[X] Fall Back- You have mapped out almost all of the path and confirmed Isha's presence, with the plague in you pushing forward leaves too great a risk of dying and losing all that you have gained. - Retreat, earn major favour from Eldar on survival and minor favour on death

Let's see the count so far

[X] Push forward- You have come this far, you are not willing to falter on the final stretch. - One DC 230 roll, one DC 160 plague roll, then retreat. On survival earn honourbound favour from Eldar, on death earn minor favour

The slightly increased rick of failing is balanced out by any potential gifts from Isha.

The risk is not worth upgrading from major to honorbound.

@Durin
The math doesn't seem too add up. With -10 from plague Ridcully has +153 to roll which means he needs 77 to pass DC230. Does he get bonus on the last stretch of does this simply mean that failure by less than 30 doesn't result in him being detected? Or did I miss something obviuos and I fail at math forever?
11(control)+12(Paragon of Divination)+75(traits)+30(preparation)+35(omakes)+30(hope)-5(plague)
11+12+75+30+35+30-10=183, 230-183=47. You probably missed one of the +30.

Finding the Path dc 220
d100=98+11(control)+12(Paragon of Divination)+75(traits)+30(preparation)+35(omakes)+30(hope)-5(plague)=256: Success

the bonus here is actually 188, which decreases to 183 next roll. The above should read 286 instead of 256.

Let's just hope that our boy Ridcully survives this. If he does, I imagine that he will be both Trancendent Control and Paragon Piety.

Retreating or backtracking is also risky due to plaque, getting caught, Riddley is unlikely to pass all of them completely due to many dice rolls in backtracking,

Whereas going foward involves 2 more dice rolls, one slightly more difficult, getting Ishas help which may make it easier for Riddley to get pass the many dice rolls in backtracking or retreating thus going foward increases Riddleys chance of survival as long as Isha helps him.

It is much less upgrading the Eldar´s favor and more about finding a direct way to Isha, that aside from getting Ridcully´s blessed means an easier and probably earlier Rescue operation, which means that the chance of healing Lin and Guiliman increases a lot.

And since we only need an average roll to win I say go for it Ridcully...

You probebly looked at one of the results from before finding hope, which wa +30
@Durin
Now that I look at things all progress rolls except the first one are incorrect, the culprit seems to be that in the first roll
Entrance: dc 150
d100=18+11(control)+12(Paragon of Divination)+75(traits)+10(preparation)+25(omakes)+20(decoys)=171: Success
preparation gave +10 but in every subsequent one it gave +30, but the roll totals didn't account for it, resulting in all of them getting -20.
Poxyards: dc 160
d100=20+11(control)+12(Paragon of Divination)+75(traits)+30(preparation)+25(omakes)+20(decoys)=173: Success
After the crit further +10 seems to disappear and all totals after that are missing +30.

Collected Throne of Decay Info

Current plague malus is -10
Final Plague Check: DC (160), Bonuses (+103 = (8(stats)+40(traits)+30(preparation)+20(omakes)+15(Hope)-10(Plague) at least, could increase)
Final Location Check: DC (230), Bonuses (+183 = (11(control)+12(Paragon of Divination)+75(traits)+30(preparation)+35(omakes)+30(hope)-10(plague)at least, could increase/decrease)

Retreat Location DCs in order (+183 Bonus): 200, 190, 170, 160, 150, 140

Retreat Plague DCs in order(+103 Bonus): 130, 130, 120, 110, 100, 90

How big of a difference would mapping out the final part of the path make to any eventual rescue mission?
quite a bit

Can we write more omake or done now?
you can

Is a major favour enough for us to either allow Webway access or ask them to kill Turoq directly?
yes

What was expected of Ridcully?
to get as far as he could, preferably at least to the kitchan

It is possible that he might get a blessing from Isha if he gets far enough. Well another blessing.

If we push forward we need to succeed at a single pair of rolls?
yes, + 1 roll that has no penalty for failure but provides bonuses for success

if his malus reaches -100 he dies. though to be honest he will die beofre it reaches that anyway

What roll means discovery? Failing a location roll, or finding the path?
failing a location roll, failing a finding the path roll mostly means staying there longer to retry unless you crit fail and go the wrong way. there will be no more finding the path rolls though

Does hope bonus stays with us on the way back?
it does

Does decoys bonus come back, or did they run out?
it comes back. though it may be higher or lower depending on events. not much lower though and potentially a lot higher (if some of the other seers with contingencies have unleashed them)

If Ridcully touches Isha's body, will it render him immune to Nurgle's plaque? Increase his survival while doing through the garden?

will it make Riddly a eldar equivalent of a daemon prince servant of Isha?
