Hedcrusha crush his own head that why he dumbie
He sawe knot-angrey warter an' dun sean his-self innit, so he gots angrye 'cus 'is head haddnt bean crushed an' soes he crushed it
(Headcrusher, as a simple ork, once saw his reflection in a calm lake of pure water that any normal being might have appreciated (the lake, not his face) due to it's incredible beauty. Headcrusher, naturally, totally ignored that profound sight of nature at it's purest and instead became furious that there was an Ork he hadn't seen as a follower, and hadn't been skullcrushed. In an astounding display of introspection and understanding that came at entirely the wrong time in the wrong way, Skullcrusher successfully connected the reflection to his own face without realising that it was actually him, and so proceeded to crush his own skull.)

@Durin, I've just watched a video and the guy in it quotes some 40k material. (Don't know what that material is, though.) The quote describes some of Terra's defences, and among them are weapons called "graviton world enders". I don't know what those are, but they sound like a pretty cool archeotech concept. Here's where the guy recites the quote.

Once we beat Hedcrusha's horde we ought to do our utmost to keep Hedcrusha alive and direct him at the next Ork Waaagh ASAP.

As much as I like having enemies who are incompetent, I think we're best off just killing every last Ork rather than letting even a single one of them go. Otherwise they just come back bigga an tuffa and orkier dan last time.

True.

Though killing Hedcrusha's going to be a bitch.

I mean high level paragon with a similarish paragon trait to Azyr...hopefully we can just hit him with all our psykers at once and just unlimited power him to death.

Eh, there are always going to be Waaghs but the benefit of a total idiot leading them are rare and a gift. Not to mention that with his stupidity and our diviners including Ridcully we can likely avoid him getting directly involved.

likely avoid him getting directly involved.
Probably not an option.

As long as we're the biggest target he's coming for us, and if we're not the biggest target its likely something that can kill him.

He's the chosen of Gork, reviled foe of the chosen of Mork. So he gets all the brutal-but-cunning and none of the cunning-but-brutal.
I wanna do a funny insightful, but can't :( have a funny instead.

...Wait, oh FUCK.

Guys. Ork logic. Biggest, strongest, etc etc. On Avernus. What do we know that makes things on Avernus bigger and stronger?

We may need to make very sure Hedcrusha does not find any Black Crystal.

I don't want him to get smart.

Those give a bonus proportional to one's abilities. Thus someone (or some-ork) who is bone stupid would get the least use out of mental enhancement.

The current winning plan has us directing him to Svartalfheim, so it's not really an issue.
