chaos cleansing is good, specially for dealing with the aftermath of chaos invasions or working with chaos corrupted artifacts

now we only need a method to track down chaos corruption

You are already going to rip out all the dangerous shit before selling if you go down that route. That is, literally, in the text. Like...not even hidden?

And Songs updated. You may now shower me with art critiques.
Oh wow, that one is great. To try and iterate on it, how about...

Humanity II, Progress II, Creativity II, Logic II
Home II, Progress II, Creativity II, Logic II
Protection II, Progress II, Creativity II, Logic II
Grounding I, Progress II, Creativity II, Logic II

Huh, I'm surprised "Advance Upon Uncertain Paths" came up with that result, I was expecting something more development-focused. A bit of a whiff, though I'm sure it'll be useful down the line. Anybody have ideas for coherent symphonies (especially in respect to order) from our existing songs?

Re the vote - 6 SBGs is a lot, though them being of random classes is unfortunate. I think I'd probably prefer the action?

I don't see any reason not to do the Sub-sector scale army groups.

And expanded packs seems the best to me, but I'm not sure how many questoris we actually have.

Grand Army and Packs of 5 with 4 Armigers, yeah, maybe re-name them as Lances?
I support the Lance naming scheme. Remember the Star Force?

I do wonder, who's in the market for 6 whole military fleets?
A lot of it is probably our own civilian shipping market, buying them and getting more productive, and that's part of where the ISCs come from. Actually...
@HeroCooky Could we instead turn the extra fleets into an ISC if we wanted?

Mixing the Questoris and the Armigers is going to be fun, as one is a semi-monastic order and the other is a matrilineal aristocracy.

So those mechs get transferred via different lines of succession.

You know what, meme write-in.

[][Knight Order Organization] (Write-In) : Courtly Traditions : The Questoris have the right to court a retinue of up to 4 Armigers via tourney, tradition or other means of acquiring loyalty and affection.

Sure. 2 Actions please.

If we sell off the ships I think we should use the action for this:

-[] Fill Out LRAD Alpha and Task Fleet Alpha (With Andromedas) For Policing Action (0/1)

Because it gets us more of the actual new ships we need and sets up anti-piracy policing patrols, which we do need.

[][Ashan Navy] Sell The Ships
(+1 Action next Turn)
[][Ashan Navy] Keep The Ships
(+6 SBGs next Turn)

Given it took an action to re-organize them, choosing to just sell the ships seems like a net loss unless there is some hidden bonus to our civilians. Especially given that one of the navies has a battleship, IIRC. It's also hard to tell what issues, if any the 6 SBGs would have with the logistical nightmares they seem to be.

I wonder if we lose whatever research options we could get from their apparently high tech components if we sell the ships? Not that we research all that often.

I'd like to get whatever allows us to chain 5 songs/melodies together next turn, but I also think it would be a big benefit to finally get the power staves, given they strengthen our choirs, who also are able to increase our action-efficiency. That and finally get those psychic hoods.

Hm. If we upgraded the new song to III, would it work fast enough to protect our forces from scrapcode were we to get into a fight with Chaos?

We will get the chance to do the research regardless of if we sell the ships or not.

This has already been answered by the QM.

I do think we should sell them because I don't like organizational gore and I don't want to have a giant pile of random ships getting slaughtered in the next battle. Better we use the action to build a policing force and finish another of our top-of-the-line fleets.

Edit: I also want to ask the star child where the next threat is coming from. What we do is very different if it's the grand awakening versus the black legion showing up versus the necrons.

Just one action isn't great though, at least we unlock some new techs, if we can ever shake loose actions to go into them.

I think they're who we're selling them to. We don't really have any other neighbors with the income to pay that kind of fee.

The text says we're pretty much stripping anything dangerous out of the ships we sell, so piracy won't (hopefully) see any noticeable upticks. And if I'm wrong, then it only takes 1 action to pump out 2 more SBGs, maybe more if they're smaller anti-piracy fleets.

Speaking of fleets, we're still only at 6 and they're just sitting on their laurels, can we start expanding a bit to match our new size? Like, we should get at least 10-14+ imo, not for any conquests but just for deterrents and defensive reasons.

My sibling in 40k...you have about 2 Trillion people in your nation with a functional economy centered around massive Interstellar Shipping Companies.

There is enough money in your own nation for that.

With that; Night!

HUh, okay then.

Are we getting any base stat improvements out of the reverse engineering at least? Or hell, a Void Industry discount to let us nudge it over to VI 13 and see the next tier?

No, you are the best you can be without more experience and/or ganking Drukhari/Necron tech.

And lmao. Lol, even. You have star fortresses in every system automatically. How would the families up your Void Inf? :V

But seriously. Night.
