775.M42 - Eldar - (Lone Wave) And Republic of Asharru Intelligence Report
Eldar - (Lone Wave) Intelligence Report
WARNING: This report has been tagged with the [Classified] notice.
If you do not possess Authorization [KAPPA-3C] and up, please close this document and report yourself to the nearest Cerberus Agent immediately to avoid punishments up to and including summary execution.
You have been warned and informed.

1) Basic Economics
1.a) Trade

No ships enter Lone Wave.

This is enforced by the SDF of Ultima Sigritta.

No ships leave Lone Wave.

This is enforced by the Eldar themselves.

1.b) Shipbuilding
Their total ship production capabilities are unknown

Based on long-distance observation, the last seen and confirmed force consisted of three Battleships, eight Heavy Cruisers, forty Lighty Cruisers, one-hundred ninety-eight Frigates, and an uncountable number of Destroyer equivalents.

We know little of what their weapons are capable of beyond some insights given by Chapter Master Chyron. They favor high rates of fire and energy-based weapons.

High Command estimates a 0% chance of victory should we engage in hostilities and an 11% chance of survival should war be declared.

2) Socio-Economics
None are known beyond their isolationist stance.

We should honor that stance.

3) Corruption
Chaos and Mundane Corruption are either non-existent or unnoticeable over interstellar distances.

4) Propaganda
No transmissions were recorded.

Republic of Asharru Intelligence Report

1) Basic Economics
1.a) Trade

The Republic of Asharru operates a small fleet of freighters based on sporadic information gathering and diplomatic initiation attempts. Their total numbers are unknown but estimated to be around ~40 individual ships, with another ~40 estimated on the higher side.

They are staunchly isolationistic and do not initiate any diplomacy.

20 Military ships, 14 Frigates, and 6 Light Cruisers, are stationed in Shashi.

1.b) Shipbuilding
Their total ship production capabilities are unknown.

Their Frigates measure 2.2km, and their Light Cruisers between 4.4km and 4.6km.

Their armaments are unknown.

2) Socio-Economics
The only information gathered is that the Republic has access to technology that enables it to override the sound systems of ships within its territory. They use this technology to play screaming (human, as far as we can determine) at an ever-increasing volume, eventually leading to foreign ships retreating to escape the assault on their auditory senses and morale. The local SDF immediately attacks ships that have no sound systems or that have disabled them manually.

3) Corruption
No visible/noticeable Chaos Corruption was noticed. Mundane Corruption likely exists.

4) Propaganda
There are no broadcasts from the Republic.

780.M42 - Five Second Incident
With the infiltration of Voxx Primus continuing, even after a setback that had caused much of the upper leadership dedicated toward the completion to pivot on their approach to the same, one occurrence happened that provided both a mystery and danger to the entire mission.

The "Five Second Incident," as the infiltration experts have begun to call it, occurred after a splicer team was charged with finding out more about the Hallowed Cogitation of Creation. Roughly three hours after starting their attempt to slice into the Voxxian Ringyards Noosphere to obtain more information, a message was sent to the team on a secured internal line with the message "You have five seconds to run." Not knowing who or what had sent this message, the team immediately donned their helmets to seal themselves against the vacuum without delay. This action saved their lives as the entire module they were stationed within was vented into the vacuum of the void.

Our experts are still tallying the casualties of that action, but they are likely to exceed 130,000 people. The reason why something like that happened was swiftly revealed when the splicer team barely managed to avoid detection by void-rated skitarii forces converging upon their previous location. Harsh searches soon happened in nearby sectors for over a month before ceasing altogether.

Whatever is on the Hallowed Cogitation of Creation, the Mechanicum does not want anyone to find out.

[] [General] Propaganda For The Foreign Masses (1/3)
With the Glimmering Federation struggling to digest its recent mass acquisition of systems and populations, some have raised the possibility of using the Federation's more diplomatic abilities and capabilities to subvert, convert, and then integrate new systems without causing mass casualties or widespread destruction. A Propaganda office outfitted with ships, Choirs, materials, factories, and a mandate to do just that should bring foreign systems into our sphere of influence and then the Federation as a whole. It will be pricy, though.
(Gain: Allows you to slowly convert one [1] random system at a time to the Glimmering Federation without Action cost.)

