My own thought is that we ask for Protectorate status over that one world that's Feral, make some agreements for allowing friendly navigation of any non-military ships, and joint ownership/navigation/etc over that one system that blocks the way to the Shipwright's Alliance. Something like that!
Dunno about the Feral world (no thoughts pro or con), but full agree on the agreements.

Also something to write-in in the near-ish future:
Trade relations.

Also, I'd like to do a write in to start the caravan system.
Where choir-ships (currently only the Andromeda class) without active battle duty are the nucleus of a caravan along pre-planned routes, with ICS being able to buy spots among the 20 ships protected by Hymns of the Machines.
Narratively, that should let Andromedas that aren't fighting aid our economy (by drastically reducing the travel time for economy shipping) and should work really well with trade relations.

Yeah, I actually was thinking of switching over to Colonization next turn and doing x2 colonization and 1x "Deal with a Heresy" that turn, or something?
Do take heed that ISCs only apply the Turn after they are swapped in.
@HeroCooky any requests?
Yeeni Engineer trying to contain their horny after getting the chance to study and poke the human machines in an academic setting and failing utterly.

What? I know what I like.

I vote that the lamenters get armored with the fancy metal. I know they can't be fully armored with it but still.

That or make holy weapons out of em.

-[] Reconstruct The Shattered STC-Fragment (0/12)
(Gain: An STC Fragment.)

oh wow... 12 Actions... But STC fragments are usually a BIG deal.

The Improved servitors are probably a good improvement across the board, And that ship weapon... Hard to guess how good it is, but If it does sit at great crusade tech level, That's usually really good.
Tom - Yivv (Chaos Wasteland, Miniscule Auramite Deposits))

whoa whoa whoa, Almost glossed over this. Auramite deposits? That shit is Suuuuper rare, But its literally what emps himself made his battleplate out of AND what he armoured the custodians in. Its unlikly that we will get enough to see any sort of actual Army use out of them, but using it to Create Relic/Heavy Shock troop style armour for the lamenters to help compensate for their lack of terminator plate should be fully possible! That makes it almost worth colonizing despite the Chaos wasteland, Because Aramite is THAT rare and Valuable.

Auramite is REALLY good for Psykers, hence emps use for it, Apparently normal protective materials can interfere with the manipulation of warp energy, hence why you see Robes so often, But auramite apparently does so MUCH less, With their being mentions that if Emps wasn't wearing his auramite plate when he fought the chaos gods during the siege of terra, the sheer amount of psyker energy would have seared the flesh from his bones.

Basically, what I'm saying is that even a minuscule deposit that we armour Lamenter champions, Or at most a Terminator equivalent in is still worth settling that shithole, because auramite is THAT good. If its good enough for Emps as a Armour materiel, Is good enough for us.

Looks like it's an Exo-Las, which is a spinal mount artillery piece that predated the Nova Cannon. High range, high penetration power, but fundamentally a single target weapon.

We're not ignoring it, but we also can't afford to just do Heresy options either.
Are we actually going to do one next turn? Or is it going to be pushed back again?

The blurbs we have about the Heresies are not the full picture. Not to mention that the Aetherical Cog heresy for example is outright set up as a cell structure that makes it hard to get a full picture of their shenanigans.

Blargh. Fine. I guess it'll be better on research if we do our big research push next turn instead since it'll remove the possibility of Academic Initiatives not applying until end of round.

But I do want to spend time after we start this actively working on catching up on our research backlog and generally focusing internally for a while!

Agree, there's a lot of internal stuff to do. I think it's quite likely that starting the infiltration of Voxx now, and then boosting it every 3ish turns, might keep the imps off our back for a while. Giving us more turns to focus internally before the next catastrophe.

I think we should weight research and heresy squashing about equally though. I'd support some kind of write-in action beefing up our cerberus in some way as well.

Is that servitor research something that will eventually pick up 2 other minor researches like some of the other stuff we've gotten or is it going to be a single research thing always?

[] Plan: Keeping Up the Pressure
-[] [Faith] The Great Heresies
--[] The Supplicants of the Aetherical Cog
-[] [Other] Begin the Infiltration of Voxx Primus: Using the Chameleon-Class ships, now that their use in 621 has been completed, transfer in units of rebels, revolutionaries, radical enginseers, preachers, experts and specialists of all kinds, including in the HIve Agriculture that we have developed, and more into Voxx Primus to Spread the Faith and also spread mutual aid and a separate power structure from that of either the Hive gangs (though some might find themselves falling into the orbit of the Faith) or the dark and horrid rulers of the Hive World.
--[] Additionally send occasional reports back/updates on possible needs or ways that the mission can be advanced and furthered in the decades to come as one fights towards a critical mass to begin rebellion or revolution against this truly monstrous system.
--[] Also attach one of our free Celestial Choirs to the infiltrators for further support for the infiltration.
-[] [General] A Conference For 621

This plan is pretty mixed but it includes all that I want to see done this turn. Get rid of the Aetheric Cogs before they entrench themselves too much into our Mechcanicum and don't let them go Dead Space on us. Begin the infiltration of Voxx Primus (now including a Celestial Choir for further support and to maybe even find some payments hiding in the hive to make some more Choirs). And the Conference so that we can form a Steiger alliance with the Mashan.

We could try seeing if any choir members are willing to try for Spacemarine.
An Auramite armored SpaceMarine choir.

Something like this!
I'll be in favor of that next turn. Right now, we could militarize our missionary school to get Templars to give them even more of a boost. THEN we can send in our own dudes to cause havoc, likely with the Iktaun 1st as well since they seem like they could be useful for this situation

Also, let's switch the ISCs towards that colonization boost, we're gonna need it.

Heresy edges out research in priority frankly. Research, if ignored doesn't actively make matters *worse*.

Heresies *will* become worse and harder to out down and do more damage the liner we ignore them. We just had that fact laid out on us with the update describing the Imperial Syncretists. We let the heresies fester and we could very well start getting hit with infrastructure damage when we finally get around to resolving them and then if we ignore the problem even longer, actual revolts.

Just because the Heresy action doesn't change text in the updates doesn't mean it isn't getting worse.

It should be noted that the Imperial Syncretists were actively stated to be the biggest and worst/most pressing problem.

[] Plan Speak your mind, open your mind, calm your mind
-[] [General] A Conference For 621 (Just mandatory)
-[] Academic Initiatives (1/2)
-[] Expand Order of Cerberus' Five Hearts, forming a sub-organization focused on offering counselling and psychological help to people of the federation.

I continue my fight for mental health industry with a side of inquisition. Both because we have 5 heresies that still grow and because I want Federation to have access to actual therapy.
I will not stop. If the servers shut down, I will send you letters via carrier pigeons with my plans. Federation will get the help it deserves.

That is true. But we also don't have a full picture of the other Heresies either.

The Aetherical Cog Heresy is noted to be taking cellular structure organization. That makes it really hard for even Cerberus to get a full handle on their activities because they are so disparate and different and don't share personnel or resources and are only united by a single pillar of belief in "Convergence".
