But the only thing I am really somewhat care about now is that I am starting to study impalers and he does a gravity ship. The personal stuff I don't care about to much but I think we should spend time with our political allies.

I meant mortal in the sense that he isn't a god. Yeah he's immortal and won't die unless killed and then maybe not even permanently.

My point was that I do not believe they are considered mortal in any sense. Ridcully is unparaelled among mortal seers, he'd likely loose that i he transcended as far as I can tell.

We still got a few chaos gods that we can spy on to get them down the path a little bit more. There is also checking out the emperor's birth and death to get a better glimpse at his rebirth. I think all together that can be another step as well. We can also look deeper or more specific into some of the targets the Eldar had us check. There are still plenty of impressive enough things we can look into to get them down the path. Unless it becomes really desperate and we have to save him or something I'm pushing to try to get as far down the path as possible.

Also something I thought about there is supposed to be three people or things I could block his divination one was Eldrad and the other two were Magnus and his former first captain. Aside from them only God level Wards or similar could block his sight. When we looked into the lion whoever found him was able to block our sight. While it might be possible that it is the captain-general from the great crusade with something the emperor gave them to shield him. I'm thinking maybe it is an Ascended Sanguineous sent by the emperor before his death to get his brother.

Rids refuses to divine Tzeench it is reasonably suicide, he's done all the others but Khorne and, no idea if breaking back into Abom and Slaanesh would benefit anyone. Spying on Vect may give us insight into WTF he's bargaining for, but I'm highly paranoid about getting too close to someone with access to an artefact that can bind a God.

Divining Emp's birth etc may move him a little down the path, but I doubt they would significantly. Other minor moves include divining the Void Dragon itself, looking deeper into the Destroyer, divining the origins of the C'tan and viewing the Tyranid's home galaxy since Durin has hinted that there be **** out there and figuring out WTF is going on with Alpharius Omegon. Follow up for the Eldar is a given, we can use the free for that.

We have to divine Vlad.

Kinda, the three examples were just that the obvious and known potential culprits. The obvious other is Cypher in regards to the Lion.

Doubtful, Sanguinius was very clear that he must not survive the heresy and Horus was apparently quite thorough.

Was going to get the quote from when Durin answered my question on it but Ninaque beat me to it.

I know that the fabulous Hawk Boy is completely dead. But I can dream can't I.

Maybe Ferus Manus he was brought back as a spirit during the ending part of the Hearsy. Unless Cypher is a Transendant Intrigue which he probably is. Maybe if we did a focus for specifically who freed the Lion we might get an answer.

As for the Emperor thing I meant all three together would probably add up to a step. It makes sense this was a and is a God level event the creation of the Emperor by the Shamans results in something the Chaos Gods feared. With the new piety trait Ridcully has even better chances than before. Still dangerous but not completely out of the realm of possibility anymore.

But how did the scroll materialize? Essentially warp energy became materium. Which got me thinking that Ridicully could grab other stuff.

The primarchs souls are some ridiculous powerful (possible essence of millions of souls) they should be sturdy and maybe are still around. So we have Ridicully find them and bring them back to clone bodies that Corvi can make.

So is these stupid or not.

But how did the scroll materialize? Essentially warp energy became materium. Which got me thinking that Ridicully could grab other stuff.

The primarchs souls are some ridiculous powerful (possible essence of millions of souls) they should be sturdy and maybe are still around. So we have Ridicully find them and bring them back to clone bodies that Corvi can make.

Emps brought him back for a little bit through him getting his soul, unless emps can reincarnate Primarchs when he feels like (unlikely) Manus is probably dead still.

If he were...I dunno. Manus and Lion have never interacted in any media so he may respect Manus enough.

Given his track record and sheer age I'd say Cypher either is transcendent, or has access to the Old One's Webway (given his knowledge of things like the Tuchalla engine it's not impossible.)

Hopefully the 4 will be able to trim the list down a little bit.

I don't think emp's birth would be that dangerous aside from how long ago it was, although you maybe overstating it's importance. After all he was an irritant not a threat to Chaos. Hell I'd say his biggest achievement happened very early on when he bound the Void Dragon, it was all down hill from there. Now that'd be something to view.

I wish I could say he did, but unfortunately Bile can clone Primarchs fine without their original souls.

Especially since they were the core of said God's power.

I'd be pleased if Dorn's soul were alive, but launching a rescue attempt would be at best hard. Certainly something Rids couldn't do solo.

Ok first we have the Eldar and other primarchs that could help. I am sure both groups would want somewhat sane primarchs around to help with the shit apocalypse that si coming.

Second I do not just want adorable soul but Manus and glorious hawk boys.

Well Glorious Hawk Boy's soul is certainly dead and Manus's was with emps and likely is still with him.

Still if we want a sane Primarch then we don't need to bother going to the warp we just need to revisit Solemnance again.

The Infinite can be...bargained with to part with pieces of his collection if a good enough offer is made.

Or if he thinks the universe might be stopped from crumbling.
