at best for messing with geneseed might be only possible if we convinve the high council i think to pursue it at best and i imagine that it would be a uphill project anyway otherwise we dont have much do to with that topic guys.

do we have to deal with same crystallization problem that Plagues Farseers? i mean Ridcully basically now at least as powerful as Farseer.

quick question I'm looking at the Regional Descriptions tab in informational and are there any city we haven't rebuild yet?
Blacktyde in Azure Isles (though it has been abandoned ever since it was depopulated by berserk fungus/Black Irons way back during initial settlement period) and Bajou in Everglades (it was mostly abandoned early on due to lingering Chaotic corruption from rogue psyker leaving only enough people to operate promethium extraction plant, but due to mismanagement event that got destroyed by life-eater fungus and we never rebuilt).

Huh...hero of the war in heaven, Krork leader and yet not a transcendent...I guess we've really been underestimating how easy it is to get one
You asked whether it was safe to assume that, it's possible he's the next level up from transcendent, making it unsafe to assume he's only transcendent, we don't know.
Alternatively there's some unanticipated huge difficulty in getting above high paragon whose nature we haven't seen the mechanics of yet.

Just to go into more on Pargaon and Trancendatn. a Paragon is one of the best living examples of his trait, a Trancendant is one of the best ever in that trait
so for someone to have Transcendant Martial they will have to be one of the est generals ever, and so on
Trancendamce traits are really, really, rare, as in less then 0.01% of Paragons get to Trancendace

I have a few questions @Durin

1 When will Tranth have the chance of Examining the Dreadnoughts so he can Reverse engineering and or upgrade them?
2 When are we going the get the option of rearming our PDF beyond Light?
3 Since the only way to prevent Saint Lin from dying is through Divine intervention... Would be possible to negotiate the Eldrad so they ask Ynnead to do so?
3.1 If this is possible, how much will it cost?
4 What do our advisors think about expanding to another region? A good time or too soon?
5 Now that we have upgraded Grav-Accelerator Batteries, are we going to need an extra action to upgrade our defences, or it will be done automatically?
6 Once we expand to a new region, will the DAOT defences be included construction of new cities, or we would need to upgrade them afterwards?

Never, because a. both Sarens are very much dead and has been so for over hundred years and b. this is is Tranth's job, even if there are some overlap with Biologis with the life support/stasis systems.
4 What do our advisors think about expanding to another region? A good time or too soon?
This probably falls into "you're the players, not me" category. And currently we will have to see how well we manage to weather Waagh! Gutkrumpa and Abomination crusade before making the decision about expanding.
6 Once we expand to a new region, will the DAOT defences be included construction of new cities, or we would need to upgrade them afterwards?
Of course we will have DotT defenses, though I guess you meant to as whether we will have level 6 or level 7 defenses? In which case I assume 7, since it's our new "standard" and having to do updates is bunch of mostly pointless busywork for QM and the players.

@Durin, worshipping individual humans is heresy, but then why is the worship of Saints and Primarchs allowed?

Dragons Nest is the most powerful single polity in your neighborhood, covering an entire Sector of nearly a hundred worlds. It is ruled and protected by the Blood Dragons, a Adeptus Astartes Chapter descended from the legendary Blood Angels. Despite their skill and the number of well trained well equipped soldiers that they can call upon they were hard pressed to defend their territory when you first encountered them, with only the heavy fortifications that each world has on both ground and in its orbitals allowing them to survive. This changed after the arrival of the Imperial Trust, which cleared the Orks from one of their flanks, crippled Valinor's Fleet and provided them with some more advanced technology. Dragon's Nest to this relieving of pressure to further fortify their worlds and expand into Karnas and some of the nearby worlds.

At the Fall of the Imperium Dragon's Nest was the Takama Sector, a sector of no particular renown that's only claim to fame was the presence of the Blood Dragons Chapter of Astartes, a chapter known for its honor and the deadliness of its swordsmen. Thanks to a strong sector government the Sector remains strong int he immediate aftermath of the Fall of the Imperium, and thanks to the strength of the Blood Dragon's it was able to defeat all that threatened it. For over a century the Blood Dragon's worked with the Sector Government to defend and govern the sector, until the rise of Sector Governor Gunther von Helervan. Governor Gunther at first proved to be one of the more gifted governors of his line, keeping the sectors economy on good order and its armies strong. However this competence only hid the truth, which was discovered by a brave Blood Dragon's Liberian involved in hunting down a particularly elusive cult on the sector capital. Sector Governor Gunther von Helervan had been corrupted by the Abomination, and had taken most of the Sector Government with him. The Blood Dragon's quickly moved to remove those tainted by the sector governor, which turned out to be most of the upper levels of the sector government. The combination of the lack of suitable replacements for the now former governor and the fear the future governors may prove to be just as susceptible corruption made the Blood Dragon decide to take power for themselves, a feat they accomplished with little issue.

