Nope. Making a plan is quite a bit of work, and the first plan that gets posted usually gets bandwaggoned anyway.
Tried that. I lack the stamp of aproval Enjou has.
The last plan that got close to his votecount was "Enjou's plan but with that one action changed".
So yeah. Making plans is kind of a waste of time if Enjou makes one as well.

Edit: kind of sad for Durin as the participation for turn votes has kind of droped very low compared to the time of one year turns.

It could be solved, in a rather roundabout way, by proposing the plans anonymously.

But that's quite a hassle, and besides, people could probably figure out who wrote what based on what they vote one.

It's probably due to the large amounts of time between updates.

The 24 hour vote lock, then the 48 hour vote time make it very easy for people to just pop in over time.

The sedate nature of the quest is also a factor.

I expect as soon as we get to a battle things will perk up much more.

I wonder if it would help if the plans where easier to find.

I mean, it's not exactly easy to vote if you have to dredge through several pages to find what others are even voting on.

@Enjou As I said before, please think about to have Tamia, Xavier or both taking additional Mentoring Beta actions the first year.

IIRC we wold get at least 3 betas passing the trials this turn, and, since neither Xavier nor Tamia actions are time sensitive, we should get a very good chance not only of all of them passing the trials, but also to get 1 or 2 with results good enough results to become Beta Primaris, and each one of those are an extremely valuable strategic asset.

As far as I know we can only take the Mentoring: Betas action once, though @Durin could tell me if I'm wrong on that.

It says we are a legendary general unmatched by humanity before, this may obviously exclude the emperor, but are we on the level of or exceeding creed or macharius?

Better than Marcharius, but until we can stuff a titan in a closet we're not a tactical genius like CREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-D

You guys want another plan:

Well here ya go, enjoy:

[X] Plan Alternative T85

Void Command
SLOT A - Year 3
-Y3: Construct: Escorts
SLOT B - Year 4
-Y4: Build Docks
--EXPEDITE YEAR 4

Administratum
SLOT A - Year 2
-Y2: Expand Mines: Belisama
SLOT B - Year 2
-Y2: Region Iota: Found City: Delta
--EXPEDITE YEAR 2
SLOT C - Year 3
-Y3: Upgrade Defences: Four Major Cities (Duat Region)
--EXPEDITE YEAR 3

Reasoning: The Duat region cities only have regular infantry to defend them and they are not tied into the rail network as of yet, so let's give them the best defenses we can manage first.

Diplomacy
SLOT A - Year 1
-Y1: Diplomatic Relations (Quartok Protectorate)
--REPEAT IF FAILED
-Y2: Re-examine (Governor Olaf)
-Y3: Investigate Quartok (Government)
-Y4: Diplomatic Relations (Svartalfheim)
-Y5: Diplomatic Relations (Vanaheim)
SLOT B - Year 1
-Y1: Diplomatic Relations (Quartok Protectorate)
--REPEAT IF FAILED
-Y2: Re-examine (Governor-General Aelfric)
-Y3: Investigate Quartok (Religion)
-Y4: Diplomatic Relations (Svartalfheim)
-Y5: Diplomatic Relations (Vanaheim)

AdMech
SLOT A - Year 2 (Explorator)
-Y2: Examine: Graviton Weapons
--DOUBLE DOWN YEAR 2 (Priority on 4 for repeat)
--REPEAT IF FAILED
-Y4: Design: Advanced Troop Transport
SLOT B - Year 1 (Biologis)
-Y1: Detailed Survey (Temple-Cat)
--DOUBLE DOWN YEAR 1
--REPEAT IF FAILED
-Y3: In Depth Examination (Temple-Cat)
--DOUBLE DOWN YEAR 3
SLOT C - Year 4 (Fabricator-General)
-Y4: Expand and Upgrade: Nechtan
SLOT D - Year 3 (Free)
-Y3: Advanced Ramilies Design: Type (Forward Operating Base)

I believe that the faster we can get the Ramilies Variants designed and under construction, the sooner we can start making large, Strategic changes in the sector.

Ministorum

SLOT A - Year 1
-Y1-Y4: Those in the Shadows
-Y5: Cure Curse
SLOT B - Year 5
-Y5: Cure Curse

Astra Telepathica
SLOT A - Year 1 (Ridcully)
-Y1: Mentoring: Betas
-Y2: Cheating
-Y3: Divination: Attacks
-Y4: IF Tranth repeats Graviton Weapons, Cheating. ELSE Divination (Valinor)
--DOUBLE DOWN YEAR 4 (Only for Divination, use on Tranth's Graviton Weapons action otherwise)
-Y5: Divination (Valinor)
--DOUBLE DOWN YEAR 5 (if slot is used here)
SLOT B - Year 1 (Xavier)
-Y1: Simple Anti-Pyker Wards: Reactors
-Y4: Battle Preparations
--REPEAT IF FAILED
-Y5: Honing an Edge
SLOT C - Year 1 (Tamia)
-Y1: Simple Anti-Pyker Wards: Void Shields
-Y4: Simple Anti-Pyker Wards: SAM Batteries

I'd prefer to cover a couple more gaps in our strategic locations before committing to the Pysker Quarters.

Personal

SLOT A - Year 1
-Y1: Personal Attention: Ready Forces (Ground)
-Y2: Personal Attention: Ready Forces (Fleet)
-Y3: Personal Attention: Readiness Training
-Y4: Personal Attention: Readiness Training: Fleet
-Y5: Personal Attention: Readiness Training: Defences
--REPEAT IF FAILED
SLOT B - Year 3
-Y1-Y2: Meetings, LOCKED
-Y3: Spend Time With (Xavier)
-Y4: Spend Time With (Edvin Dieuwer)
-Y5: Spend Time With (Edvin Dieuwer)

'A Primarch's specialization is every specialization'

It's almost like they were specifically engineered to be OP.

Oh wait.

A few more questions @Durin

1. The Mentor beta action appears as can be taken once, I understood that we can take it only one year, but in the year we take it we can take it multiple times (one for each heroic psyker that is free that year), Is this true, or am I wrong and we can only take it once a turn by just one of the psykers?

2 What happened with the ordinance at the Ships Graveyard? the option disappeared after we founded the Datacores...

3. How many samples of archeotech (super exitus rifles, cyclonic torpedoes, etc) we have in total (they are not included in the Mechanicus page) ?

4 What happened with the starfighter we found at the Well of Urd? Its design was included in the datacores, or we will have the option to examine them later?

1. you can take it as many times as you want in one turn
2. given that you got the designs it was added to your archeotech reserves
3. Mechanicus Explorator, STC's, second last slide
4. you have already examined them I believe

Does anyone know if we have the exotic shells (melta, plasma, etc) for Basilisks researched/deployed? I can't seem to find it in the Mechanicus threadmark.

@Durin: Do we have specialized Basilisk shells (plasma, melta, haywire, etc) deployed in our armies? I remember talking about getting them after the bloody Fjol IV siege but can't remember if we ever got around to it.

We have them. We've been equipping our guys with them using the Refit actions.

@Durin, how come Strategist wasn't combined into Legendary General? It seems like it would fit in well.

yes

@Durin

1. Is it possible for Lin, Xavier, and Ridcully to go into the halls of the other Chaos Gods to decrease the cultists we get from them like we did with the Abomination?
2. Can we theoretically do the same but for other gods like Gork, Mork, Cegorach, and Ynnead?
3. Do our Heroic Primaris Psykers already come with masterwork force weapons?
