There's an x-factor here, and his name is Tsukune. I'd say we give him a chance to defend himself within the rules, no matter how rigged.
Edit: Sadly, it doesn't look like it has a chance of winning though, so I'll have to switch to this instead:
[X]Challenge the Student Protection Committee openly, but give the other students an opportunity to GTFO if they so choose.
An ambush is not worth it. The SPC wants to make a show of this, so us walking in there publicly will have them play along, giving the other students a chance to evacuate. Not to mention that by doing this we'll be a distraction for anyone else who might have a grudge against the SPC and willing to act on it.

[X] Wait for an opportune moment, and spring an ambush. Take them out hard and fast; as long as you can get Tsukune out safely, you'll address whatever comes next as it happens.

"I'd like to thank everyone for making a point to be here this afternoon. I understand that most of you have club activities, but if this should run longer than expected I'll see about getting the curfew relaxed for tonight so you can attend to any unfinished business."
And not only of history, but you've studied people.
And with what you know and what you see with your own eyes, you've come to your own conclusions.
"Tsukune Aono," you indicate the tied-up first-year student in question, "stands before you all today charged with the accusation of being a human. As you should recall from your first days of school, the punishment for a human that infiltrates Youkai Academy is death."
If the murmuring masses knew you were pointedly and deliberately not charging second-year Jotaro Kujo with the same offense, they'd call you a hypocrite.
They would be mistaken. Your actions are completely in line with your ideals, which go directly against summoning an angry Vampire Killer to exterminate the entire student and faculty body.
"Now, some of you may be wondering: is being a human really so terrible of a crime that it must warrant death?"
And indeed, more than a few among the crowd were beginning to voice such sentiments. Doubtless the gagged Aono himself and his yet-to-be-seen friends are also asking that question.
"Some of you have had friends or even family in the human world that were of that race," you say nonchalantly, and watch attentively as a few half-breeds in the audience stiffen in fear. As long as they know they're being watched, their own paranoia and fear should do quite enough to keep them in line.
"I will confirm what a few of you already know or suspect: all human individuals are not evil."
You let the crowd have a few critical seconds for the confusion to set in, before resuming control over the conversation.
"How many of you know," you ask, "about Operation Ketsugo?"
It isn't enough merely to carry out the act of justice; the people you serve need to understand why it is just.
And just as you expected, you're met with a chorus of confusion. But then, you shouldn't be surprised. Japan is sensitive about what the public school system teaches young people, and monsters especially wouldn't typically be inclined to look up a human military operation of their own initiative.
Even Tsukune Aono, the human standing trial at this very moment, is visibly uncertain of why you brought it up.
"Operation Ketsugo," you explain with the patience demanded by the circumstances, "was Imperial Japan's response to an expected invasion by the Allied Forces -- an invasion which ultimately never happened."
You can see a little comprehension here and there, as some students start figuring out where you're going, but you proceed as you planned anyway. You want everyone gathered here to understand what you're actually protecting them from. "Even though Japan knew by that point that it couldn't win the war, the military launched a propaganda campaign to promote 'The Glorious Death Of One Hundred Million'. You can ask your grandparents or parents later if you want to know more, but the short version is that Japan's human government told its people to die in battle for their Emperor, despite that victory was out of the question. That's every person in Japan to fight against the expected Allied invasion; not just the soldiers, but the women, and the children, as well. What's worse, those civilians who could not fight, would have eventually been expected to commit seppuku and kill themselves. Do you understand yet? The leaders of Japan were willing to wipe out their nation's entire population just for the sake of giving 'the other' a proverbial bloody nose."
Even among monsters, where conflicts based on species rivalries aren't uncommon, not one entire race is known to have committed the act of total war against another. That atrocity is unique to humans.
You can see the shock and fear in your audience, and a dawning sense of comprehension. If you can get through to them, you might just be able to achieve your goal.
"And if you think that's abhorrent," you continue, "then you're wrong. Every human society has done the same thing throughout history. The British in their conquest of India! The United States in their oppression of minorities! The Soviet Union's ruthless suppression of dissidents! Nazi Germany! The Catholic Church, launching one pointless Crusade after another against the Middle East! The Romans' subjugation of Carthage, and then that very same Empire's own fall to the so-called barbarians north of it! African tribes conquering each other and selling captives as slaves! Almost every powerful human society in history has shown itself a xenophobic mass murder machine!"
