So, now my plan's AM section is like Enjou's with Nova Cannons as Explorator action, Administratum section has Azure Bay railway, a couple of diplomatic actions is a bit different, military is the same and there are different persons to spend time with. Main difference is that Xavier is goinig to found an order on Y5 instead of deploying. I think that we shouldn't risk him at the same year Ridcully spies on gods, as it may result in higher than usual chance of losing them both.

@Durin, I have a couple of questions:
1) Does the Spying On Gods description means that Ridcully can't reroll it or can't reroll anything at that year?
2) How well would such an order work?
"Order Of Ashes: Choirs of strong pyromancers with addition of some diviners for targeting, specializing in large-scale applications of pyromancy in siege warfare, against big and slow targets like fortresses or armies, using their powers in relative safety and prepared environment, like fortifications or war machines specifically warded and equipped with foci and other psychic tools, allows them to use more power at cost of lesser precision and use speed."

Doesn't emps count :???:

Or does he not anymore cause he's technically a human aligned warp being rather than traditionally human :eyebrow:

Eh, only way to find out is to explore avernus, all our answers lie there in :V
The Emperor was not a god and he will not become a god/return to life for several thousand more years. At the moment, he is dead.

Pretty sure the Juries out on his divine status while taking his potty break.

He was certainly worshipped as a God and included in Durin's examples of 70s so I'd say he falls into the same area as the C'tan.

Got the Stats, not exactly the warpyness.

Will have that soon.

He was treated as a god but wasn't an actual Warp God.

If one of our characters gets a 70+ stat s/he would probably get treated as a god of some sort, at least until the Church and Inquisition come around for a visit.

I was thinking we'd donate a some tens of millions of Thrones to ensure the orphans/widows/what have you of those who fought at Hive 5 are taken care of, ask that priority be given to the families in Hive 5 who would like to immigrate to Avernus for the colonization, etc.

Did we ever do much with this?

And when are we going to invest it the land Rotbart was granted to Asgard? We got given that way back and, so far as I know, have been a textbook neglectful absentee noble to the people on the estate since.

It would be nice to at least spend a personal action and visit the place, say to rest and recuperate with Syr after the tempo of the campaign against the Orks slackens some (which should also give time for Klovis Ultan to improve Rotbart's personal reputation on Asgard).

fasquardon

You mean Asgard, and our fief does specialize in education.
Yep.

