I heard that she's VERY vain....however....I remember a fan comic that hints there may be some underlying reason as to WHY she acts like that....but then again....it was a fan-comic. A 'What-if' fan comic, where "What if Espio was trained by Master Zik?".
I recall a scene in Sonic X where Eggman used some tech to semi-restore the moon after the Eclipse Canon was fired at it. WE could try to do that.
