So I was getting real tried of trying to find what level our cities were for the Upgrade action when, by chance I came across this:

And the cities that we upgraded so far:
Upgrade Defences: Casarrondo, Malea, Yphax, Beirut
Nagrod, City of Glass, Roke Island, The Unseen University
Storm's End, Lorien, Mirkwood, Doriath
Bonud, Babylon, True Grit, Iota One
Iota Two, Iota Three, Iota Four, Iota Five

E: Just noticed that the table was missing the City of Glass in Aridia.
E2: Also noticed that we didn't get an increase in Rep with the Quartok for upgrading their city to level 7.

Vanahiem has a massive IOU, is there anything we actually want from them? I've mentioned purchasing an Adjucator or Mobile Lab, but is there anything else we could be interested in?

Long term we want to save what they owe us, because they'll be able to build things like a Dreadnought for us.

Also, we already have an Adjudicator and two Mobile Labs. We don't really need Vanaheim building more for us.

I think there's an argument to be made for replacing the 3 Capitol Imperialis with Adjudicators and moving them to the reserve or selling them. They and the Leviathan are outdated designs that I'm surprised we are still using.
Cheap.

Though we don't use them often if at all now a days. Not even the Adjudicator has seen much use.

Most Imperial Era tech is cheaper than its DAoT equivalent. That doesn't mean that its more efficient. Reassesing whether they are still worth the cost or should be mothballed and replaced is a legitimate question. As for not using them much its probably because they are most useful offensively. That and they probably were part of the artillery pounding the Ork fortresses.
More importantly, the Imperial Trust Guard lacks either a Capitol Imperialis, or an Adjudicator and only has two Leviathans. Commissioning a proper command vehicle for Schwarz is probably a good idea irregardless of whether we want more of our own.

Ok, putting my plan up to vote. I'm still waiting on @Durin to answer whether or not our navy's admiral wants more Defence Cruisers or Defence Monitors, and will make a change based on it - my currently inclination is not to spend Vanaheim credits on those right now, given that I think we'll want to perform the action "Construct Defence Cruisers and Escorts" instead, which will give us a lot of the Defence Cruiser variants.

These are the current numbers to maintain our baneblades, Leviathans and Capitol Imperiali.

Note that it is incredibly small compared to our current stuff.

If we had the design and the Admech weren't being dicks we could probably flood the guard with them cheap as is their maintenance, assuming they haven't been mothballed already, as they not participating in Garkill's invasion to my knowledge (all units participating in engagements are listed in rolls and I can't remember them being there, or even in the sections listing our troop numbers), though I can't comment on the after party.

As for commissioning him a replacement, dude if the man wants a command structure he can commission his own out of the Guard's budget, but we can't give him a giant shiny present after we made him the higher commander of the Trust's armed forces, that would look compromised as hell even if we really do just want him to have a nice command structure.

Is that total cost or cost per unit? Because what I'm reading is that a squadron of Baneblades is cheaper than either of those.

Not certain.

Fairly sure it shows the current number and the cost of maintaining all of them not individual ones.
So at best an Imprialis is three times more expensive than a squadron and at worst about as expensive as 42 squadrons?
Not going to lie. At three times it might be worth it, even if it would win in a straight fight the ability of those squadrons to be in probably 30 to 40 places at once is a good strategic advantage. At 42 times? Not even close.

Given it looks like the cost is covered all of them at once it is 3x.

The point is, there are a lot of problems with your plan apart from I don't know where an up to date list of our regiments is, but if by 'flood the guard' you mean give one to every regiment then thats about 3 million material for the Black Irons of turn 59 alone. You'd double that from adding the armour regiments alone and we don't know if attaching 3 baneblade squadrons would be better anyway.
E: In that case regarding MonkeyTypewriters comment multiply that cost by about 14 and you're in the right ball park. I.E 42 million material. Its do able, but there are sure as hell better things to be doing.

I'm almost certain its individual. Just compare the relative costs of the Governor's Own to a power armored Helguard Regiment. The Governor's Own is damn expensive sure, but there's no way its AM upkeep is more than 127 regiments combined.
Seeing as they're all wearing elite power armour, and have a whole array of Land Raiders, plasma foils and Conversion beamers all of which makes a lot more sense.

3 major gripes with your plan @Enjou
1) dont we only have a metal income of ~4.4 billion a year? why are you putting us in to metal debt?
2) why are you putting us in to major credit debt with niflheim?
3) why are you selling any exotic material?

3 major gripes with your plan @Enjou
1) dont we only have a metal income of ~4.4 billion a year? why are you putting us in to metal debt?
2) why are you putting us in to major credit debt with niflheim?
3) why are you selling any exotic material?

1. Our metal income is 8.77 billion per year according to the Income Summary on the Datasheets page.
2. "162,025.7 owed to Avernus" means they still owe us debt.
3. Jotunheim, after all their trade deals, has a deficit of over 500 that I'm trying to relieve. They aren't likely to be able to buy EM from the Trust and don't have a big reserve of it. If @Durin says they'll be able to get it elsewhere, I won't mind removing it.