@Durin
1. How does
1i. Horatius stack up compared to canon space marine legends like Grimnar, Dante ect
1ii. How does Julius stack up compared to canon space marine legends like Marnius Calegar ect.
2. Have we taken a preliminary look at Angel Steel assuming we have taken possession of it, to see if it has any interesting properties (does it live up to it's unbreakable reputation) and whether it has psyonic frequencies or resonances associated with it?
3. Similar with the Ultradense alloy?
4. Has Muspelhiem started to produce it as I think they're the only ones who can on the scale we need.
5. With out generators and engines does it slow down ships by a real amount?
6. Do we think we can do anything with the Bloodshard bolts? They're like blot versions of the Harlequins kiss?
7. Do we expect to have a higher chance of implantation successes now we have all the astartes medical stuff?
8. How much better is the Baal predator's engine compared to the ones we currently have?
9. Will there be an option to refit our engines, or is that not practical?
10. Due to Tranth having a perfect understanding of Haywire weapons, could he use that to make effectively a temptest bolt.thing for an impaler?
Tempest Bolts replace the standard mass-reactive core and armour-piercing tip of a bolt round with a fragmentation shell encasing a powerful micro-explosive proximity charge. This has the effect of showering a target with a murderous storm of shrapnel. These heavier rounds, however, lack range compared to standard bolt shells. Produced only on Mars, Tempest Bolts were designed to be particularly effective at incapacitating machines and other electronic devices. Such bolts are highly effective against targets like combat robots and cyborgs whose bodies are now more machine than organic tissue.
Just as a precaution and to add it to our arsenal.
11. Can impalers not use alternate forms of ammo?
12. A long long time ago, you said we had access to the Sydonian Dragoon
1. Did our Skittari or Myrmidon's come with any Ironstrider Ballistarius's and Sydonian Dragoon's? I'd assume so cause the Ironstrider's are fairly common among Skittari and the Myrmidon's should have dragoons as they are elites?
Can we have a shot at reverse engineering it (Or the Ironstrider either or)'s Engine, which is apparently a perpetual motion machine (or close enough that they can't make em stop moving.)
13. Bit of history I guess, but you mentioned a 15th black crusade where Asgard lost several relic knights. Anything interesting about the
13i. 14th Black Crusade?
13ii. And 15th Black Crusade?
14. How big is the disease and virus data bank we have managed to create over time.
15. How dangerous is the Avernite equivalent of the common cold to non avernites?
16. How good is the Standard Avernite shot (Vaccine)
17. Would it be useful too off worlders as well?
18. Have the explorers been able to "bring back" Avernite jungle diseases from region... theta? the one you gave as an option on a different continent?
19. If so how bad are they compared to the ones we've been getting?
20. Can't remember if I've asked this at some point, but do we have Transonic weapons? The Skittari should have some Transonic Weapon - Lexicanum
21. Same with the Taser weapons Taser Weapon - Lexicanum
22. Arc weapons? (again a seemingly commonish skittari weapon) Arc Weapon - Lexicanum
23. Galvanic weapons? Galvanic Rifle - Lexicanum
24. Cognis weapons? Cognis Weapon - Lexicanum
Sorry about all the questions at once.

Speaking of Midgard, @Durin:
1) Have the Midgardian Hives destroyed during the Chaos Invasion been rebuilt, including the ones being used for Chaos rituals?
2) Has Midgard increased the number of Hives past the pre-Invasion level, or have they focused on up-sizing the pre-existing Hives?
3) Has Midgard upgraded their Hives to incorporate the Dark Age naval train-network?
4) Has Midgard instituted any environmentalist projects to save their world's eco-system?
4a) If so, has it cut down on the number of mutants?
5) Is Xavier's name invoked to bring unruly children under control?
6) Does Midgard have significant foreign-quarters, for merchants, immigrants and the like?

When we reinvestigated Midgard:
After the death of Garkill Inquisitor Klovis-Ultan spent a few years gathing information on how Midgard has changed over the time since the founding of the Imperial Trust. The biggest initial change is that Governor-General Aelfric has managed to eliminate both the Underhives and the mutants in remote areas, via a mix of education and annihilation.

@Durin what kind of training methods and techniques does the Unseen University use for Sanctioned Psykers?
2. What is the training of a Battle Psyker like?
3. With the various Psyker city's and quarters of the Unseen University have they developed into thier own sub communitys on Avernus with a distinct culture of thier own for the Psykers and others who live there?
What kind of Famliers do our Psykers get usually
1. If there Sanctionites?
1b. Battle Psykers?
1c. Primaris?
@Durin some questions if you have the time
1. The base Combat bounus for adding Champions is 5 for our army. I was wondering if there is a higher hidden modifier that applies for when the Champions personally engage the enemy?
2. With how many casualties we suffer from rouge Chaos Psykers how deadly our are Battle Psykers in comparison?
2a. Our Vetrean Battle Psykers?
3b. Elite Battle Psykers?
2c. Master Battle Psykers?

New wildlife idea: Plague Rats

Large part of why disease still exists despite all this cool medical technology; they carry an extremely virulent warp virus that spreads based on proximity to the rat. Plague Rats are small and can get into pretty much anywhere. Got the idea from the Black Death which is what is said to have allowed Nurgle to finish forming (of dubious canon). Since lots of Avernus seems to be based off Earth myths, I figure it was made by an Old One who was around long enough to see the Medieval Era of Earth.

The Old Ones were long, long gone well before mankind even entered the stone age. We're talking millions of years here.
