@Durin, I have some questions again:
1) Do we have any idea about how much time it takes to fully train a Farseer?
2) How good are new Farseers compared to Ridcully, assuming that they began to train right after the birth of Ynnead?
3) How strong and skilled should be an enemy psyker to obscure his vision the way it happened on Atlas' Gift?

From what I can tell, the Quartok are basically 'Quality over Quantity', they're naturally immortal*, and seem to constantly grow bigger and stronger the older they get, so their birth rates are probably a lot lower than human rates.

Actually, @Durin
1: I'm a bit worried about exponential growth here, are Quartoks biologically limited in regards to birth rates or can they have children at around the same rate humans can (Or at a higher rate, I guess)?
2: So, while it was said that none of them have died of old age, what was the oldest a Quartok has ever been known to grow to?
*Or, well, none of them have died from old age yet, so eh
1. they are a bit less fertile then humans but given they lack much of a sex drive they are easily capable of limiting their own numbers, and usually do
2. around three thosuand, while they do not suffer from negative effects due to aging their are plenty of other dangers

1. no idea but probably a few centuries at the most
2. unknown, probably better then him given that they will have a thousand years experience
3. better then Ridcully or having some sort of advantage and being at least Master level

I forget a couple questions more, @Durin:
1) Does Ridcully have any idea about how a Webway gate feels and works?
a) Can it be an explanation?
2) Would he feel if Chaos was involved in incident?

1. no
1a. almsot certainly not, the gate needs to be anchored on both sides and he thinks that a Webway gate would be noticed
2. only if it was blatant about it, though any way he knows for Chaos to pull something like that off would require either the Grey Knight cooperating or it being blatant.

Literally no one would know if Chaos did in fact clean up. Which makes it an untestable hypothesis... unfortunately.

@Durin

1. Is it Daemonology, Divination or both to obscure Ridcully's vision?
2. Are Grey Knights inheritently warded to the point thay Ridcully can't scry on them?
3. Our Primaris are considered to have 'Skilled' in all disciplines that aren't their own?
3a. Will they eventually get expert-level with disciplines they don't specialize in?
4. Is there a Master/Grandmaster Battle Psyker trait?
5. Is immortality via Biomancy a thing?
6. How old is our last Astropath?
7. Are there psychic powers that can rapidly repair objects destroyed? Say if the Grey Knight was incinerated and whoever did it wanted to fix stuff up.
8. Is it at all possible for a Grandmaster/Paragon Beta/Alpha Telepath to telepathically assasinate a Grey Knight?

1. both
2. no but they are harder to directly detect
3. no they have user, the level one below skilled
3a. only if they get the trait
4. yes
5. possibly
6. almost two hundred
7. probably
8. yes, pretty much anything is possibly for a powerful enough psyker

So my current working theory is:

Some psyker of some species mindkilled or mind controlled (Not sure if MC works on GKs) the Grey Knight, then cleaned up whatever psychic waste they produced with Daemonology/Divination, then used Daemonology to teleport the GK somewhere.

WAAAAAAAIIIIITTT A MINUTE.

1. Didn't you say the black crystal jewelry may have an appearance in the warp the same as their appearance in reality?

YOU DID.

????
Didn't he also say something about the sword being different from the other BCJ, not part of the set?

Do we know if that was a property of BCJ or just the sword.

1. Given our currently excellent relations with the Trust will we get the option to ask for a private meeting with Surt and Ulric and ask the big question?

Namely WTF are you?
Rude! :p

tin foil is cheap. Tin is not transmittable through radio waves.
I think you'll find that it is rather difficult to transmit any materials through radio waves. :V

2. you need to explore the region to find them
1) Do we at least know which other regions contain/are likely to contain ruins. I presume we know at least some, given that we are aware of other regions with ruins.

2) @Durin, I had an idea about how to get special ammo for the impaler: What we need to do is get some boffin at Geometry to formulate a way to formulate a pattern by which you could stack a bunch of relatively thick dartlike shapes that stack together to form a rod. Then instead of shredding a homogeneous rod, the impaler could liberate one of these dartlike shapes, which would allow us to fill them with toxins, explosives, or what have you.

Would something like that be a viable research project?

1. the only regions that you know may contain ruins are the Time-Plains and the Space Valley
2. yes that would be possible

Actually I wonder sometimes what, if any, scientific theories and formulas survived in our part of the galaxy.

Like, Newton's theory of gravitation, General Relativity, the Energy-Mass equivelence, Quantum Mechanics, etc, etc.

The fact remains that he still shares a property with one of the most OP pieces of kit around and is the most OP being we know of.

But, they do get he point across :D.

Like, Newton's theory of gravitation, General Relativity, the Energy-Mass equivelence, Quantum Mechanics, etc, etc.
@Durin to make most of this stuff work, even with 40K BSium we must know the formula's even if they're expressed in different ways.

2) Excellent. Any word on whether it would be a feasible option at present, or whether it would need to wait for a slow day in the mechanicus?

It sounds like something the Collegia Reconstructus could pull off relatively easily, if the task was put to them.

You underestimate AdMech. They are not some Cargo-Cult of technobarbarians. Their problem is not that they can't(they actually can and sometimes even do). But that they don't want.

Avernus is all deathbiomes in the one package. One biome that is still lacking is The Zone, first appeared in classic soviet Sci-Fi novel "Roadside Picnic" by Strugatsky brothers and even more popularized by S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series. Basically, typical postapocalyptic(zombies and mutants, and so on) wasteland with ruined city, except twisted by eldrich forces, or originally by Sufficiently Advanced Tech in "Roadside Picnic".

There were once. The millenia have swallowed them.
Then we started digging them up.

Not the same. The zone is characterised by anomalies and artifacts. Portals, streams of supernatural flames, gravitational traps, puddles of ectoplasm and other sinister phenomena. And artifacts that can cure wounds or protect from electricity, safe but useless weird things or the golden sphere that is said to fulfill wishes...

We should make a new troop type focused on infiltration and sabotage. like the phase Tigers but with more of them. I think it would be a good fit with Avernian doctrine and skills.