[] [General] Free Movement and Friendship Declaration
Due to the Glimmering Federations' patronage of the Ashan Families, inconsistent as it was overwhelming in the industrial and economic sectors, they proposed opening the border between the citizens of both nations to seek employment and opportunity (with some limiting factors and clauses, security concerns still apply after all), alongside a Friendship Declaration between the two governments.
(Gain: Ashan Families like you more.)

[] Trigger The Voxx Revolution
May there be peace amongst the stars.
(Gain: Sub-Turn planning the Free Duchy War.)

[] [Military] Create A [Blazing Sun - 4x War-Packs] or 6x SAGs - [System/s] - [Weight: Light/Medium/Heavy] - [Type: Infantry/Mechanized/Tanks/Augmetic Legion] - [Classification: Sabotage/Assault/Engineering/Demolition/Ogryn/Kil'drabi]
Sabotage Units will focus on raiding and disrupting the enemy with lighting raids and plundering logistics; Assault Units will punch through the enemy in weak points and sow confusion with overwhelming firepower; Engineering Units will focus on creating fortifications and using turrets, mines, and barricades; Demolition Units will be comprised out of heavy weaponry squads with plenty of explosives, from mines to rockets; and Ogryn Units will be Ogryns armored in heavy metals and armed with shields and Beatin' Sticks led by soldiers with spiffy hats that will not be disobeyed. Kil'drabi Units can go into temperature enviroments Humans would require special equipment with ease. Infantry Units consist mainly of boots on the ground, while Mechanized Units are equipped with vehicles that increase mobility and durability at the cost of logistics and all-terrain capability, with Tanks allowing a myriad of armored spearheads or operations to proceed, and an Augmetic Legion consists of cybernetically enhanced humans, equipped with high-end implants and prosthetics that set them far above the human baseline, allowing for far more dangerous deployments. Light Units are better for low-logistic scenarios, while Medium Units rely more on regular shipments and strike a good balance between supply consumption and effectiveness. Heavy Units rely on solid logistics to continue working while offering an equal force concentration in return. A War-Pack comprises 15 Karnivores grouped in Packs of 3 Knights each, alongside the infrastructure/logistics to support and rebuild their Knights.
(Gain: Four War-Packs or Six SAGs. These contain [Four Units] chosen from the above choices. Tanks require no Classification.)

[] [Military] [Construct/Refit] A Fleet - [42 Fleet Points] - [12 FP Banked]
Ships are produced at these rates: Scouts at 1 FP, Destroyers at 2 FP, Light Freighters at 3 FP, Frigates at 4 FP, Light Cruisers at 8 FP, Heavy Cruisers at 18 FP, and Heavy Freighters at 25 FP.
(Gain: Chosen Fleet.)

[] [Military] Fill Out Sector Battle Group
-[] Minotaur (0/3.5)
-[] Leviathan (0/3.5)
-[] Basilisk (0/3.5)
-[] Hydralisk (0/3.5)
-[] Necrolisk (0/3.5)

A Sector Battle Group consists of 4 Heavy Cruisers, 8 Carriers, 6 Light Cruisers, 8 Heavy Frigates, and 4 Corvettes. Building them in bulk is cheaper than in parcel, and once we have them all filled, we can think about constructing new ones!
(Information: All Action Costs must be paid to receive the ships.
Gain: Filled out SBG.)

[ ] [Military] Design New Voidship Classes - [Available: Destroyer (1 DP), Frigate (2 DP), Light Cruiser/Freighter (4 DP), Heavy Cruiser/Freighter (8 DP)] - [10 DP]
From what we can tell, thanks to our history, what information we, the Kil'drabi, Yeeni, and the archives of our planets tell us, the difference between a prosperous interstellar polity and one naught but ash is the strength of their navy. At the moment, we have the beginning of a proud Void Fleet, yet purely defending against our enemies is a great way to get ground down into dust over time; we need to be able to bring the fight to them.
(Information: Ship Classes requiring more DP than you possess take more than one Action to design.
Gain: Newly designed and built Ship Class/es.)

There is war to be had and battle to be made. Send troops to resolve issues, squash opposition to the Star Child and Humanity and all Their Protectorates, and send ships to scout neighboring systems to understand what is happening there.
(Gain: Military dispatched to put down opposition violently. Scouts are sent to look at other systems.
Scouting Range: ~10 Systems from Claimed Systems. Scouting Efficiency: 45% Adjacent Systems, 25% Three+ Systems, 10% Five+ Systems.
Note: For use outside your territory or in support of forces specified within another Action.)

