Ok, so I think when we're offering up things to vote on we should try to convince the High Council to get as much technology as possible from those minor sources we haven't tapped yet: the Vestri League, the Blood Angels, Thakomumcos, and Bel-Caerel. Gains will of course be minor, but we really do need every advantage we can get. It's the fastest way we have to get tech and some of those sources will die off over time, so there's a sort of time limit.

EDIT: In the case of Bel-Caerel, we will of course first ask the eldar about them.

No it is time for you to stand and give your report on Avernus.
Right plan plan kiss

Another major expansion to our military

Economy has increased to the point we are self sufficient for AM for now, thanks to the STCs.

Psyker situation
The Grandmaster Psyker and Witch Hunters are being deployed
Siren, Astartes and Blank hunters are being deployed to counter additional alpha level psykers.
Proportion of major psykers continues to rise at an exact ratio every year. Avernus involvement is likely.

Diplomacy
Contact has been made with several Avernite peoples, especially the ancient Lizardmen of the Jungle continent. Saint Lin is attempting to broker peace and end their 60 million year old war.

Esoteric
Reserach into the Chaos God's frequencies and counter frequencies is so far going well
The Ultra Secure vault has been successfully warded and all discoveries hidden.

First things first lets give em the run down of Avernus.

We're also:
-integrating Siren contingents to counter the ever increasing number of Rogue Alpha psykers.
-seeing steadily increasing number of major psykers per year, at an exact ratio. Avernus appears to be turning Avernite humans into a psychic race.
-faster and more resilient Quartoks.

I know, but to memory, when we get to the actual suggestions portion, new ideas tend to fall by the wayside as the bandwagon dominates. Ideas need to be presented early and often to have the best chance of success.
Fair although I dunno if this is the meeting where that is to be decided so many people not here and all.

Avernus improving its anti-psyker abilities is old hat and irrelevant to the greater Trust. The growing proportion of psyker numbers may interest them but maybe not.

They're not going to care about this. Just more miscellaneous Avernus stuff.

I think we can forgo mentioning the stuff about Avernite Races as the IT already has a group that monitors our interactions. If Lin had finalized and made (semi-)permanent the Peace and the Lizardmen were one of the few groups that could leave the Planet (probably to aid the Ynnari and Krorks, and us for Fuck Chaos) then they would be worth mentioning.

If that succeeds - I wonder how many of those Lizardmen would be interested in going hunting for Chaos? I'm sure both we and the Eldar wouldn't mind having another option for 'Anti-Chaos' forces, mercenaries or no. ...and now I have the sneaking suspicion that the option lists they present will be absolutely fantastic, but horribly expensive for everything except Anti-Chaos work. Against Chaos it's more like 'transport, rations, ammo, someone to archive everything in case we die gloriously in battle, and one credit'.

No way, no how both sides wouldn't be interested in showing the other side how THEY have done the most against Chaos. Y'know. Just to show they are better.

I think we should just give a rundown of our military, shipyard and economic expansion, psyker and wildlife issues wont matter much to the council and the secret vault is secret and we have no reason and nothing to gain from talking about it.

Admrial Freyr and his fleet met their end
Another hero falls. Might be time to trade Sarnow to the Trust fleet.

Also our population is reaching capacity, both on the moon and Avernus itself.

Might be worth suggesting we start colonising those barely tainted worlds once the Tyranids have passed.

Maybe the Thunder Warriors might interest them. That we can crash build and deploy Space Marine equivalents in a desperate situation is a card the Trust ought to know about.

We are 15 years away from upgrading one of out Hives to a Large Hive, which will significantly increase our population capacity. Add that to the hive in Tarascon we are building, and the Forge-Hive being upgraded, and population capacity is unlikely to be an issue for awhile.

yeah population capacity is a purely temporary issue. Once your current production finishes it will not be urgent for quite some time

No it's not. We are in process of expanding one lunar forgehive into a huge one, which will nearly triple our population capacity in Cumean moons, and we are in the process of expanding one of our land-side hives into large one that will gives us +9 bil population space (which is like +20-25% increase to living space on Arvernus proper), and we can easily afford to repeat that.

@Durin
1. Given the vault's importance has the council already been discretely informed, or should we just keep mum on the subject?
2. Is Satan Surt's second in command?

Just lovin his name :D

Just say that our economy increased, and we're in a process of doubling our military. That's pretty much all High Council needs to know.

Hmmm, we might of been better off sending one of the regional Ministers, unfortunately we don't know any and thus don't have their stats.

Project to work towards later then.

Would our representative even know about the super secret vault? Regardless I don't want to mention it in such a public space, if the others must know about it then we should inform them discreetly, either through the inquisition or our own means.

No idea, but the council knows so yes we won't be sayin anything.

@Durin
1. How are the Eldar's fleets doing?
2. Has there been any attempts to communicate to Amir-ka that we're not the enemy? At least not at the moment?
