Power and Kindness thing seems like a Question one anwer on their own or by someone close and deeply trusted, instead of to somebody random you haven't even met face to face yet. So either general future predictions or Maria Question.

Yeah, that is my problem with philosophy questions in general.
I feel that the answer Eli will give will be too open ended to really be something we are satisfied with.
While we don't know this ic, elizabeth is the most aloof out of all the velvet rooms attendants as it was Igor first attempt at one, meaning that things like this could end up going to nowhere as she may take concepts literally.
After all her entire Social Link with Makoto was trying to understand things, but never quite getting sometimes.
I would be more sure if Margaret or Lavenza were the ones attending us.
But Elizabeth is a 50/50 whenever we get a straight answers or that we get answers biased on her own World view.

I figure the question has been bothering Eggman for a while so he might as well get another opinion from an unlikely source, though another part of the reason for my vote was from my festive mood.

There is another motivation here. If Maria is here, then she has very little time. Knowing she exists is urgent.
The good news is that unlike Cassia, who had been steadily deteriorating even before the shattering, Maria was actually on the mend thanks to the sterile environment on the Ark.
The bad news is it's been months, more than half a year, so unless she's being kept prisoner aboard the Ark, she's going to be in a rough state by the time we find her.

This feels the most in-character to ask, being a question Eggman has been wondering about for a while, a good representation of his burgeoning character arc, and is the kind of question someone like Elizabeth would be looking for.

That seems to be the more useful question, something in character for a Eggman to ask for his future and give useful information about future events or upcoming disasters and opportunities.
