@durin Some more questions:

5. You could try to argue semantics but there is a good chance that the High Council would rule against you and even making the attempt would have severe repercussions on how the Imperial Trust views Avernus

1. If we try to argue the semantics about this, it will bite us in the butt, but if we are the ones that say that "fuck the semanics here", will it improve the view of the rest of the worlds on Avernus?

2. Is there any way to improve the efectiveness of the Colliga so we need lower rolls to get the projects done? if there is a way, will be abiable soon?

3. When we get another large Shipyard, we will produce 2 small shipyards for each " buid a shipyard action?

4. Can we conbine both Vanquishers actions in one, like with the Heads-up Visor?

5. How far until we get the Colliga equivalent for the Biologis actions?

6. The siege infantry brigards have artillery incorporated?

7. What will be the position of the Trust Navy with the Shipyard? will it belong to us since it is in our system? will it be claimed for the Navy use? will the try to buy the rights over thw wrecks?

1. No it is assumed that you will follow the spirit of a law you argued for
2. Yes and you will get access to that option once a certain threshold has been reached
3. Yes, but each build shipyard action would take more time
4. No
5. A long time given that you have a lot larger focus on Explorator then Biologis
6. Yes, read unit composition in current military

Or the MoI booby-trapped them/left behind some kind of nano/bioweapon/overwrote their computer cores.
This is likely considering that there were rad traps in the earlier ruins. Luckily, Archmagos Explorator Tranth is quite used to dealing with such traps.

I am doing this with the assumption that it is a mix of wooden era combat and WWI unit types. In that case light cruiser (CL) were considered escorts (DD and FF here) while cruisers (CA) were the lightest ships that would form line of battle. So I feel that examining the escorts (DD and FF) lets us get the small patrol and escort ships that we can repair and refit in large numbers to make up the ship shortage whereas the cruisers give us access to capital ships to form the hammer in main combat while being able to get more online than if we went for heavy cruisers.
In 40k, Light Cruisers, Cruisers, and Heavy Cruisers are considered capital ships. Anything less is an escort-class and anything greater is a super-capital.

@durin, a question for you.
1: What would the HMS equivalent be for the DAoT? Like, HMS Hood is Her/His Majesty's Ship Hood, or the US has USS Iowa, United States Ship Iowa, so what's the DAoT version of that?

What's the name of the omake where Fred's just checking out all the features of his Elite power armour?

@durin
1. Is there any specific criteria we are following to naming the ships or we are just improvising/looking for a cool name?
2. And what about Vanheim?

I mean I don´t know if WH40K has any kind determined criteria to name the vessels aside fron "the rule of cool", I´m asking if we have someting similar to Mass Effect system (the dreaghnouts are named after mountains, the cruisers after cities and frigates after battles...)

1. No there is not, though it is considered arrogant to name anything larger then an escort after yourself unless you have done something to earn it
2. Vanaheim does not have a consistent naming pattern, apart from Norse themed

The Imperium has no unified naming pattern for almost anything, the Imperium is simply to large and includes to many varied cultures to have that level of standardisation. The closest equivalent is the tendancy of various worlds to copy the practices of famous/iconic worlds which provides common themes that run though large sections of the Imperium.

Now it is quite possible for the local fleet or shipyards to have such an established naming convention but there is no universal one.

-[X] Currently we are in a severe situation due to the lack of naval assets. This is because we have depended almost entirely on Vanaheim to provide naval construction and support. Naval assets have proven too vulnerable to being cut off, and each system must have it's own ability to repair, and replace naval assets. Propose that the Imperial Trust should set a goal to have large shipyards (capable of producing/repairing a cruiser) at every member system, and should provide the funds to build them. Recognize this goal will take a long time to achieve, but suggest that we begin by constructing a small shipyard at one system that currently has none. Continuing until every system has at least a small shipyard, and then begin expanding the small shipyards until every system has at least one large shipyard.