For the following millennia, the Takama Sector, now renamed Dragon's Nest continued to suvive despite everything that the galaxy threw at it.
Karnas
Capital: Karnas (Recruiting World, Fortress World)
Size: 12 Worlds
Estimated Population: 250 billion
Distance to Imperial Trust: 120 Light years to Midgard (Up-East)

The Petty Imperium of Karnas was the only Petty Imperium within two hundred Light-Years from the Imperial Trust when you first encountered it. In the lead up to the wakening of the Ork Gods it was taken over by a political coup by its traditional protectors of Dragon's Nest, a move backed by the royal family.

Valinor
Abomination Empire
Rular: Unknown
Capital: Valinor (Angyl World)
Size: 16 Worlds
Estimated Population: 320 billion
Distance to Imperial Trust: 40 Light years to Jotunheim (South)

Military: 32 billion Guard, unknown elites, Daemons
Estimated Fleet Turn: estimated 300 Capital Ships , estimated 10,000 Escorts
Current activities: Turn 84
Campaign against Dragons Nest (15 billion Guard, Unknown Elites, 100 Capital Ships, 2,000 Escorts)

Valinor is the only other human presence in what was once the Valinor Sector, controlling the nine worlds of Sub-Sector Valinor along with seven other worlds that they took from the Orks. They are devote worshipers of the Abomination and Valinor itself is an Angyl World, a Daemon World of the Abomination. While the Golden Legions of Valinor are not the most numerous or best equipped of the forces in the region their incredible discipline and Warp born powers make them a force to be reckoned with.

So the Dragon's Nest has 9300 Space Marines. Not bad.

They are lacking in capital ships. I guess maintaining huge numbers of Marines is eating up most of their resources.

But they do seem to have decent number of Astartes vessels including Battlebarges.

Apparently they have a Ramilies Starfort. Maybe when we build some new starforts we could give them our current fort, assuming it isn't required in the Trust.

Edit- apparently it is 9300 marines.

updated Dragon's Nest
Huh. That's a good number of Battle Barges and Astartes Ships. About a 1 to 3 ratio on Capital Ships with a 1 to 16 in Escorts. Seems like the Astartes Capital Ships are the heavy lifters and have detected Escorts while the Navy has the mass in Escorts with some Capitals as Flotila Leaders and local reaction forces till a Blood Dragon strike forces can bail them out. The Battle Barges are their only Battleship level combatants with the Navy only having up to Heavy Cruisers and not that many more of them. At least they now have a Gargantuan Shipyard so they can build Battleships and no longer have three Ork Realms and a Chaos Imperium bashing their face in. That should let them prep some.

One thing I would like to point out. We still have a half dozen Heavy Capitals (BB, GC, HC), a hundred or so Capitals (BC, CR, LC), and about 300 Escorts of Imperium Era make spread out in the planetary defense fleets. That's a good strike force if lacking in Escort coverage given the current Escort swarms we see now a days. With the upcoming Council meeting I see two ways we can use them. First and simplest is to donate them to Dragon's Nest for a favor like crushing Valinor while we deal with the Orks. We can have the Trust replace all the planetary personal ships with DAOT one of equivalent type so all ships in any battle are of the same grade.

Second Idea is if we get High Council permission to do some dealing with the Eldar. No matter what if we do use them for whatever we need them for they are going to want us to do something in return. And honestly the best we can offer is mercenary work for our soldiers and Navy on their behalf. At the same time however even if we spread our Datacores to other human realms we do not want our weapons or ships falling into Chaos's hands for as long as we can hold that fate off. If we organized a Division? Corps? or so of Trust troops in Imperium Era gear and assign them this scrap fleet we can do quit a number of deniable Ops with no link to us. Assign a Inquisition attachment for Intel gathering and other such and we could get just as much use out of them as a "Rouge Fleet" in our neck of the woods and some side benefits for Eldar missions if they make it back. The one thing I would do that the old Imperium never could is to replace our Power Armour with Light/Ignatus Power Armour for whatever Helltroopers and Helguard get the job. If our Astartes join in the missions they also should switch out to older armors to prevent samples from being captured. Of course if the Eldar have a high priority slash and burn mission that they can guarantee a exit route for our boys then we can go full bore with all the shinys at our disposal.
