Might as well add the TWs to this, the last 8,000 should be able to kill more than their weight before going down. Helps save the lives of our regular forces and Eldar.

In the past, from what I know at least, when Durin realizes he messed up he decides to either ignore it or give a relevant buff later on to make up for it (so maybe next turn Rakes gets attacked again but he gets a mysterious buff for no reason?)
the second possibility is he will purposefully fudge the dice/rolls/counts/whatever to account for influences that he doens't want us to know about. (such as Vlad giving the phase tigers regiment a buff that manifested in implausibly consistent crit-successes ....
so maybe this is one of those cases?

You should keep her next to Xavier since she is more of a support character and not a paragon of combat. She synergies well with Xavier when we use death-strikes.