[] [Psykana] The Celestial Orrery (0/2)
Taking the first stumbling step in creating wonders by combining technological and psychic disciplines into one cohesive whole is a step that is fraught with dangers. Though we know that such psy-tech can be made that it can become the underlying linchpin of civilization itself, like the Hymns of the Machines, many dangers come with invoking the powers of the Warp without a mind to ward off the daemonic influences that inevitably try to take advantage. Yet, a step can be taken in a direction that will enable us to build familiarity without suffering titanic repercussions in failure. The first intentional psy-tech of the Federation shall be the construction of the Celestial Orrery. This large machine will show the nearest star system's planetary bodies and their stellar paths.
(Gain: 8 DP Equipment: Celestial Orrery. Improves scouting.)

[] [Psykana] Conduct Two Melodies (Choose two below.) (0.8/1 - Auto Complete) - [Choose Melody]
The Celestial Choir has been given the means; with time, they shall conduct their songs. They will listen to the Warp and filter out the false whispers from the slumbering guidance of the Star Child. In halting prayer and stumbling humming, the truth will be stripped until nothing but it remains in the hands of those who shall make it anew into power to be wielded by the Choirs to come. As there are 10 Celestial Choirs free to pursue research, the High Council can ask them to pursue a target instead of what comes close. This will, naturally, be lost once they dip below 10 Choirs.
(Total: 30
Uncovered: Technology II.
Secret: Slumber, Silence II, Perception II, and Grounding II.
Star Child: Hope II, Compassion II, Humanity II, Mercy, Creativity III, Health II, Unity II, Innovation, Machinery, Logic II, Progress II, Protection II, Justice, Wisdom, The Sun II, The Home II, Death, Ruthlessness, Brutality, and Fire II.
Kil'drabi: Paths, The Void II, Struggle II, Community, and Family.
Gain: Two Melodies newly Conducted.)

[] [Psykana] Sing a Song (Choose at least Three below.)
Mere Melodies are not the end of the journey, nor should they be the start. They are the middle, from which all things shall grow and wither.
(Uncovered: Technology I.
Secret: Perception I, Silence, I, and Grounding I.
Star Child: Protection I, Fire I, The Sun I, Humanity I, Creativity II, Song III, The Home I, Logic I, Unity I, Progress I, Compassion I, Hope I, and Health I.
Kil'drabi: Void I, and Struggle I.
Gain: A Song.)

[] [Faith/Psykana] Holy Sigils
While...unorthodox for many, the use of holy symbols and geometry has not been a silent, or consigned, part of the Droman Creed. Many use strings of letters and numbers above their doors to invoke specific phrases and parts of the good book, just as others ink their skin or fur with the lines and colors of symbols used to convey faith and blessings. Yet, some Choirs have investigated the use of, potentially, empowering the same symbols with more than the faith of one, channeling into them the powers of the Warp sanctified by holy rituals to empower the righteous and pure of soul who adorn these symbols upon their person or the locations upon which they are inscribed.
(Gain: Holy symbols with power?)

[] [Faith] The Hallowed Armada
With the major Heresies of the Body of the Faith now mended as far as possible without veering into the territory of burning the fields to prevent a suspected blight, eyes, and minds turn from the halls of debate to the yards of construction. There, ships are built and maintained that have secured the safety and prosperity of the Glimmering Federation for generations, yet the faithful clamor for more to do their part where guns need to lay silent or where the death of a world must be signed. Both are equal in their burning need for those willing to pray and aid and those willing to consign billions to prevent fates worse than mere death.
(Gain: Sub-Turn to create, and get access to the template of, a unique Temple Ship.)

[] [Faith] Saint Candidates
-[] Thule YF/800 'Nagato'
-[] Daring Ignition

Some of the faith have shown the criteria to be declared a Saint.
(Gain: Look at potential Saint Candidates and decide if they are worthy of the title.)

[] [Blazing Sun] Every World A Fortress (4/8)
No longer left aside.
(Gain: 4 War-Packs per Action, one per Planet.)

[] [Chapter] Standardize The Chapter Fleet, Please? (1.5/5)
Seriously, the cost for all the unique and non-standard maintenance parts is astronomical.
(Gain: Large expansion and re-fitting of the Lamenters Chapter Fleet.)

[] [Other] Take Care Of [Future Or Current Problems]
(Write-In the problem being addressed.)

