Wait what? Did I miss something in the comment posts?
Kinda.

All the Primarchs are psykers and powerful ones at that the most obvious being Magnus who's the Psyker primarch and an Apex psyker meaning his base power would be in the 50s somewhere. Lorgar too, but to a lesser extent.

However, all the Primarchs are powerful psykers albeit with more specialities than all of it, Sanguninius and Kurze with their foresight ect.

So I wrote that into the omakes I did about them, so Leman has Cryo abilities and transformation (into a giant wolf) while Corvus has embraced his ability to write himself out of people's perceptions, umbrakinesis and other abilities that make him untrackable.

Khan I imagine as having speed and lightning based abilities, Vulkan fire and crafting based stuff ect. With Leman also having access to runes.

In my imagination they've got more powers for example since the Blood angels have unique blood based psycic abilities I imagine Sanguinius would have the same alongside the forsight. Kurze too for instance I imagine having unique powers which make him much better at murdering people.

I'm thinking that it might be a good idea to make a concerted push towards paragon administration for our new administration chief, using action choices and Omake's.
Specifically by taking a bunch of similar action choices, then writing omake's to boost the chances of getting a trait related to those actions, continuing over time.
I might get started on that soon, but for now I'll be focused on writing something else that isn't quite cooperating.
In the meantime.....

Mittens VS Angel of Betrayal take 2

As loyal tiger and traitor astartes stared each other down one thing became clear, This was a challenge, and a true follower of Khorne couldn't resist an honorable challenge.

The traitor astartes drew his daemon blade, first forged in the infernal fires of the dark forge acalthrang four hundred years ago, and fell into a guard stance. Even if he was facing an animal he would approach this fight seriously, to do otherwise would dishonor him, unworthy of a champion like himself.

The large tiger made a lazy and predicable leap, disappointing him with the level of difficulty this was likely to pose.

Then disappeared from before his eyes.

He was shocked as he cast about for the beast. Was this damned witchcraft!?

Then a flaming tiger erupted from his chest.

Leaving him to wonder 'What!? How!?' in the second he had to look down before blacking out.

Mittens rolled over and kicked in his sleep, thinking thoughts of tigerish victory.

-Y3: Trade Talks (Svartalfheim): Buy 20 suits of Advanced Terminator Armor for humans, plus relic blade for Jacob [preferably by Olaf]
Why are we only buying the relic blade? Why not the maximum amount of relics from their vaults to maximise the effectiveness of our heroes? It doesn't cost much.

I've been wondering about this and mentioned it before, every other notable combatant has a full set of 3 relics, I don't see why a potential paragon wouldn't also get comparable equipment.

Fixed. Though I'll note that I recall Durin saying having more than three relics doesn't help most people, and I imagine Jacob would be among those we might give Terminator armor to.

Didn't we already do that a while back?
We did, but back then we couldn't buy enough relics to fully outfit everyone with them due to the limit. Getting more relics will let us equip more of our people with more relics. Certainly getting some for Ophelia and Dalv would be a good idea.

because you already gave relics to your heroes a while back, and while they might not be that expensive to buy a few dozen, if you went after hundred or thousand it would break he bank fast
30 Cr= 1 Relic From Vault (up to 100)
50 Cr=1 tailored relic (up to 50)
We only got enough tailored relics to fully outfit 16 heroes. That's exactly enough to fully outfit our heroes if we exclude Lin, which is good, but it leaves no tailored relics left for our Departmento Munitorum Notables and Other Characters. I personally think it would be a very good idea to outfit Ophelia, Dalv, Odysseus, Ajax, and James with tailored relics.

Buying a large quantity of relics will not break the bank at all. If we buy the maximum amount of relics as we did last time - vault and tailored relics both - it would cost us a total of 5,500 credits, which we can pay for extremely easily.

EDIT: Spare relics can go to our Governor's Own or the Super-Elite Operatives.

don't assume that prices are static, especially 80 years later

I await the turn when we can afford to outfit either squads in Human Terminator Armor.

Say, the entire Governor's Own.

@Durin:
1) could we get Ridcully to divine what side effect this project will have?
2) can we ask the Sirens about what we might find in the bedrock beneath them?
The first of these has been asked, it's part of the re-roll and regular surveying
The second hasn't, and might be a good idea, we should also talk to those trolls that live in the caverns for the same reason.

I'd support this action, and our advisers wouldn't suggest it without thinking it could work, but we might want to put Rotbart on it so the diggers have his martial bonus against wildlife.
