Anti-orc ecology tech,Agricultural tech. Nutri-paste and hive agriculture We already gave them Zandt Duchy in the past but we didn't give them Psy-findersBroad categories of tech we should trade:
1. Medical tech generally. Cloning, treatment of mutants/abhumans, genetic screening. They're fighting tyranids and getting better at the whole humanitarian thing. Let's give them the tools.
2. Agricultural tech. Nutri-paste, hive agriculture, chick-ans any knock-on effects from happy and healthy.
3. Augmentations for injury/combat troops.
4. Juvenat tech. They might still make it with child spines, but giving them another option is hardly bad and might let the Iconoclost faction secure another humanitarian victory.
5. Psy-finders. They already do this, and may have their own solution. Ours is probably better.
6. Minelaying tech. It's not great, but it's probably pretty useful against tyranids.
7. Anti-orc ecology tech? We've had this for a while. Not sure it's useful but maybe.
8. Starlance/jump drive that don't require psyker brains (but are also worse).
9. Armiger knight STC. Not questoris. Just the armigers.
10. Mind-machine interface & Noosphere tech (with safeguards!)
There's also stuff that's not listed there - for example all of the terraforming insights we've picked up from the Irrita, or the PlanetMaw STC, or... The necron insights that just mean they can actually do damage to necrons.
Pull back on that one a bit. That one is agri tech and a tool for diplomacy. We don't want to give them Chocolate for the same reason after all
Here's my preference:Look, we gotta give them something. A few things even as broad categories. Medical/food tech, knights, assorted military tech (mines, humane starlance/jump drive), psy-finder, Necron Insights?

What if we offer this equipment?Advanced Alloying - Spending more time getting the proper blends flowing will reduce the time needed to replace lost ships wholesale. Negates a single killing blow, merely disabling the vessel until repaired should you win the battle.
