While we need to work on our anti-psyker measures I agree that taking a ten year action so close to Lin's life is a bad idea. His actions are incredibly valuable and irreplacable resource right now and while +10 against high-end rogue psykers is nice it's a fairly marginal improvement we can afford to delay for a couple decades.

EDIT: Also the actions seem to be mundane enough that we should be able to use Personal Attention on it now that I think about it.

SLOT D - Year 4 (Free)
-Y4: Vortex Stockpile
I think you should change this to doing a Complete Examination on those anti-hive mind dolphins we were told about.

SLOT A - Year 5 (Explorator)
-Y5: Technology Fundamentals: (Gravity Tech)
-- DOUBLE DOWN YEAR 5
I think that we should do the Psychic Cannon instead. It'd be good to use against the tyranids on the ground, which will be an important theatre of war

To be frank it's perfectly acceptable, given all the casualties. Juet what else do we want to research? We've done all of chaos.

Jane isn't dying any time soon. Plus she rarely has much in the way of other important actions anyway.
I'm going to point out two things. First off she literally lives on the most dangerous non deamon world planet in the galaxt and she fights dangerous psykers on a regular basis which Durin pointed out was likely to lead to her death eventually and she could have actually died during the chaos incursion and against that Alpha plus a few turns back. Second Jane is literally the main reason that we don't suffer much deaths. It says a lot that even with her help we still lost around 150 million people and it was noted it would have been a lot worse if we didn't have her. We heavily rely on Jane and when she dies it's going to be a huge problem for us if we don't keep up with our anti psyker measures.

We pretty much did all the pantheons from the Orks to Chaos. The only things left are the Primarchs and Eldar Pantheon in general.

and emps...im pretty sure we can do emps too .....right?

we got lots of things for lin to research, certainly relative to how long he has left..... :/

[X] Plan Enjou T128

I agree that Lin's time is better spent researching or cleansing than upgrading the troops. While we will need the upgrade eventually it isn't remotely urgent and anyone can do it.

After this turn, can we focus on making the most out of Lin's time while he's still alive? We've still got Primordial Sea and Chaos Frequencies to do. They are very important things to do.

The Primarchs, the Eldar Pantheon, The Emperor himself, The Curse of the Blood Angels, the primordial Sea, Malal, Isha

There are many things that we can research and so little time.
Emperor isn't a valid option last I checked, The Curse offers like no option to fix it and is a G. Div action anyway, Malal is basically irrelevant, Isha and the E. Pantheon we can get the details by asking the Eldar. The Primordial Sea is risky and it might be advisable yo not even do it.

The Blood Dragon's Curses are a function of the Law of the Warp anyway:

Thirst - Cost
Rage - Attraction
Doom - Narrative

And lo, we learn that Berserkers don't fall to Khorne en-masse is because they tap into the Primal warp.

Any chance of shuffling the primarchs to this slot to get it done this turn or do the dds not work out?

DDs don't work out. I could maybe move the Arhra divination to year 5, but I think that's best done early in the turn so as to not give the guy five years to do stuff.

Also, made some small changes:
1. Moved the year 5 DD to the focused divination since what I was using it for was invalid.
2. Moved the Arhra divination to year 1, and the Tyranid force divination to year 2. I figure the earlier the better.
3. Changed the diplomacy section to ask all the peoples for help with the Primordial Sea at once, and added an action to see if the GK and Inquisition could help at all with it.
