I think we're good on recruits for now. We should focus on building alliances and endearing ourselves to our new darcsen subjects. Building houses and whatnot. Maybe reaching out to Satan?

To upgrade the mirage express we'd probably have to choose the "make special equipment" option for the guy who drives it.
I personally believe you can never have enough minions/allies
Plus, we can get more information out from our recruits
Well, I personally feel like it's a logistics action like how pistaol ship was and we can upgrade it… can we still upgrade pistoal ship or it was that we can only upgrade it once and that's it

we've been told that if we want to get anything out of Satan we'll have to pay reparations for the trouble Conquering Storm caused while she was there. so not something we can do until we have more resources.

I feel like, although they might not believe us, they might view us trying multiple times favorably. So far we've been radio silent, and as far as they can tell we're prepared to send all our bots to destroy them the first chance we get.
If we contact them now, will they believe we've turned over a new leaf? Probably not. But it does make it clear we're in diplomacy mode, and not outright hostile. They will be cautious and wary, wondering what we have planned, and they will probably send units to spy on us to learn what we are trying to do. But that's better than attacking us.

a small question, just how old is the protag for that game? cause the whole mind control thing is quite...put offing. Even if it's a "love spell", it feels more like obsession spell...and not really a good way to "win someone's heart". I predict he will soon grow bored of the whole thing, because honestly what's next?

that's a good point. I just feel like if we can lower the DC a little bit more I would be more comfortable like where it's not in the hundreds.
I mean, if we do some goodwill actions like probably restoring the mirage trains express, and the railroads across it would help the DC lower a bit

honestly, if we could get the resistance to move to angel island would be fantastic...more protection for the master emerald, and they can stay there untill some massive threat happens.
As for GUN...well depends on if they accept EGGMAN taking over...i doubt they will allow us to do so. But some things can be negotiated for a time.

I wonder if we could make special equipment for Belle that would increase her Heart. I do know one thing, we need all the advantages we can get to convince them to a non-aggression pact. Maybe doing some woodworking could also help. It may get us in touch with our Tinker side. The kindly man must have had a high Heart, and we might be able regain some of that.
Yeah, that's why my plan had wood working wanted to see if something can be done with that.
I wonder if there's some synergy if we do personal equipment and personal trinket
