*Looks at the population numbers of a major polity* ...Yeah, this is a good reminder to avoid drawing the attention of everyone to the Trust unless we have to.

Man the Fabricator-General is gonna love us. Frederick x Akadia OTP.

She's a self-made workaholic too, just like the Governor. They were made for each other!

On another note, @Durin can we take Areatha with us to the meeting?
I think she'll get on swimmingly with Vulkan. Maybe she'll even settle down for a change.

Thing is that only a small number of Admech end up on the frontlines outside Avernus. Which is pretty practical since we won't to avoid the odds of them getting captured alive. Another issue is that when a consertive leader dies they tend to put someone with their line of thinking as their succesor just like Scott's previous mentor did for her and she has likely done herself. The reality is that the Admech in the military are likely the support roles that don't see much combat.

Truth be told if we want to have more proggresive Admech we might just want to see about buying a ton of them from Callamus and having them set up shop near Avernus or another progressive place which would give us even more progressive admech over time.
They're meant to be in charge of the tech denial, given the current situation they've not been doing a good job.

Wait, Tau Space Marines !!!!???

Those fucking bastards ! They sullied the work of the Emperor. I hope Gulliman purges them when he awakens.
Keep going Tau, turn them into something worthy of the name defenders of man.

As The update said they are not very stable or high quality. Not to mention they cannot use them on a important front because if they do the ultramarines will find out.
Eh, they're working on fixing the issues and they are using them on the important fronts. The war with Ultramar is likely the least important front because they have treaties with them, the major fronts are killing the waaarghs.

She did say she wanted to meet with the Eldar.

Capital: The Black Library
Interesting.
Estimated Population: 20-50 billion alive, 5 trillion dead
COME ON BREED FASTER!

The Empire of Ashes was founded with the idea of earning back the Eldar's ancient role as the protectors of the galaxy, and of atoning for the Eldar's sins which saw the birth of She Who Thirsts. In pursuit of this they have been working both to strengthen the other forces that would protect the galaxy and to hinder those that would harm it. This goal has seen the armies of the Empire of Ashes, both living and dead, being constantly deployed since its founding, and has slowed population growth to a crawl.
Mmmmm, is conflicted.

Extraordinary assets: None
Interesting that.

The Adeptus Mechancius of the Forge-Empire has progressed much from the era of the Imperium, encouraging innovation and allowing the study of xenotech. When combined with the sharing of hidden knowledge from dozens of Forge-Worlds this has allowed for a significant amount of technological improvement, especially in the more industrial end of technology.
We must import as many of their tech priests as they will allow us.

Callamous seems to have a surprisingly low population. I imagine it will massively boom when we give them our tech though.

he had common sense?
that is a rare trait in 40k and deserves to be put in a museum somewhere
The Blood Ravens stole it in their annual steal **** competition with Trayzn.*

TBH if someone wanted to destroy the galaxy they'd just have to turn off all the things Trayzen's using to keep his museum not moving.

*Given that according to himself he had to be dragged to biotransference its possible he had enough of it to realise that this whole C'tan thing wasn't all it was cracked up to be.

So question how many more turns left until we have enough resources to build the Vult, im very worried that Lins going to die before we build it.

Quartus Imperium
Human Galactic Power
Rulers: Council of Primarches
Capital: Nocturne
Size: 146 Sectors
Technology level: 15
Estimated Population: 206 trillion
Military: 16 trillion PDF, 4 trillion Guardsmen, 10 Titan Legions, 4 Legions of Trueborn Astartes (hundreds of thousands)
Fleet: 140-160 Sector Fleets
Extraordinary assets: 4 Primarchs (Vulkan, Russ, Corax, Khan)
Known Relations: Empire of Ashes (Allies), Orks (War), Black Imperium (Bitter Enemies)

The Quartus Imperium may be the youngest of the major human powers but it has been in the making since the Death of the Emperor, or perhaps even longer. What is know is that Vulkan was found on Nocturne shortly after the Death of the Emperor and was soon met by Corax, who filled him in on what had been happening for the last ten thousand years. Between the two of them they came up with a plan to create a powerful Imperial Successor state that could weather the dangers to come.