790.M42 - Office Of Propaganda
With funds, people, and mandates allocated toward the construction of an Office of Propaganda, geared toward subverting and gathering people to the cause of the Star Child against the forces of Ruin and Destruction the galaxy over, a new flurry of activity soon settled over the area where the Office set up. Orders for ships, Choirs, expertise, materials, and plans were sent out and received, with hundreds of experts focused on any one task to better turn Voxx Primus over to their side, alongside laying down the ground for the infiltration of the Lower, Middle, and Upper Hives of the world. Teams of infiltrators have already been dispatched to turn the labor serfs of critical Hive Infrastructures to our side, with more sent to infiltrate the SDF and PDF of the planet from the inside out.

On that note, multiple ships from the Defense Fleet stationed over Voxx Primus have been recalled to return to the Duchy's other fronts. This will likely become a trend that will cease in ~40 years.

Ordered Subversion Time-Frame: ~120 Years
Suspected Time to Discover our Efforts: ~50 Years
Modifiers: ~90 Years with additional efforts. +~10 Years to Discovery thanks to New Dawn assistance (Already Included).

[] [Military] [Construct/Refit] A Fleet - [42 Fleet Points] - [16 FP Banked]
Ships are produced at these rates: Scouts at 1 FP, Destroyers at 2 FP, Light Freighters at 3 FP, Frigates at 4 FP, Light Cruisers at 8 FP, Heavy Cruisers at 18 FP, and Heavy Freighters at 25 FP.

-[] Leviathan (0/3.5)

[] [Psykana] Conduct Two Melodies (Choose two below.) (0.0/1 - Auto Complete) - [Choose Melody]

(Gain: Look at potential Saint Candidates and decide if they are worthy of the title.)

[] [Blazing Sun] Every World A Fortress (4.5/8)

(Gain: 4 War-Packs per Action, one per Planet.)

[] [Chapter] Standardize The Chapter Fleet, Please? (2/5)
Seriously, the cost for all the unique and non-standard maintenance parts is astronomical.
(Gain: Large expansion and re-fitting of the Lamenters Chapter Fleet.)

(Write-In the problem being addressed.)

800.M42 - Bleak News Arises
"Insertion into Voxx Secundus has proceeded with only minor problems, primarily relating to agent casualties suffered after insertion into the local populace due to [work/accident/murder/execution to raise moral/servitorization after failing to reach quota/suicide/desertion/exposure/illness/+73 causes expunged for brevity], and local resistances have been contacted and subsumed under our banner due to deliveries of bare essential medicines."

"Local Mechanicus contingents and Adepts have been contacted through agents and inserted Pyxis Scouts, turning them to our side with gifted knowledge and promises of aid in their research into improved agricultural practices alongside cover for currently ongoing forbidden research."

"Voxxian Primus Mechanicus elements have been penetrated deeper than before, with the expansion of the Primus Revolution re-ordered thanks to the vastly expanded safety nets and turned Lower and Middle Hive assets. Several servants in strategic locations have been turned to our side via bribery, blackmail, and replacement of key personnel thanks to using the Servo-Skulls sent alongside the supply shipments."

"The Propaganda Office would like to note that the tentatively identified 'Flyssa-Class Destroyers' that resonate with a note of "Cutting" as per our Choirs have neither been seen training nor have they been recalled. No information could be obtained about their use as the information remains beyond the reach of our inserted agents."

Bleak news arises from the halls of the Lamenters.

Chapter Master Amadeus 'Chyron' Chyropheles has, after nearly two millennia of duty to the Chapter, Humanity, and Emperor-And-Omnissiah, died due to old age and failing organs.

The Chapter has declared a year of silence in mourning after electing Brother Gamma, the third of the first batch of recruits of Lamenters after their near-total destruction, to the position of Chapter Master.

Chapter Master Amadeus 'Chyron' Chyropheles has been interred into the Hall of Heroes and been given the honor and right to eternally be remembered with the title of 'Chapter Master' for the resurrection of the Chapter alone, alongside numerous other feats of heroics in the name of duty and humanity.

May the Emperor-And-Omnissiah receive a soul whose worth shall never be doubted with open arms.

May his life be an example to us all.

808.M42 - The Overcrowded Hellscape
With the clock ticking and the day to liberate Voxx Primus and Secundus coming ever closer, minds begin to glacially turn toward the beyond-monumental task of shifting untold billions from the overcrowded hellscape that dared call itself an inhabited planet.

