1: Why are we getting these ships instead of more useful ones?

2: Why are you building 40 Haywire Cruisers? What?!

3: Why are you designing a new cheap Haywire Cruiser when we already have that class design? (The Bolas Cruiser).

Also, this plan ignores Parnell's request for 5 to 6 Battleships...
Oh, there we go.
  1. I thought to fluff up our battle line with the cheap ships so that we have less upkeep but can trade this for more heavily armoured types and fast ones.
  2. I didn't notice that the Bolas Cruiser was a Haywire type. I thought that that one escort and the Snare Class Defence Cruiser were the only ones. Cut that part out.
  3. Parnell would like a really big Navy (including BB's) but I don't think we can afford to build enough lesser ships to keep them safe without cutting into the Army heavily. I think that the 4 BB's is a little to much as is but need them to support the Einherjar CB.
1x Einherjar Class Command Battleship

2 Champion Class Battleship
2 Saint Class Carrier Battleship

2 Gurkha Class Grand Cruiser
3 Pope Class Grand Carrier

4 Teutonic Class Heavy Cruiser
6 Chevalier Class Heavy Cruiser
6 Paladin Class Heavy Cruiser
4 Templar Class Heavy Carrier

4 Marauder Class Battlecruiser
4 Disciple Class Carrier
2 Uhlan Class Battlecruiser
2 Husser Class Battlecruiser

45 Knight Class Cruiser
35 Cataphract Cruiser
35 Kshatriya Cruiser
15 Samurai Cruiser

10 Corsair Class Cruiser
10 Poacher Class Cruiser
10 Cossack Class Cruiser
10 Acolyte Class Carrier

25 Bolas Class Cruiser

50 Youxia Class Escort Cruiser
50 Monk Class Escort Carrier
15 Buccaneer Class Light Cruiser
15 Adherent Class Light Carrier

200 Squire Class Frigate
500 Soldier Class Destroyer
100 Page Class Frigate
50 Privateer Class Raider
75 Legionnaire Class Destroyer
50 Descent Class Destroyer-
50 New Class of Haywire Escorts

Stealth insertion unit
1 Night Class Battlecruiser
10 Fog Class Light Cruiser
25 Shadow Class Destroyer

Here's my plan redone cutting out the cheap Cruisers and spreading them out among the armoured and fast type but for the Haywire ones. I do not think adding any more HC's or up is a good idea.

I'd prefer her to go to the University next, with the Void after that... but I can accept going to the Naval Academy now, as long as the third education choice is University.

I understand that Syr would like to go to Boot Camp but that is the option, that Durin pointed out, would suffer the most from not picking first.
The greatest advantage is that she would start collecting experience. She will have the chance for that later still but a Void cable commander is what we really need.

I am for Void Academy. I would even prefer Vanaheims Academy so that she can be on her own.

@durin Is there no option to which Void Academy to sent her or has the invitation expired?

cheap ships are not the way to go because of that cheapness they cannot handle the punishment more expensive ships can. also remember that when we take the fleet out for combat it would be a good idea to leave between a quarter and a third behind incase we or another of the trust worlds are attacked

But cheap ships don't eat so much AM and EM. We want OP infantry but heaving many ships will not allow that.

[X] Avernite Helltroopers

The risk to her life here isn't as bad as before since she should be an officer rather than a grunt starting at the bottom, and getting a combat bonus so she can't be so easily killed by wildlife later on is invaluable. This will also cement her lessons from the Officer's Academy. I would say do this first, then go with the Naval Academy option next turn.

[X] Avernite Naval Academy

I am for this with practice with her uncle afterwards. The Combat is not such a huge determent and the 35 score thing is more a general guide than rule.

[X] University

I think the university and naval academy are the best options here, university rounds her out and looking back we have gained traits for martial and combat far easier than forany of the other stats so increasing those should be a priority. Also for combat she still has upgrades to the swordsman trait.

[X] Avernite Naval Academy

We're already pretty good at not dying with this option, as I'll alluded to previously, so let's get her to be a naval commander without any malus to her martial score.

[X] University

Really want to cover her weak areas and become smarter in general now before the returns on education stop being useful.

@durin when can we use the knowledge chairs on Syr and Rotbart?

[X] Avernite Helltroopers

We are not going to get a navy large and variable enough (at least not any time soon) to be worth spending time on Naval education, and University can be replaced with KICing.

[X] Avernite Naval Academy

Will switch to University if that changes to become the only one that can beat Helltroopers.

We do not need another general. It's a waste of Syr's talent. We do need more Admirals.
