The Chaos Founding

Honestly if the gobs are based on the minions from overlord then they might synergize with our Daemonsmithing considering how you make your gear with them.

I don't think we should put ogryn on the space hulk, they are big, dumb, and clumsy and extracting the tech and components from a spacehulk seems like a job where you want precision and understanding.

An Iron Warrior Warband thats actualy charismatic in any sense?

Also I noted that each Warband we make kinda erodes Abbadons authority as Warmaster of Chaos.

First as a warband he need to negotiate if he wants their support without ability to force them even when they lack Daemon Primarch backing of Legions.

Then another that constantly fucks with him erroding his resources while also showing that he isnt even undisputed commander of Sons of Horus geneline in his Black Legion.

So soon enought Abbadon will be very likely to be 'just' a Warlord of Chaos like many others instead of chosen by Chaos Gods as Warmaster to lead Traitor Legions during Black Crusades.

Like did we by accident make things easier for Imperium by making sure Traitor Legions couldnt be somewhat united by Abbadon and instead stay divided in many factions warring in Eye of Terror against each other. Not crusading out of Eye?
My hope is to eventual replace Abbadon's Black legion with a functional Chaos Empire. Bonus points if it manages to be a nicer place than the cannon Imperium.

You know, most Hulks have things living on them, usually Orks, Tyrnids or genestealer, chaos, and some normal Imperium guys. with our Negotiation skills, we could get a recruiting population from the people here for protection and food.

Orks, nids and genestealers don't negotiate, chaos is a mixed bag depending on which of the four they follow and imperium people tend not to trust chaos.

Didn't think of that, but this is correct. Our Warband could recruit Ork and other Aliens living in Space Hulks as mercenaries and use them as cannon fodder during raids. Many Chaos Warbands already use Xenos mercenaries like Loxatl, who despise Imperium so much they willing to offer their services to Chaos, despite not being corrupted by it.
All encounters between Loxatl and representatives of the Imperium have been bitterly hostile. To date, the Loxatl have shown no evidence of influence by the Ruinous Powers but they willingly serve alongside the Chaos Gods mortal followers and other enemies of Mankind.

Also mutants living in the Space Hulks as well any surviving Human who devolved into tribes, could be used as cheap workforce when Marines themselves don't want to bother with mining or have more important tasks, another cannon fodder during raids and as pointed out, recruits for new Astartes and on top of that, they would be fanatically loyal due to easy protection offered by the Warband.

Nids and Genestealers don't, but there's no reason Orks wouldn't be convinced, again there already Ork mercenaries out there and Orks have no reason to care about Chaos worship among outside groups, and with Warband negotiation skills is perfectly possible to convince them that they will get better fights by working for the Warband than fighting with them now. Also there can, and due to sheer number of Space Hulks, will be living other Aliens as well.

Also, I really don't think that any Humans still remembering Imperium will care much when they in the Space Hulk. Warband offers protection, few will have willpower to not take the offer, especially with the charisma of our Warband and again, there will also be people who lived generations in a particular Space Hulk and don't remember the Imperium or Humans who's ships come from outside of it.

Orcs and genestealers are a great source of slaves and cannon fodder. I don't understand Warhammer 40,000, but in the fantasy version of the setting, the chaos dwarves calmly kept the orcs in slavery even after they screwed up with the black orc rebellion. Hell, you can just sacrifice them to chaos and loot boons in return. Considering that orcs and genestealers reproduce extremely quickly, sacrifices can be made on an industrial scale.