For that purpose, the Federation's planners and thinkers believe that three types of ships are required, each subdivided further based on each think tank's focus or priority.

The first type are ships capable of Rendering Immediate Aid to the population of Voxx Primus to stem the unfathomable tide of casualties that will result in even the miraculous scenario that every defender will lay down their arms. These ships should be quickly produced, be quick flyers, and be able to ferry supplies from orbit to the surface.

The second type are ships capable of Shifting Large Populations away from Voxx Primus towards prepared colonies, stations, or refugee housing within the Federation proper. They should be capable of loading large amounts of frightened, uncertain, sick, and angry people, able to withstand continuous riots from within and be able to enforce order once the refugees/shifted populations are disgorged on their new home planet/station.

The third type are ships able to Ferry Large Amounts Of Supplies, be they food, medicine, or materials, to Voxx Primus and Secundus to bolster local efforts and become a stop-gap measure to the very likely mass-rout of Duchy freighters toward safer harbors. Should the 'Trusty Delivery,' 'On-Time Hallowed Foods,' and 'Bulk Discounts Need Not Apply' not be brought over to our side, these ships must be capable of feeding hundreds of billions. Any that falls below that number will starve in short order.

You have 24 DP. Light Freighters cost 4 DP, Heavy Freighters 8 DP

810.M42 - Duty To Humanity
The death of the late Chapter Master Amadeus 'Chyron' Chyropheles hits the Federation, above all other deaths that decade, the hardest. Possibly the hardest since Saint Teeln, Prophet of the Star Child, and First Hymnal Bnuy passed in their sleep to the side of the Star Child.

A veritable ancient of the days before Candle Keeper Station was freed, instrumental in liberating the seed that would become the Glimmering Federation, a stalwart ally in ways and fights beyond counting, and a well of lore and history that had historians flock to his gates for even a sentence of insight into the past.

It is the starkest severance to the Federation's founding and past that could happen, one that left a gaping maw in the minds of all who had assumed that Chyron would live forever in his duty to humanity and the Star Child.

If it were not for the still-lively presence of the Five Divine Beasts and their sight at the Week of Mourning called in response to the death of Chapter Master Chyron, the response would have likely been far more significant. To be a citizen of the Federation was to be one among giants and heroes that walked the worlds liberated from Chaos and Heresy in its first half of existence. To be one in its latter half is to be one staring up at timeless shapers and carvers of history, workers of magics and psykery, towering intellects and minds of grand strategy, comforted in the knowledge that the weight of centuries of experience itself is on your side.

To lose one such pillar of assured knowledge was a blow at any time, to lose the last that had seen the entire history of their nation and people?

It was enough to invite despair.

And yet, it had been a millennium of labor to rebuild those mighty defenders of humanity that had once united the galaxy. It had been a millennium of work to create a Chapter from nothing to a thousand strong once more. A millennium where the Lamenters were not cast out as cursed mongrels but as cherished protectors and allies against the cold of the void.

If a week of mourning him was what was needed to fill the empty maw his passing had left in the soul of the Federation, then a week of celebration in his name, and in the name of all Lamenters who had died in the name of their duty to shield the innocents, was not needed, it was mandated by the people.

They deserve nothing less.

With the Glimmering Federation allocating funds and expertise to subvert, convert, and then integrate new systems without causing mass casualties or widespread destruction, the Propaganda Office has now been outfitted with ships, Choirs, materials, factories, and a mandate to do just that to bring foreign systems into our sphere of influence and then the Federation as a whole.
(Prop Office Note: We highly urge for Voxx Secundus to be Infiltrated as soon as possible to ensure the system and its defenders can be brought to our side when the Revolution is triggered and our fleets arrive in their system.
Gain: Allows you to slowly convert one [1] random system at a time to the Glimmering Federation without Action cost.)

[] [Military] Create A [Blazing Sun - 6x War-Packs] or 8x SAGs - [System/s] - [Weight: Light/Medium/Heavy] - [Type: Infantry/Mechanized/Tanks/Augmetic Legion] - [Classification: Sabotage/Assault/Engineering/Demolition/Ogryn/Kil'drabi]

[] [Military] [Construct/Refit] A Fleet - [48 Fleet Points] - [24 FP Banked]

-[] Minotaur (1/3)

Note: For use outside your territory or in support of forces specified within another Action.)

