Okay because we are kind of all over the place I am going to give some editing privileges on the google doc(after I save a copy) and let y'all have a drive fight on what is and isn't safe to give. Would that help?

Tech Trading

Tech we can give Tech we can give with conditions Tech we won’t give [X] Spiced Chocolate [X] Efficient And Tasty MREs (not a tech but I am sure they can appreciate our recipes) [X] Tanks of the Federation [X] Imperial Ship Study - (Requires Mind Over Matter) [X] Infantry-Grade Weapons and ...

Here you all are. Let's consolidate on what we are willing to hand over

Broad categories of tech we should trade:
1. Medical tech generally. Cloning, treatment of mutants/abhumans, genetic screening. They're fighting tyranids and getting better at the whole humanitarian thing. Let's give them the tools.
2. Agricultural tech. Nutri-paste, hive agriculture, chick-ans, any knock-on effects from happy and healthy, efficient and tasty MREs?
3. Augmentations for injury/combat troops.
4. Juvenat tech. They might still make it with child spines, but giving them another option is hardly bad and might let the Iconoclost faction secure another humanitarian victory.
5. Psy-finders. They already do this, and may have their own solution. Ours is probably better.
6. Minelaying tech. It's not great, but it's probably pretty useful against tyranids.
7. Anti-orc ecology tech? We've had this for a while. Not sure it's useful but maybe.
8. Starlance/jump drive that don't require psyker brains (but are also worse).
9. Armiger knight STC. Not questoris. Just the armigers plus the wargear probably.
10. Mind-machine interface & Noosphere tech (with safeguards!)

There's also stuff that's not listed there - for example all of the terraforming insights we've picked up from the Irrita, or the PlanetMaw STC, or... The necron insights that just mean they can actually do damage to necrons.

Definitely not Planetmaw, but I'd be fine with the rest. Knights, mines, medical/food tech, that's valuable for them without being too likely to blow in our face.

Welp, it came like it had to come. My PC has, officially, joined the Great Heavenly Computation today.

This has my vote. When you post it (vote is open) make sure you put [] Plan at the start to everything under it gets counted as part of the plan.

Otherwise people can't just vote for the plan to catch the whole thing.

Should I add the Starlance? HeroCooky did confirm that the Duchy can use it safely
