Hmm honestly while the darc egg is good, we could do better, maybe take some blueprints pesonals and see what else we can unlock.

Then put Isara into it and watch the magic.
I'm fine with this to be honest, but it's not gauranteed to get us a new or better mech, and eggman already gets +50 when he's piloting it thanks to his new traits.

Isara will also most likely need training to be able to pilot a mech, and certainly wont get as much of a bonus as Eggmans traits give him.

edit: apparently I misremembered the bonus, Eggman with the Darc Egg actually has +60 in combat

Oh no mostly meant when we construct a mech if we get something better than the death egg robot.

There is also the fact that if we roll high enough we can tap onto other timelines without having to unlock the memories.

Like ngl an Egg Beater MK3. could honestly be something a lot better.

Especially if we get the version that was used againts the iron queen as that one was especifically made to go againts technopaths.

Otherwise If we can unlock them the Egg Emperor or the Dragoon would be outright upgrades.

Like if we get the Egg Emperor we could study the lance and then make a new scaled lance for the emperor that could tap into the valkyrur power much like the Egg Wizard did for the jeweled scepter.

The Dragoon, well it depends on how much we want to gamble, despite being one of our top mechs, it needs a good energy source if we want to use their full potential.

Otherwise you get the prototype version that only had the drill and the machine gun iirc.

For this obviously we will need to use our chaos emerald if we want a full power dragoon, but as I said it is a risky option.

Maybe we should start Eggman Toyline?

We have more than enough designs of robots and mechs for that to work.

Needed the phantom ruby

Not really?

The Egg Dragoon use Dark Gaia to fuel but he was working fine on Forces.

Like that Death Egg Robot would work just as fine with the Chaos Emerald. It just do not have the virtual relity stuff.

That one was cimposed of two mechs, one indide ther other, addimitly the inner was a modified version of the Nega-Wisp Armor.

which one? the mass produced version or the weird final boss one?

The final boss, I mean that one was two mechs, one inside the other. So imagine it is qyite powerful because Eggman could win trought attrition and heavy firepower.

I don't think mass produce count as war machines, they likely fall into the Tier 3 Badniks or something.

Hmm, we could also try to get the Egg king or the ghost titan.

Egg King

The Egg King[1] (エッグキング, Eggukingu?) is the final boss of Sonic Rush fought at Unknown. It is controlled by either Eggman Nega (if as Sonic) or Dr. Eggman (if as Blaze). The Egg King is a giant robot piloted by Eggman or Eggman Nega. The head has an Egg Mobile on it with a mouth guard. It also...

Or the ghost titan

Ghost Titan

For other uses of "Titan", see Titan (disambiguation). The Ghost Titan is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a giant combat robot docked in one of Captain Whisker's warships in Sonic Rush Adventure and serves as the penultimate boss of the game. The Ghost Titan is a...

Both are quite powerful and outright have desesperation attacks which no doubt would trigger when we hit a critical HP threshold.

There's also the Death Egg Robot from Lost World, he was pretty powerful as well.
I just realized you meant the Super Eggrobo, that's not a Death Egg Robot variant it's a separate mech line. it's even got a successor version already, the Super Eggrobo 2.0.

there's also the Super Eggrobo Z which doesn't seem to be related at all, the Super Egg Robot which I kept clicking on by mistake because the name is so similar, and the Giant Eggman Robo which is the only one of these that's actually meant to be an enhanced version of the Eggrobo badnik.

Eggman has overused this name.

edit: I missed one, the Hyper Eggrobo which is actually the coolest one of these.

I was originally going to talk about Mechs that I really like but I don't think are especially useful, but I wound up finding a pretty good use for one of them.

the Spider Mobile is the least useful of these, I just really like spider robots and wish we could turn it into something good.

the Mega Octus, is a pretty good aquatic vehicle, which I think would also qualify for our mech trait. this will be useful for when we inevitably go after the Vortex queen but I can't see any other use for it, and we'd probably need Mania memories to make it.

the Egg Devil Ray is a design that I really like but was originally going to recommend because I thought it was an aquatic vehicle, but I've since learned that it's actually a flying vehicle. why the hell is the fish machine a flier? I'm also not sure if this would qualify as a mech and trigger Mano a Egg. at this point it's the one of these three I'm the least enthused by.

I really think we will need some kind of underwater Mech in the future, both because I want to establish underwater bases that will be harder for other factions to deal with and because the Vortex will inevitably become a problem. and so far the Mega Octus is literally the only one I've found. there are some aquatic variants of the Egg Mobile but no full mechs.

On an unrelated note, random irrelevant question because I am bored:

What is your guys' personal stance on whether SA-55 from Sonic Unleashed is a separate entity or just Orbot pre some reprogramming?

As mentioned Sega kinda leaves it ambiguous lol

I like to think he is a separate like a prototype or we just did upgrade him and remove the sass not entirely of it but just enough so he won't be constantly sassing us

Personally, I'd say that Eggman saw how SA-55 was able to bounce around despite not being built for locomotion, and so decided to make an improved version that's better at moving around, and with an upgraded voicebox, and put SA-55's AI in it, so that he could have him go do simple tasks that Eggman doesn't want to do.

so, if anyone remembers how I brought up little awhile back the idea of Metal Sonic getting a tail if he scanned Tangle. I just found out about this design from the Sonic Minecraft crossover. it's called Amalgam Mecha Sonic and has pieces from every version of Mecha Sonic, and what's important to this, is that it uses one of Silver Sonics extending arms as a tail. this actually works a lot better that the only other suggestion I saw for it (which was that he'd get a draconic tail) since Tangles tail is able to form a hand on the end to grab things or punch people.

this is the only picture I could find that gave a good look at the tail.

Re:All the talk on Eggman getting the blueprints to build for Zavok.

That's locked behind a personal which I think we've only taken once. It's relatively random what we get (personals don't have modifiers), takes an action to build afterwards, and whatever we build is going to be expensive, judging by the DARC-EGG-ROBOT. We can and should build better than that thing, but it's also more useful than it should be coming off a below average roll because it was build off a crit. Plus Eggman's new piloting trait.

I think it's worth doing in general for the long term, but don't think we can count on having the time to get something better and have the space to build it if we are trying to finish off Zavok within a few turns.

While we are trying to do that, I'm more in favor of plans that will more quickly fill needs in the Eggman Empire, such as making mines, Badnik factories, and training the Darcsen.

I think we should wait for Chuck rescue before come up with any sort of plans for next turn.

It's kinda important to see what we unlock from him.

Our of all thr actions this turn he is the most important one.
