...actually, could we make 1 of our auto-build Destroyers this turn an Aries and swap it into Werewolf in place of that lone Lupus, just so that it's back in line with our established doctrinal lineup for our SBGs?

Also what the fuck is an Endevour-class Light Cruiser and why do our new SBGs both have two of them in place of Scorpios???
You can do the build-swap with an attached Free Action, no problem there.

And that is one of the Imperial Ships that defected to the Lamenters and then to you from when Neon went tits up.

Actually, I've been thinking about this song when I imagine a Psychic song being transmitted to billions of people's brains to invigorate them to strangle to death the nearest Enforcer.

[X] Plan: Beefing Up the Meat
-[X] Evacuation Fleets - (1/4)
-[X] [Psykana] Sing a Song (Choose at least Three below.)
--[X] Struggle, Fire, Humanity, Unity, Hope, Song
-[X] [Megafreighter] Infiltration will be a slow and careful process, but between the influence on Voxx Primus and Secondus and the Defense Stations, there are a lot of chances for connections and bonds to form, clans to intermingle, and in this opportunities to begin to infiltrate the Freighters. At this point, focus on getting people into all the key positions. Intelligence, let alone taking control of the ship, can wait until we're more fully established
-[X] [General] Research:
—[X] Novel Infantry-Grade Weapons and Armor Development
—[X] Experimental Infantry-Grade Weapons and Armor Development
-[X] Switch Automatic Production to Lupus-Secundus (Lupus-S) Torpedo Destroyers

-[X] [ISC] Federation Post

I think we are fine on the SBG front if we pick a Song to help in naval combat. I don't feel the same way with our ground troops.

We will focus on getting people into positions where they can intervene with the Plasma Generators/Engines/Gellar Field/Warp Engine. We do not expect these people to be able to gain complete control over the ship, but they should make plans and implement failsafes to prevent the ships from being intentionally destroyed, as well as gain knoweldge so that once the Lamenters have captured the ships they can be immediately put to use.

For the purpose of Voxx Primus (and Free Duchy), they are, possibly, the worst kind of ship to have. They rely on stealth to get close, mag-dump their munitions, then GTFO ASAP. The Voxxian SDF is...not in a position where you could stealthily approach with ~30 ships and not get detected by conventional means.

Not to speak about their Harrowayd Auspex Array. Which no-sells that tactic.
Ah... haha. @The Laurent forget my plan. Lets switch the auto-build away from the Loyalty Blooms.

If the Lamenters join you *coughcoughwinkwinkcoughcough* doing as you say could work.
Uh. @HeroCooky Is that an IF they join us? Do we need to free action ask them? I thought they would be an asset we could make requests of during the Voxx-revolution planning sub-turn.

@The Laurent Other potential note for next turn - 1 infiltration action + lamenters is probably enough. If we make the write-in focus on preventing self-destructs it's probably ironclad. Then we can spend that extra infiltration action finishing the Civ fleet or even having the extra SBG ready to go.

Again, I'm gonna say that we REALLY NEED TO GET OUR GUYS BETTER GEAR. We have enough Void Assets and infiltration to win the Void War, it's consistently been the ground war that's been stated to really be a fucking meat grinder and I think it is really important that we upgrade our troops' kit so they'll be more effective and we'll have to replace less of them. They've been neglected for far too long and need this boost ASAP and I'd rather not change our minds when they're already engaged in Stalingrad+++++++

So please, for the love of the Star-Child, allow our guys to upgrade their gear for the first time in 400 years

Ahhhh. Gotcha. Cool!

Well, good to know we likely have a spare action next turn. Should we use it to finish SBG #6 or to do 2 research actions on better military gear?
Well, I already made my case above. We can win the Void battle, it's the ground war we should be a bit more concerned about since last we heard Voxx Primus is gonna chew through 20 SAGs per turn and we haven't updated their basic equipment for half a millennium.

Us having to fight Stalingrad+++++++ with our current gear is going to be a disaster, I agree with you there, but the Duchy has more fleets than just what they have at Voxx Primus right now, and us having to face down those fleets without reinforcements after our SBGs are about to get mauled now in the initial battles is an existential threat. We need to prepare reinforcements.

[X] Plan: ALL IN, Part 2: The Turn

@HeroCooky , how convinced are our planners are that the Lamenters will be able to seize the Megafreighters successfully with a single action of Infiltration helping them? I know there's no, "100% certain" or "0% certain" but just in general, "Very likely, all but certain, pretty likely, coin flip, etc"?

And while they do have more fleets than us, they can't throw everything at us b/c they have several other fronts. I will wholeheartedly support spending the rest of our actions on Fleets, but first I want our guys to all get brand new gear so it's a bit less of a shitshow. While the Free Duchy Fleets are intimidating, we shouldn't let that blind us to our other needs. And our Infantry need some goddamn investment other than the fancy servoskulls and Paladins.
