Would you consider changing this to Rune of Protection? It'll probably be the best anti-psyker rune we can implement before the nids reach Cobalt.

The Rune of Power has a special use against the Tyranids - it lets psykers store power in advance of their coming. The Shadow of the Warp causes problems for psykers in part because it makes it harder to draw power from the Warp, so a battery they can fill up in advance would be quite useful.

although its likely we can implement at least 2 runes....we have like 4 turns afterall.

Gotta say though, I really really want Ridcully to study the Law of Narrative BEFORE we have Lin study the Primordial Sea. It just seems like exactly the kind of thing we can build a narrative around to help improve his chances. Also, we should definitely look into whether we can use one of our favors to get the elder to give Lin some stuff to help him too. I don't know what exactly, but something like that helmet they give ridcully can't hurt.

@Enjou I think these actions are redundant, @Durin confirmed that we can ask for help to ALL the known people of Avernus about getting help to research the Primal Sea with a single action.

Sorry Nurgle normally I would go with your plans because I like them better but the Total Pines are too much for me. While I agree they would be useful right now is not the time for it I fell.

I asked a long time ago, the answer was yes. As to the Primarchs, I kinda see the same problem. Corax and co have had 10k+ years to master their powers, I doubt we can help them much.
We already got the information on it from the Primarchs though. We were told what and who it was there is not much more we will get from the study of it.
