[X] Plan Enjou T85

Dont mind the plan and we can do ground upgrades to forge citys after the big incoming attack or the incoming campaign i guess ? And we are to poor for defensive upgrades for now in the am sector.

We can use a portion of our own fleet to escort our own trade routes since pirates are abit of a problem apparently so they have something for our lighter ships to do since we have pretty extensive monitor fleet for escorts for insystem defense to make use of them of both?

@Enjou I like your plan but I have a couple of issues with the Telepathica Actions

[X] Plan Enjou T85

1. Since we have 3 five year actions I would also use both Tamia and Xavier to mentoring the Betas the first year, we would only delay the new projects for one year and IIRC we have 3 Betas coming this turn and each one that become a Primaris is an strategic asset by it´s own right.

2 I think that Divination Valinor is not the best option in our current situation (a little too general), I think that would be better focus our efforts in the domain of the Ulg the Unstoppable or the Golden Legions, since these are the guys wich are more likely to attack us.

I'm kinda expecting to face Kriegers when valinor invades. In the original nightmare cannon they were sold to other powers in vast numbers, and if they're abomination followers, valinor may well have acquired some.

The place is over a whole Segmentum away though, that's a long way to transfer an army during an Age of Strife. I suppose as a Chaos faction the Abominationists will have better luck navigating the Warp than the Imperial Remnants do, but still.

On that note, @Durin have our psykers or Navigators reported anything about the Abomination creating its own Chaos-Astronomicon?

@Durin

I have questions regarding the 7 Leviathan we have. They are below size of the Capitol Imperialis (and now our similar Adjudicator) but both have as a main weapon a Macro Cannon.
1. In the Datasheet Military tap we have no Adjudicator listed but we build one already.

2. Do we can upgrade our 7 Leviathans and 3 Imperalis with the upgraded Macro Cannons or has that happened already?

3. Can we design an upgraded version of the Leviathan? If not: Why not or what would first be need doing?

And out of the left side:
4. Would it be a good idea to exchange some of the sentinels of Light Infantry with Goliaths for added AA?
5. Will we get the option for recruiting squadrons of Testudo-class Guardian Tanks (directional Void Shield) or adding them to specific regiments?
6. Will we get the option for recruiting of Hellswords (good vs fortifications) regiments/squadrons?
7. Would a good Grenadier Write-In would be a regiment specialized in breaking fortifications with a mix of Testudo-class Guardian Tanks (only one direction to be attacked from) and Hellswords? It would obviously need some other support that I can not judge.
8. Will we get the option for recruiting of Northern Sentinel Titan-Killer regiments/squadrons? Or would a Write-In be needed?
1. that is strange, will correct
2. no
3. yes but it would be a major effort and not necessarily worthwhile
4. already done, will correct datasheets
5-8. yes,you will get an oppetunity to use all of these with time, added to FAQ
That's true, but we know some form of attack will be coming soon. It's going to be the first war after the Warp Storm ended. I have doubts it will be minor. After this war, I'd like to focus on getting all the Forge Cities on Avernus upgraded ASAP.

Not sure that's doable. @Durin?
it is not

no

IIRC we're getting close to having population issues with our psykers, though @Durin could tell me if I'm wrong on that. I'm not quite sure what our max population for psykers is.
4 Turns, so we have to start in 2 by the latest. According ti the Psykernumber graph.

Except, you know, we can't exactly start this in the middle of a war, Tamia is valuable, so we have to start it anyway.

A thought on Divination: At higher levels, you'd roll in advance for things to happen in the future, and Divination can see those results ahead of time?

lets not go down the divination rabbithole. I find the discussions annoying and counterproductive i guess and having to use and some passive warning is more than enough ?

my problem usually is with eldar farseers and their powers but its a pet peeve of mine for divination especially in 40k.

Just a quick point on the Forge Cities thing.

Per Durin, in a city upgrade, they are less defended for the first 1/3 of said upgrade, equally for the second 1/3, and then better for the last 1/3.

On that note, the terrestrial forge cities are only extra vulnerable for the first four years of upgrading—somewhat less if we expedite their production, which we can actually afford soon due to our increased metal production. While that might be cutting it a little tight this turn, I think that nixing it because there might be an invasion at some point over the 12 year process is the wrong solution. Once we've got four years relatively clear, we should go for it.

We have enough reserves of mobile forces to cover for a city in early upgrade. Station the Explorator Vehicle in the area, set up some modular fortresses at the perimeter, bring in extra Skitarii for Avernus duty since it's a forge city and so on.

Why examine Graviton weapons when it's a guaranteed failure?
We have a +15 from last turn, +20 from the DD, and Cheating, taking it out of the guaranteed failure zone and giving us a 27% chance of success at minimum.

Also, because of Cheating our chances of finishing it can go up permanently, so each time we take the actions we can move closer to it being possible to succeed. The actions are meant to take time.

Is there any plan other than Enjou's?

Almost feels like I'm rubberstamping his plans some of these times.

I started drawing one up but another half-dozen voted Enjou while I was doing it so I stopped. You don't have to vote if there isn't a plan you approve.