[] [Psykana] The Celestial Orrery

[] [Psykana] Conduct Two Melodies (Choose two below.) (0.4/1 - Auto Complete) - [Choose Melody]
(Total: 30

820.M42 - The Continued Withdrawal
The infiltration of the Voxxian Ringyards has continued apace, beginning in lockstep with the continued withdrawal of naval assets from Voxx Primus to other parts of the Free Duchy in response to an alleged increase in Drukhari Raids.

Similarly, efforts have been spent in Voxx Secundus to seed agents and saboteurs into the general populations in jobs that will not immediately churn through them before requesting replacements to increase efficiency in subverting the local populace and PDF to our side.

Beyond that, nothing new can be reported that isn't the continued increase in penetration of the general populace, Upper Hives, and Hive Spires of Voxx Primus.

Note: For use outside your territory or in support of forces specified within another Action.)

[] [Psykana] The Celestial Orrery

[] [Psykana] Conduct Two Melodies (Choose two below.) (0.6/1 - Auto Complete) - [Choose Melody]
Star Child: Hope II, Compassion II, Humanity II, Mercy, Creativity III, Health II, Unity II, Innovation, Machinery, Logic II, Progress II, Protection II, Justice, Wisdom, The Sun II, The Home II, Death II, Ruthlessness, Brutality, and Fire II.

Star Child: Protection I, Fire I, The Sun I, Humanity I, Creativity II, Song III, The Home I, Logic I, Unity I, Progress I, Compassion I, Hope I, Health I, and Death I.

[] [Blazing Sun] Every World A Fortress (6/7)
No longer left aside.
(Gain: 5 War-Packs per Action, one per Planet. +1 War-Pack when completed (due to funky math).)

[] [Chapter] Standardize The Chapter Fleet, Please? (3.5/4)

830.M42 - In Her Name
Harrowing news from Voxx Primus; Star-Magos Caine has returned, her tainted soul and corrupting speeches rearing their heads once more within the minds of the innocent and insufficiently guarded.

With her words, she took up the banner of the Five-Fold Path. With her techno-sorceries, she beguiled many Techpriests, from the lowest Acolyte to the highest Magos. With her corruption seeping from unholy sigils, she turned Regiments of PDF and scores of local law enforcers and Arbites to her side.

In her name, they spread unknown to our manifold eyes and ears.
In her name, they took and prepared for a fight against reality and reason.
In her name, they rose, a scream of daemonic cackling thundering within the souls of the Voxxians and the minds of the Voxxian psykers.

In her name, the Hallowed Cogitation screamed within the Warp for three minutes, something within the vessel writhing in pain and terror beyond counting and knowing.

And in her name, all those who took up her banner rose into the Upper Spire of Hive Jubileus, turning tens of thousands into fuel for a ritual that allowed over three million cultists to escape.

The results of her month-long rampage were...damaging to our efforts.

The Mechanicus is currently devouring itself in a frenzy of Orthodoxy; any deviancy from the Credo Omnissiah is punished beyond proportions, and the local cults and sects of the Imperial Cult are on a warpath against anything that they believe might be tainted by even a smidge of Chaos.

Millions have already died, and millions more will follow.

The damage to our networks has been... significant. Many of our operations had to be burned in full or evacuated immediately thanks to the frenzy of the populations, and the Propaganda Office is certain that our efforts to undermine and infiltrate Voxx Primus cannot be kept hidden for more than three decades thanks to these...events. All efforts must be placed on ensuring the war will succeed now. There is little room for anything else now.

Doubly so because the Arch-Heresiarch Caine ensured one last message was played through the Noosphere and vox-casters of the planet;
+++In the name of the Star-Father and the Five-Faced Godhead, I bid thee farewell until we meet again; all you fooled by the lies of The Glimmering Quinceps and his words of gilded poison. May your war be long and bloody.+++

840.M42 - Flyssa-Class Destroyers
News from Voxx Primus. The Flyssa-Class Destroyers above the world were exchanged for a quartet of the same ships, the original three leaving the system after their replacements anchored themselves in the Ringyards. Despite the massive shifts in crews, menials, and assignments we have used to our advantage as much as possible in the wake of the purges, access to these ships remains highly restricted, and no further information is forthcoming. The Propaganda Office understands that High Command is intensely interested in uncovering any additional details on these ships, but we cannot work miracles on short notice, especially as these ships seem to utilize psychic phenomena, something outside our jurisdiction.

