1. Is all the flora and fauna on Avernus basicaly murderous bio weapon Monsters in one form or another.
2. Since force conduct system is out can we see if we can make force armor and helmet.

1. no there is varies other animals, Nogs for example, these are usually prey
2. you can try after you ahve set up an artisans city. given that Eldar are the only people in 40k with one it will not be easy

What if we make the instruments dedicated to the emperor and marke it all up with purity seals, or if we can learn the sirens warp lore use their runes instead.
 
The Grey Knights aren't a step above Astartes. They're the best Astartes due to the selection requirements, their training, and their gear, but they're still Astartes.
According to @durin GK are one step above normal astartes, for some reason, their geneseed being more complex and their stuff being better, for some reason probably cause of direct empyness.
 
We are really lucky we have em.

Now we just need to figure out how to make more :D.
One issue the whole brain washed to forget their entire life before the grey knights which while necessary still leaves people without their family or friends who join the order forever. Which while not a real issue per say I kinda of find it tragic.:(
