I am shortly home and on a PC and can look into those numbers.

But what happened? Last trade we got rid of (some) dept and now we will triple it instead?
We're doing some very expensive stuff, like building and maintaining Huge Forge Hives and Grand Cathedrals, setting up a Titan Manufactorum, and rebuilding our devastated military after the destruction of the Tyranid Hive Fleet. It'll be worthwhile in the end, particularly since Huge Hives and Huge Forge Hives will allow for our population to grow a large amount, producing more thrones and other resources, but it's pretty punishing for now.

we....might have overextended our eco a bit......oops.

its usually a bad idea to stall out your eco to basically 0 (technically sub-zero, but thank God we got trade to pay for things)....

then again, if it doesn't happen now it might not be practical to get such a huge upgrade (and make ourselves vulnerable in the middle of a war) for literally a century.

The eldar webway, but it did also involve building original webway too. This original webway wasn't as secure as the eldar's webway, hence why I called it knock-off webway, but it was still actual webway that humanity built. (What they lacked was the materials to build secure webway, not the methods.)
Where's your source on that? Because all I'm getting is that the Emperor intended to use the Eldar's Webway not make his own from scratch.

We're dealing with very nasty EM and Throne deficits, both of which we desperately need to counter over the 50 year gap. This is not sustainable.

I do not say that it is not bad but that I could not follow the speardsheets on my phone.

But you are right. All the plan is buying is thrones and EM while selling everything else. But our current reserves of Prom are 1,044,064 MILL with the plan putting us in 24,450 MILL defizit per year! Not per turn! Without accumulating any additional obligations or building anything that cost Prom we will run out in 42 years.

So I must implore you to change the plan again so we can endure till next trade.

Didn't people repeatedly keep pointing out that going into serious debt is a serious issue. It feels like people are ignoring major issues just to focus on the positive while ignoring the unpleasant reality. People need to be freaking patient instead of constantly chasing the shinies every change they get.

The thing is the huge hives pay for themselves eventually. Like when the AM Hug hive comes online we will get like 72 million AM a year after tithe. Which means we no longer have to import AM. The Em huge hive would have paid for itself but the psyker hunter expansion is 500,000 Em a year. So now EM is our bottle neck. Also our population will double in 82 years at current growth rate. Which means more taxes and resources. So while in the short term or next 50 years we will have to import a lot of thrones and EM mid to long term we are ok.

That has never worked. At least this time we do not have enough income to buy any shinies.

I went over the numbers as well and there is little to non I could do on the numbers. We are quite simply broke...

[X] Plan High Council 41 Trading

[X] Plan High Council 41 Trading

The plan is to Admin Efficiency and Education the crap out of our Administratum actions, since the new Hive will take decades to fill. Those should buy some time.

Okay so update my spreadsheet. One thing I noticed was that EM and AM prices went up while everything else seemed to drop and juvenat dropped by quite a bit. Will have to check to make sure juvenat is still profitable to trade. So whatever we do we have to stop our AM and EM deficit spending, this trade session should be our final warning in regards to that!

Updated sheet is here

Edit- good news is juvenat is still a profit generator even if needing to import 100% of the costs

edit 2- anyone know the costs for Knight Titans that we produce for Asgard?

The cost of knight titans is so minuscule we have not kept track of it for years.

e: Reduced Promethium exports slightly, and only to prevent us from running out of Promethium during the timeskip. Selling 500 Food to Midgard.

Still have no idea what caused our EM deficit to go from a manageable 160k EM/Year to a massive 738k EM/year.

@voidstalker I like your trade deal but is that the most EM we can get without going overboard?
I got to positive while maxing out trade where useful. We can go more than that but not much left to trade outside promethium and even then not to the best locations. Whatever we do though we need to control our EM spending because EM prices have increased while all items except Advanced Mat and Relic (which only vanheim wants) dropped. Also that trade is maxed out metal... not enough people want our metal which is our biggest net income which is sad because we can dip into metal more than anything.

Edit- mainly just got us positive and left it as is for how other people want to make mods

We need to import at least a net total of 80,000,000,000 Thrones* to be positive** after the Grand Cathedral completes, and about 125k EM to be positive to pay for the maint of the Cathedral and Wards. I noticed our Upkeep (Other) went up by 800k EM. Durin said Psyker Hunters cost us 500k EM per year which is defi a bit crazy.

*Can be a bit lower.
** In the sense of at the end of the timeskip.

Hmmm we might have to expand the third large forge hive to a huge forge hive so we can build another Huge Em Forge during the time skip. Which throws a wrench into some of my ideas fro the time skip. So long upgrading defense that are not plant base.

Do we have anyway of boosting EM during the time skip? Also more thrones ugh. Had to push Alfheim close to interest mode already (also why I had not juvenats to Svartlfheim as they give us nothing we need right now and it saves some em and thrones)

We can build a large EM forge which would give us about 70,000 more a year. But other than that we have to build another huge EM forge.

Well I will look at the plan later, catching up on some other stuff and it is definitely not done by any margin. Though I think the only thing to sell at this point is promethium (really such a low demand for metal really hurt)

I poked Durin about that in the Discord (along with how our EM deficit went up by 570k EM between T141 end and start of trade). No answer yet.

...It says 7.8k EM. No huge Hives or completeing so any Huge EM forges will finish earlier by the end of the timeskip.

And the price of Metal also went down, along with pretty much all our major exports.

Yep, the juvenats dropped a lot as well. At the same time EM increased and AM had a minor increase. Also may want to find out about the EM increase just in case we might see whatever cause that increase happen during the time skip as well.

I get the feeling we're gonna need to beg off next meeting if we don't come up with solutions, because this is very not sustainable.

Found several *0.9s in the trade sheets which fucked up the numbers.

Reduced EM purchases. Reduced Thrones purchases (slightly).

@Void Stalker The trade sheet has several *0.9s in the EM section which fucks up the calculations.
