It does complicate our plans to take everything back, but the Black Arms and Shadow being out for awhile is undoubteably a good thing.

And considering the Empire is about to have it's hands full...

So Zeti and sidequests next turn?

Some people think getting that folding the Restoration and GUN under our banner may be some sort of trap despite the reward tab make it clear they will share intelligence and resources with us, like some sort of tribute.
 
Damn, Shadow got fucking bodied. Ultimate Lifeform my ass, Sonic takes hits like that near every game and gets back up a few hours later.

Still hope we'll have some room to try to get the Restoration on our side, god willing Zavok gets whatever few hero units he's got left that aren't in need of a reboot van to deal some damage or to them and scare them to us.

Not like the alliance is willing to side with Sega-flavored demons over us, right?

Then we reverse sabotage Zavok or someone else into getting some wins over the alliance to make them desperate enough to come crying to us, then we HIT EM WITH THE BELLE, the backlash they'll have when they meet Belle and listen to her advocating for us should be enough to debuff them enough to get them on our side.
 
As I said my idea is mostly reclaim the D6 territory so we get the bargain chip of free access to our territory until the threat of the black arms is killed completely aka when we off Black Doom.

Also please remember that one of our main drives is kick the D6 butts otherwise we will get maluses and we cannot just dedicate every trickery action to search for Sonic.

Considering we have to search for Maria so Canaan and Belle don't abandon us.

No one is saying it's a Trap Option. It's just the majority of people agree with something you don't think will happen.

Like Restoration and GUN are two factions that are will be fully comited to fight crises no questions asked and that is powerful since there are Independent actors in the world that also want to destroy it as well.

Reminder that the main reason GUN and Restoration are possible to diplomance is cause if the Black arms and Black doom threat that they represent , the more they are weakened before the alliance is made, more hard will be to make them join.

Also keep in mind you have no idea if other world ending threats that are in the world, cant use the excuse that there could be others like black doom to make them complaint, that alliance is temporally cause they will clash with Eggman's views of world domination.

It's possible and an option to ally with them bringing several Benefits, but let's be clear, unless you can do some heavy indoctrination or mass super hypnosis, they will never just obey every word that eggman says, please don't get confused

I don't want to do neither these options of course but Black Arms take priority over everything else and will take a while until we rebuilt the Egg Fleet and try to storm the Ark.

Black Doom is a King so we need every advantage we can get against him, not to mention at some point he will invade other portions of the world and we need to be ready to respond against them.

And of course, the only reason they view the Black Arms as worth allying with Eggman over is because they know in detail how outmatched they are.

Other world threats? They'd probably be more willing to try against them with the Restoration/GUN Alliance than consider Eggman until they see they need more help.
 
If something the inmediate benefit would be not dealing with annoying critters destroying our badniks while we play againts the big guys.

Like so far our enemies include 6 sadists who get their kicks out of doing damage to those weaker than them.

An expansionist asshole whose society is cartoon villain racist.

A literal alien race seeing us as an all you can eat buffet who they can use as cattle.

Unless certain blue pest decides to show up they are a lot more up on the priority list than a bunch of critters.