On the topic of new ships, six new ships bearing the insignia of the Inquisition arrived above Voxx Primus, turning the unguided and panicked flailing of the Mechanicus and Imperial Cult into a targeted Purge of those deemed corrupted or affiliated with Chaos. The resulting displacement of innocents has increased our reach into the Lower and Middle Hives thanks to agents being able to be inserted alongside subversion specialists waiting for the time to begin their work in the rapidly approaching D-Day.

It is the opinion of the Propaganda Office that the Voxx Revolution cannot be pushed out longer than two decades at this point. Any last preparations that must be taken should be taken now. We also recommend working on additional reinforcements to our already existing System Battle Groups should be started to ensure that any losses incurred during the Voxxian Liberations can be paved with fresh ships ready to fill the gaps before the wounded SBGs are reinforced.

[] [Military] Create A [Blazing Sun - 6x War-Packs] or 8x SAGs - [System/s] - [Weight: Light/Medium/Heavy] - [Type: Infantry/Mechanized/Tanks/Augmetic Legion] - [Classification: Sabotage/Assault/Engineering/Demolition/Ogryn/Kil'drabi]

(Gain: Chosen Fleet.)

[] [Military] Fill Out Sector Battle Group
-[] Basilisk (0/2.5)
-[] Hydralisk (0/2.5)
-[] Necrolisk (0/2.5)

[] [Psykana] The Celestial Orrery
Taking the first stumbling step in creating wonders by combining technological and psychic disciplines into one cohesive whole is a step that is fraught with dangers. Though we know that such psy-tech can be made that it can become the underlying linchpin of civilization itself, like the Hymns of the Machines, many dangers come with invoking the powers of the Warp without a mind to ward off the daemonic influences that inevitably try to take advantage. Yet, a step can be taken in a direction that will enable us to build familiarity without suffering titanic repercussions in failure. 850.M42 - No More Excuses
As the preparations against Voxx and the Free Duchy continue unabated, thousands of tons of ore shifted and melted, tens of thousands laboring to pull and push materials into place, with thunderous orchestras of industrial machinery beating their deadly rhythm as ships are slowly born with lethal weaponry and burning thirst for war alongside those weeping the innocents lost and forgotten, so too do the Lamenters prepare, for a discussion, a decision, and a decree was held, reached, and propagated.

For Those We Cherish, We Die In Glory!

Our warcry, our guiding light, and the words by which our Chapter has lived and died and been reborn since the 36th Millennium.

Words that encompass all that we strive to be, all that we have been, and all that we shall remain.

Avengers of those who cannot fight anymore.
Defenders of those who cannot fight at all.
The first in line against the dark.
The last who shall leave their posts when the light is gone.
Those who fight beyond hope to donate it to others.
Those who burn so others may not.
Soldiers. Warriors. Guardians.
Space Marines.

Yet, we cannot deny one truth any longer, one simple fact that has burned at the mind of Chapter Master Chyron even before he died, May His Name Be Remembered.

The Imperium that created us...
The Imperium that gave us our charge...
The Imperium that spurned us...
The Imperium filled with countless trillions deserving protection against the galaxy's horrors...

It is not here to guard humanity with its legions of Guards, nor is it here to enforce stability and order, nor is it here with waving banners and hope, mighty arms and mightier fleets filled with aid.

It is on the other side of the galaxy.

Feasting on the innocent so that its rotting carcass may remain alive a minute longer.
Feasting on the tortured souls so that the Emperor can see its wretched form continue for a minute more.
Feasting on all that the Emperor tried to bring, all so it can remain a mockery of all we were meant to be.

We were meant to be His bulwark against the terror.
We were meant to be His Defenders of Humanity
We were meant to Know No Fear.

And yet, we have not acted on the truths in our sights for too long.
We have stayed our hand for too long.
We have set aside sword and bolter when those we cherish cry for salvation.

Have looked at billions screaming into the skies, "Save Us!" and answered, "No."

We have failed what we were meant to be. To bring. To encompass.

We are the Lamenters. Sons of Sanguinius. The Cursed Chapter. Shield of Corillia. Crusaders of Charadon. Chroniclers of Slaughterhouse III. Fools of the Badab War. Bane of Hive Fleet Kraken.

But we will not be Deserters to Humanity.

To All Humanity.

