1. yes@Durin
1) can we lend the Eldar the Black Crystal items for this mission?
2) would they help with the mission?
3) can we expect to get them back afterwards?
1. if he can make any to help the Eldar will be getting them from him@Durin
1. Could we ask Vulkan for an artifact to help with The Throne of Nurgle?
2. If so, how do we do that? Do we wait for the conference, do the Contact Eldrad Ulthran action, or something else?
you can, Callamus wont be able to do anything like what Ridcully can pull off though@Durin on another note, can we transfer Telepathica knowledge at the Conference? I really want Callamus to have Post-Cognition.
If they could help, Areatha would point them to us, and given that she didn't they can't. If they know of any lifeforms that can help us, Areatha with her +100 to Avernus lore rolls would know about them.@Durin can we ask the Sirens or the Sphinxes for help with the Mission, or at least directions to whichever Avernite lifeform can help us?
It's a bit outside her fields of expertise though, since I don't think she's ever thought about going into a Chaos God's inner sanctum. The natives (Planet Mind) might know something. If they could help, Areatha would point them to us, and given that she didn't they can't. The Sirens and the Sphinxes are not the planet mind. It's a bit outside her fields of expertise though, since I don't think she's ever thought about going into a Chaos God's inner sanctum. The natives (Planet Mind) might know something.
AHHHHHHH!A bit over a year ago Syr was almost killed by a lucky assassin, almost certainly a sleeper agent placed by Turoq. While she recovered from her wounds in a month or so hearing about it was still a rather scary experience, one that her particular branch of the military gives you less practice at then most Avernite parents. While you had a few paranoid forces of dispatching some of Xaviers best psykers and another company of the Governor's Own to guard her sense soon prevailed.
Yeah we're doing this.Greater Divination: The Throne of the Plague God- The Eldar have recently contacted High Grandmaster Ridcully about a ultra-high risk divination where he would be working with some of their greatest seers to peek into the throne of the Plague God. If he agrees to assist them in this matter it will count as all of the divinations that he owes them, if any of the seers are successful the Empire of Ashes will owe him a small or major favor depending on what they see and if he is successful the Empire of Ashes will owe a major or honorbound favor. Even working with the Black Crystal Jewelry and the greatest Eldar Seers alive and dead this is an incredibly risky proposal and has a good chance of being the end of Ridcully, or another step towards his apotheosis.
Time: 2 years.
Chance of Success: Interlude, low
Cost: 4,000,000 Thrones
Reward: Pay off debt to Eldar, favor from Empire of Ashes, information on the Plague God, ???
One of the first things asked of him. Answer was non.3.Is there any way Lin can help with this?
3.5. If yes- would it be risky to him as well? How much, compared to Ridcully?
1. better@Durin
1.What would be Ridcully's chances of going through it alive, if he gained the Piety Paragon trait?
2.What sort of danger would Ridcully risk, in worst case scenarios? Merely death, or also corruption?
3.Is there any way Lin can help with this?

On the other hand, divining Turoq is a fairly low-risk chance of getting Paragon Piety, which would then make divining Nurgle less risky. To be fair it was less taking the risk and more people like me thinking that the risk vastly outweighed the reward. Here this is actually one of the rewards that I believe is worth the risk.
I'd be surprised if they don't have their own alchemical tradition. It occurs to me that the eldar don't have alkahestry, and that new alkahestry stuff can be invented, especially now with the nynye's increasing tech level.
We might want to ask the nynye if they can whip up a potion that could give Ridcully and the eldar an extra edge.
I wouldn't. A lot of knowledge was lost with the Fall of the Eldar Empire. We have no indication from any sources both in canon and in Embers that they have any kind of alchemical tradition whatsoever.I'd be surprised if they don't have their own alchemical tradition.
They don't have an entire path dedicated to gardening exclusively for psychological purposes.I wouldn't. A lot of knowledge was lost with the Fall of the Eldar Empire. We have no indication from any sources both in canon and in Embers that they have any kind of alchemical tradition whatsoever.
