Can we build more Warlord Titans yet?

We need the infrastructure first, which will then proceed to build them at something like 1 per ten years (or five years, can't recall).

EDIT:

Small Titan Manufactorum- Now that you have the schematics for the Avernus-Pattern Warlord Titan you only need to build a Titan Manufactorum before you can begin producing them. This will take over a decade and be rather expensive, but will allow you to begin making the most powerful ground units known to humanity.

Time: 12 years

Cost: 2,300,000,000 Thrones, 230,000,000 Material, 38,000,000 Metal, 23,000,000 Promethium, 890,000 Advanced Material, 76,000 Exotic Material, 28 Relic Material.
Upkeep per year: 230,000,000 Thrones, 23,000,000 Material, 3,800,000 Metal, 2,300,000 Promethium, 45,000 Advanced Material, 1,500 Exotic Material, 0.28 Relic Material.
Reward: Build Small Titan Manufactorum with 1 production line

The relevant action.

1. how effective would titans be against gargants compared to our present anti gargetn answers?
2. in general, are gargants the most dangerous part of ork hoards for us?
2.a if yes by how much of a margin?
3. if we built a titan manufactury, how long would it take for it to produce enough titans to have a major impact?

we could likely build more than one manufactury and we also might be able to enlarge and expand the manufacturys

yes, but a single one takes 12 years of admech action, so i'm curious if it would be useful on its own, or if we'd need to put more actions into it for it to be useful. Specfically i'm trying to figure out if we could have a useful number of new titans in time if that brewing waaggh

this is most likely cause it the first one and they are still getting the method for building them down

I am only afraid that building the first will be a 50 year action. Gaving a mechanicus action blocked for that long would hurt...

Hopefully the titans are build like the cyclonic torpedos. Quitly in the background.

To be fair they're Scott actions not Tranth actions to build manufactorums, unfortunately we will in all likelihood won't have any in time for the next Waaagh. However we may be able to have a healthy maniple for the one after that and that could make a huge difference.

A Small Manufactorum makes a Warlord every 50 years. However, it is likely that:

1. Larger Manufactorums build larger Titans faster.
2. Smallter Titans build faster.
3. They build automatically, so once we get the buildings built we won't have to keep worrying about them.

Do we have an Avernus pattern knight?

What sort of things are gating us expanding into the land need the Elipson Penguins?
Yes, but we can't use them, Asgard does. There's the psyknights, but we're probably not implementing those for a bit.

Nothing...well except likely casualties and population for expansion.... and attempting to expand into their territory without permission would likely get our asses obliterated off avernus.

I mean the tundra region, not the polar regions. So maybe after we finish implementing the population boosting techs?

We'd use planes and orbital shuttles to get to where penguins are anyway, and there's not much difference between launching those from the north of Avernus' Spine or the new region. So I don't see why.
IIRC we don't actually do that much, mostly because it's almost certain to get people killed if we're not heading somewhere with strong friendly AA.

Maybe the penguins count after we make first contact, but I very much doubt we're first going to them by plane.

I very much doubt that wildlife would be able to easily shoot down Hercules Dropships, and would like citations to the contrary, but even if so, we can use the Research Facility.

Pretty sure some of the larger bombardment cacti could threaten a Hercules, and there are plenty of dragons that could. I suspect that the tundra region is about the same tier as Tarrascon in terms of threat.

I mean, I don't doubt that sometimes Hercules' are shot down, but I don't think it happens easily or very often.

Once we meet up with the penguins we can probably maintain contact through psychic means, we can maintain contact with the elder on the other side of the galaxy so I doubt contacting the guys on the same planet with even greater psychic abilities than the elder would be that hard. Setting up cities just so we can chat in person seems a bit OTT to me.

I'd say it probably does from the Psyrodactryl alone.

Well we don't maintain contact with the Eldar via psycic means, Eldrad got a device over to Rids and they chat via that.
