we take em into our demanse or integrate them if we want the best results long term, cause I think we found our auxiliaries for daemon hunting.

@Daemon Hunter should I repeat question?

Sorry about that. For how warrior culture they are, it's about the same as Valhalla. The vast majority participate in military service.

Also, @SouvikKundu , saw the Omakes but I can't give rewards because I am on mobile.

Btw how those aliens look like ???

Not a problem, but my main question was the double service tithe?

Effectively double recruitment rate for their planets and ear mark the recruits for "high risk operations" AKA helping us cleanse chaos cults and daemon worlds.

Would this
1. Be something they would agree too. They get to fight and kill daemons after all.
2. Be something that would assuage at least some of the xenophobic paranoia (arguments that we're spending alien lives instead of human ones if needed.)

That should work. There will be a roll which will be pretty easy because of very good diplomacy rolls earlier. If it fails, worst that happens is it just likely delays the absorption. It would help mitigate the xenophobia as well.

[X] Write-in
-[X] Draft a treaty of alliance and non-aggression. In exchange for the right to exist, trade, and and travel throughout the Imperium the Xenos shall be designated as a vassal or client race and shall contribute troops and resources to our conflict against non-allied races and daemons. Any matters of technological trade shall be left in the hands of the Adeptus Mechanicus subject to veto by the emperor of man. If agreed to the Xenos shall be granted those technologies that will improve their daily lives (nothing military) in exchange for any and all technologies of their own which will contribute to either the war effort or the well being of the Imperium. They must also acknowledge the will of the emperor as absolute. They also cannot make treaties with other races without Imperial approval.

For those looking to integrate them, please add this to reduce the penalties and increase their utility.

@Daemon Hunter Do they follow any problematic religion that we can identify?

Have we mentioned the Imperial Truth to them and if we have do they seem interested?

AKA HAVE THEY HEARD THE GOOD WORD OF THE EMPEROR!

They don't seem to have any problematic religions. AKA none related to the warp. When they heard of the Imperial Truth, they were worried but Scafrir rolled high enough to assuage their fears.

Also so far all plans have been valid
