If something happens at the Hospital again Alex would be aware sooner, what with telepathy being a thing now and other gangs on the move, and having a constant helper on hand can lessen the strain Panacea puts on herself. It might even give her the push to ask Alex to help with Flashbangs depression sooner, after her encounter with Hug probably got her thinking about it.

There's so many things this could be about after the Empire's collapse I honestly hope it's about Taylor, the PRT knows who she is now, they had the Locker Incident on file though she was getting to much information from her bugs at the time to talk with the people they sent to the hospital. There's also Alex's use of untested or unverified powers on civilians to talk over, like repercussions and responsibilities over any hiccups that resulted from that.

Kinda hope when this happens we land on One of Each again, really drive home how random his power is that watching a bunch of kids sparring is enough to get 40 creatures but fighting over half the Empire got him a power to link creatures in sequence.

Seeing Rachel again is an interesting plot point, what with Alex having since killed Hookwolf and ended the Empire's reign, Coil has to be using Tattletail to look through Alex's powers and personal information and we know Lisa can't keep her mouth shut, she probably told the rest of the Undersiders about Hookwolf and what really happened to Kaisers group, if only to impress how bad an idea it is to try fighting him. How she sees Alex is up in the air, but she knows he's powerful and that could lead to her talking to him about getting out of the Undersiders.