Given the number of enemies that any polity commanded by one of the Loyalist Primarchs would find themselves facing it was decided to arrange matters so that when they revealed themselves a powerful polity could be formed immediately. To carry this out Corax and the Raven Guard would work with allies that he had made over the years to ensure that none of the major players would intervene in the selected area while diverting major threats, and Vulkan and the Salamanders would quietly make themselves into regional heroes while working to strengthen the region, and its fortifications. As time went by certain worlds were let into the plan and assisted with the preparations. Finally, the Primarchs took advantage of the Black Imperium's distraction dealing with an Ork Conflagration to reveal their presence and form the Quartus Imperium.

The Quartus Imperium is the largest of the human remnants, containing almost a hundred and fifty sectors and still growing. It stretches from Noctrone to Ryza and includes legendary worlds such as Catachan, Chogoris and many of the Imperium's most prosperous worlds. These worlds have been made even more prosperous by the technology that the primarchs have provided, which includes both much of the technology lost by the Imperium over the years as well as some created or found by the Primarchs.

Like most human polities Quartus Imperium is feudal, with each world, sector, oversector having their own leaders with their own rights and responsibilities. Unlike many polotiesthese leaders do not command the local forces, though they are required to supply them. While the authority of the Primarchs and their subordinates is absolute they most often work though the system that they have set up rather then overriding it, barring times of disaster.

While the four Primarchs are considered equal they each have their own set of responsibilities and military forces. First is Vulkan, who oversees the administration of the Qurtus Imperium and commands the Salamander Legions, who are the defensive specialists. As well as the PDF forces that are stationed in every world this fore includes more elite units that are used to reinforce worlds that are either attacked or likely to be attacked. Next is Corax, who is both the spymaster of the Quartus Imperium and the commander of the Raven Legions, the covert operatives of the Quartus Imperium. It is these forces that sabotage enemy forces, set one foe upon each other and hunt down hostile agents. Then comes Russ, who commands the Wolf Legions, the heavy forces of the Quartus Imperium. The Wolf Legions are a handful of powerful forces that are prepared for war on a grand scale. It is them who are expected to meet Black Crusades, Ork Conflagrations and other overwhelming forces head on and achieve victory. Finally there is Jaghatai Khan who commands the Hawk Legions, the skirmishes of the Quartus Imperium. The Hawk Legions are the forces which prosecute the countless small wars that plague the borders of the Quartus Imperium, and act to slow the progress of larger attack while a Wolf Legion is moved to meet it.

Despite being newly founded Quartus Imperium is one of a handful of bastions of sanity in this dark era, and is expected to continue to grow. Unlike the other human powers it has been acting on a galactic scale since the Death of the Emperor, with the Raven Guard being a presence in countless sectors of the galaxy. Exactly how they are pulling off this mobility in this age is unknown, but an alliance with the Eldar is suspected. Now that it is know the Quartus Imperium will be considered to the the true successors of the Imperium due to the Primarchs that lead it, both giving it both a great deal of influence with the surviving Imperial Remnants and making it one of the primary targets of Abbadon's Black Imperium, which is well over ten times its size.

While it has not really acted on the galactic scale other then surviving rumors of its existence have spread far and wide, leading to many Mechanicus Domains and other human survivors to send refugees towards it when they fall.

The forces of the Quartus Imperium are in many ways similar to those of the Great Crusade, with the exception of the Trueborn Astartes. The Trueborn Astartes are an improvement to the normal Astartes creation method that Corax has created over the millennia since his disappearance, based on the Raptors that he created during the Great Crusade. These Astartes use additional material from their Primarch and are superior in almost every way to their counterparts. Interesting enough they are also take far more after their progenitor, with traits such as Shadow-Walking becoming almost commonplace.

@Durin, are we allowed to sell Saint Lin's god knowledge to the eldar?
They already know it all, except for the Tzeench super crit.

Yeah we can't take em, but with things like Shadow Walking being common...ye gads that's OP.

Getting Trueborn Astartes would be nice. Has the Eldar or the surviving Imperiums mentioned anything conclusive about the non-corrupted primarches?

Why don't we just ask them for this information, then? It'd save us a lot of time.
Either there's a good reason they won't do it, or we can do so at the meeting (remember they're one of the polities with things on sale.)

@Durin
1. Given the information given, how likely is it that this conference is part of a culmination of the Empire of Ashes plan to build up the younger races since I can imagine they're going to be getting a lot of support out of selling their stuff.