We have stood aside for a millennium as we grew in strength and number.
We have accepted aid time and time again.
We have watched all that time and only fought when forced by honor and need.

No more.

We shall not refuse the screams of those yearning for salvation, for we were meant to be that salvation.
We shall not refuse the screams of those chafing under unjust systems, for we were meant to be liberators.
We shall not refuse the screams of those chained and broken, for we were meant to be more than this.

If the laws and guidances of ancient days bind us to stay aside and disgrace ourselves...
Then, we shall no longer abide by these laws.

Let every horror and monster in the galaxy know this:
We are the Lamenters.
And we would rather die than stay aside any longer.

For Those We Cherish, We Die In Glory!
And we shall make no more excuses.

[] [General] Infiltrate (Planet/Polity)
With the Glimmering Federation allocating funds and expertise to subvert, convert, and then integrate new systems without causing mass casualties or widespread destruction, the Propaganda Office has now been outfitted with ships, Choirs, materials, factories, and a mandate to do just that to bring foreign systems into our sphere of influence and then the Federation as a whole.
(Prop Office Note: Any last minute preparations that can be taken now, should be taken now.
Gain: Allows you to slowly convert one [1] random system at a time to the Glimmering Federation without Action cost.)
Voxx Primus
Ordered Subversion Time-Frame: ~60 Years
Suspected Time to Discover our Efforts: ~10 Years
Modifiers: N/A

Voxx Secundus
Ordered Subversion Time-Frame: ~60 Years
Suspected Time to Discover our Efforts: ~150 Years

[] [Military] Create A [Blazing Sun - 6x War-Packs] or 8x SAGs - [System/s] - [Weight: Light/Medium/Heavy] - [Type: Infantry/Mechanized/Tanks/Augmetic Legion] - [Classification: Sabotage/Assault/Engineering/Demolition/Ogryn/Kil'drabi]

[] [Military] [Construct/Refit] A Fleet - [48 Fleet Points] - [36 FP Banked]
Ships are produced at these rates: Scouts at 1 FP, Destroyers at 2 FP, Light Freighters at 3 FP, Frigates at 4 FP, Light Cruisers at 8 FP, Heavy Cruisers at 18 FP, and Heavy Freighters at 25 FP.
(Gain: Chosen Fleet.)

[] [Military] Fill Out Sector Battle Group
-[] Basilisk (1/2.5)
-[] Hydralisk (0/2.5)
-[] Necrolisk (0/2.5)

-[] Scout Fleet Alpha
(5x Circinus-Class Scout Sloop, 22x Pyxis-Class High-Grade Scout Sloop, 1x Spirit of Discovery Scout-Class Light Cruiser)
Scouting Efficiency: 50% Adjacent Systems, 30% Three+ Systems, 15% Five+ Systems.
Note: For use outside your territory or in support of forces specified within another Action.)

[] [Psykana] The Celestial Orrery

[] [Psykana] Conduct Two Melodies (Choose two below.) (0.2/1 - Auto Complete) - [Choose Melody]
Star Child: Hope II, Compassion II, Humanity II, Mercy, Creativity III, Health II, Unity II, Innovation, Machinery, Logic II, Progress II, Protection II, Justice II, Wisdom, The Sun II, The Home II, Death II, Ruthlessness, Brutality, and Fire II.

Star Child: Protection I, Fire I, The Sun I, Humanity I, Creativity II, Song III, The Home I, Logic I, Unity I, Progress I, Compassion I, Hope I, Health I, Death I, and Justice I.

[] [Blazing Sun] Learn The Legacies (0.5/1)
The past has offered many things to us, and it will offer one more; examples learned in blood and corpses from centuries past told through papers and sweat today.
(Gain: +1 to Veterancy as Base.)

[] [Chapter] Prepare For War (0/0.5)
No longer merely guardians of the dogmas of old, but guardians of Humanity, its future, and all those who shall be under and aside its ascendant stars. The Lamenters cannot stand by any longer, nor shall they tolerate those who try and drag Humanity down with their greed, hate, and ignorance. Let the future be born by those bold, brave, and able enough to fight for those we cherish.
(Gain: The Chapter will begin all required preparations to aid in the Federation-Duchy War.)

[] [Other] Take Care Of [Future Or Current Problems]
(Write-In the problem being addressed.)

AN: You have 850 as a Full Turn. 860 will need you to pull the Trigger.
