GODS WE ARE GODS INVINCIBLE NOTHING CAN STOP US NOW NOTHING!
Overconfidence is a slow and insidious killer.
This is 5 Penny pluses compared to Angelic's 3 pluses. She clearly prefers this to simpery.
Well, it's also much stronger compared to the baseline option: 15,000 vs. 27,500 XP, as well as all the other perks. The upgraded Angelic Immersion was said to give more pluses too, so I'm guessing it's at least partially a holdover from that.

Imagine the surprise of waking up to this kind of greatness, and then NOT voting for it... I'm not that kinda guy so instead I'm voting for it because what idiot would skip this value?!

We're Mugging That Leyline Boi's!

What the hell.

Oh well I did say that I only really have an issue with giving penny everything so both getting much is fine.

[X] Eldritch Immersion, if we cannot afford Dual Immersion.

I'd like to present the thesis that the Rite of Absorption forms a potent precedent. Eldritch Immersion is still likely inferior to Dual Immersion, of course- but not as severely so as first appears. With such power at Solomon's behest, probably 8 levels in Eldritch and 6 in Arcanum, compounded within his Sanctum(which he could purchase almost 3 levels of with the 1600 non-doubled XP.), and with appropriate techniques... mightn't he be able to produce vast energy fields himself? Likely, unless Sanctum's compounding is truly gargantuan, this would not suffice to substantially improve his own level, but it ought well enough supply a moderate flow of experience to the less-fortunate members of our class. (And of course, his tripled Arcanum level would make it all the easier for him to perform the task in itself.)
I speak of the Rite of Absorption, and not of Eldritch Immersion, for the others, not out of jealous hording, but as the nature of Solomon's magic might not be suitable enough for that rite, and others might refuse the power of the Eldritch in any case. It is less powerful, but implicitly more general.

Also, since there clearly won't be any more dramatic upheavals in the vote content(the clearly is sarcastic. but there might not be.), perhaps we might as well start debating XP expenditures now.
My present inclination is- where IXP means Immersion XP, and normal XP without a modifier is just XP:
Eldritch 8 (-16666 IXP.)
Arcanum 6 (-7500 IXP)
Sanctum 2 (-750 XP)
Hermes 2 (-500 XP)
Make Comfort's Embrace into a Sanctum/Arcanum Combination Technique (-100 XP by earlier benchmark. Birdsie has previously stated this makes Comfort's Embrace 'More effective and easier to Level.'; 100 XP for any relevant increase to Will generation is a good offer.)
3333 IXP left + 505 unmodified XP...
Hard to say what to do with the rest without seeing what techniques Sanctum, Hermes, and Eldritch unlock. Also depends on if the Connections/Induction discount is applying here; we might want to save the 505 unmodified XP to spend on that instead. Alternatively, we might want to buy a third level of Comfort's Embrace for the extra will, or get some kind of Rite Of Absorption technique(that seems sure to come in handy.); and if there aren't any interesting Techniques, probably we spend the remaining 3333 IXP on 0.15 more Eldritch levels, though it could also provide 0.4 Arcanum levels.

Anyway, moving onward, with us having effectively skipped over a big chunk of the initial plot by powering up like Goku, we should probably like Explore the Tarot world. So we can convert our power into even more power.

Observation: Plan Wallet, the current leading plan, votes for duel immersion. This is, of course, a reasonable decision, since Dual Immersion is better than the alternatives, but it does have one problem: We're not at 12 SC yet; as of 4 hours ago, we were at around 8. A growth of 2.3 from before, so sizeable, but we will need to roughly triple it to get Duel Immersion. Both in order to guard against the possibility we fail, and make that possibility less likely, including an 'If we don't make enough SC' choice in the vote (and then debating endlessly between buffed angelic and buffed eldritch. I'm for buffed eldritch, of course.) seems prudent.
(also so does debating XP expenditures early in similar vein.)

Unrelatedly, it occurs to me that if Solomon does make some artificial magic lumps and hand absorption rites for them out to favoured classmates (Harrison. uh, maybe Damien. possibly Grace if Penelope cares about that*.), that would in itself befit his role as Magician. As above (Solomon absorbing an energy field larger than a house) so below (the other classmates absorbing smaller energy fields), y'know.
*Penelope will probably end up stronger than Solomon after Duel Immersion, so probably worth helping like that. Solomon will have, like, level 8 in one aspect and level 6-2-2 in the rest; Penelope will probably have... level 7 in all three of Seraph, Truthseeker, and Lawbringer, I guess (Level 8 Truthseeker if she takes this opportunity to put out her eyes.), and level 2.5 in Retributor? So, overall more Aspect levels. Synergy isn't really a problem in this comparison since Eldritch's synergy with Arcanum isn't that high either.

I'd be amenable to such an act. For the sake of argument, I support Buffed Angelic - there's more bang for our comparative buck.