You don't want genestealer slaves, they get enough together and you're going to have to deal with a Splinter fleet that destroy entire sectors. Orks do make decent slaves if you can find enough fights to throw them into

[] Plan: Elemental big game hunters
-[ ] The Pact of Skulls: Some Bloodthirsters actually want to be bound into a Lord of Skulls, seeing them as a suit of armor with which they may rampage upon the material plane without being restricted by the limits of a typical summoning. This contract would allow those Bloodthirsters to enter a Lord of Skulls at the very start of a battle, and return to the warp when the battle has ended - allowing even a mercenary Warband of Chaos Undivided to bring the dreaded Lord of Skulls Daemon Engines to battle.
-[ ] Batufu: A planet in which the local mineral deposits have been converted into living beings. Those who seek to plunder it's wealth had best be good at killing, for the planets living minerals are belligerent creatures and must be dispatched before they can be melted down. (Resource Rich).

Mining on batufu has more in common with hunting anyway, may as well use the best hounds for the job

[] Plan: Miners. In SPACE!!!
-[ ] Leave it: The warband will start without a contract. Any deals they make will be their own.
-[ ] Hulk-Leviathan: A Space Hulk of planetary size, the thing that makes Hulk-Leviathan truly of interest is the fact that other space hulks, some of them from ships that haven't even been built yet, are constantly drifting into and fusing with it. This has naturally led to a lot of metal and technology, just waiting to be broken down. (Resource Rich).

It's in the name.

[] Plan: The Imperium is, fortunately, so stupid.
-[ ] Labor of the Strong: This Warband has managed to secure a steady supply of Ogryn Thralls, by means of a deal with certain Imperial Authorities who are rather eager to keep Abhuman populations in check.
-[ ] Mororos: Once a world held sacred by pre-Imperial humans, the locals were exterminated when the Imperium arrived, both to attain its immense resources and because they refused to give up their faith. Since then the Imperial settlers have, in their incalculable greed, managed to accidentally turn their own planet into a Daemon World - and still, they have yet to learn their lesson, continuously tearing at the planet itself in the endless search for greater mineral wealth even as the forces of the Immaterium take a daily toll. (Resource Rich)

Once again, it's in the name.

[] Plan: For the Tithe.
-[ ] The Lost: This Warband has established contracts with many Lesser Daemons of Chaos, and drawn them into its surface.
-[ ] Beta-66: A former mechanicus Forge World infamous for it's massive usage of servitors to work in it's expansive mining networks. So immense was Beta-66's employment of servitors, that when Chaos came to the planet there were barely any people left to resist the powers of Chaos... merely cogs in a machine uncaring of their suffering. (Resource Rich).

My reason for this is to take advantage of the Forge World's manufacturing capabilities and utilize the Lesser Daemons of Chaos to be turned into proper mining equipments without sacrificing much in terms of manpower that can be used for other purposes.

We shall make Hashut proud.

[ ] Plan Meat Grinder
[ ] Meat:
A contract involving large amounts of fresh... meat being delivered to the Warband, from a truly immense multitude of sources. Honestly, this Pact might just be a Greater Daemon looking for some place to dump their trash.

Competent Demon Binders+MEAT+Servitor Demon World= Man-Made Horrors beyond comprehension.

The ones who make money aren't the ones who do the resource extraction. They are the ones who sell the tools to do the resource extraction. We will be the Chaos Servitor Mecca of the Traitor Legions.
[ ] Plan Meat Grinder

I will be voting for this as this combo seems broken tbh.

We probably shouldn't be trying to engage in commerce in the middle of the eye of terror, since that requires a degree of trust that any wandering Daemon would be very happy to exploit if it benefits or amuses them.

Personally, I think it would be better to base the warband off of a space hulk that can be continuously harvested for components we can then recycle into wargear and vehicles.

[X] Plan: Iron Overlords.
-[X] The Gobmiras: A strange, artificially created type of demonic creature. The Gobmira's are small, multi-colored, roughly humanoid figures made up of different parts from many different animals. Different colored Gobmira have different traits, with the ones that match up to the primary color of one of the four major Chaos Gods having some sort of boost related to that God, and a near perfect resistance to the abilities granted by said deity. For a multitude of reasons they don't work with many other Chaos factions, but they are willing to change that and bring arms to bear if a deal is struck.