In the best case scenario, they're machines. Tragically enslaved to operate in accordance with their programming and helpless to fight against it.
"And that's just a brief history of what humans do to each other! It's like they're hardwired to self-destruct as a species!"
In the worst case scenario, they're a malignant cancer, actively and deliberately choking out all life on the planet for no greater purpose than their own excess.
"So if humans subjugate and exterminate each other over petty, arbitrary divisions like their skin tone or where they were born, do you think for a moment that humanity's reaction to our continued existence would be any less violent?!"
Your question is met with ashen-faced silence, as the Youkai Academy student body finally comes to recognize the existential threat that not only monsters, but all life on Earth must face.
You let the question linger for a moment, before finally deigning to answer it yourself. "If the human race were to discover that we youkai are not the stuff of fairy tales, but walking among them every single day? They would have an 'Other' so vastly different, literally not human, that every faction of their kind would forget their differences and unite to exterminate us once and for all. Because we can disguise ourselves as humans, there would be Witch Hunts the like of which you can't even imagine. Eventually, their fear and distrust would make them resort to nuclear weapons, and purge the entire planet of every living thing on it."
And now that you've explained yourself, it's time to return everyone to the unfortunate business at hand. "THAT," you call out, "is why I call for the death of this human that has infiltrated our school! Because if he disrupts the secrecy protecting our kind, then he may doom not just youkai, but all of humanity as well!
"WITH THE SACRIFICE OF TSUKUNE AONO, WE HAVE A CHANCE TO SAVE THE PLANET!"
If they knew that Jotaro Kujo was human, no doubt they would call for his execution as well. Knowing that his family has been involved with the supernatural for generations, however, you're confident he's got the sense to keep the secret safe. Given he's dating a Snow Woman, that goes double -- an intelligent, ruthlessly calculating man like him certainly wouldn't expose his woman to unnecessary danger. With him, you're 101% sure you can trust him to keep The Secret. Ironic though it may be, you could hardly imagine a human more worthy of your respect than this spawn of the Vampire Killer.
"However," you continue, "Youkai Academy is still an organization of law, at least while I'm here."
You turn to face Tsukune Aono, contemplative. When the question of how to publicly restrain him for trial had come up, you'd considered for an instant the notion of suspending him from a thorny crucifix, before tossing that aside as needlessly tacky. Tying him to a pole on a stage is sufficient.
"Tsukune Aono! As I have explained to our classmates, you stand here on charge of infiltrating this school as a human, and for the sake of both humans and monsters if found guilty you will be executed! What do you have to say in your defense?!"
From the way he's having trouble even forming words, clearly he's panicked and stressed. And understandably so; a boy like Aono wouldn't likely accept such a tragic turn of events calmly.
If only he'd gone to a human school and never found out about the supernatural, or if he'd been born a monster, then he'd still be safe and alive. But then, you suppose that's fate.
A female voice calls out -- no, a few actually, though timed so perfectly together that you initially mistook the chorus as one.
The crowd behind you parts ways as you turn toward the source of the cry, and see the remaining Newspaper Club freshmen - Moka Akashiya, Kurumu Kurono, and Yukari Sendo, standing in formation together and collectively giving you the pointer finger. If they'd had the Stand User, Ginei Morioka with them, you'd be a little more concerned, but as inexperienced as they are, you're confident you can take them on if you must.
And then you realize they're not alone. Mizore Shirayuki, who knocked out Keito with a single punch for a tragically unfortunate accidental innuendo, and the very Jotaro Kujo you were musing about earlier.
While there is some variance in their expressions, they all have a common thread of [determination], and they're all staring right at you.
Well, then.
If you have to fight them all off to save the planet, then so be it.
I must've missed several updates, forgotten everything after so long, or something else but who is this person? Is it a guy or a girl even? I'm so fucking lost here other than the fact that he/she's a master of spin.

He handed Jotaro his ass and took his life more or less without a fight.
He's a season big bad not a mook like we've been fighting this entire time.
So strategy time.
Jotaro And Mizore should focus on the him
Moka and Yukari on rescuing Tsukune. Hopefully getting to him and he can let Inner!Moka out to deal with the discipline chaff and anybody else who wants to have a go.
Kurumu should spam that charm power into the student population as much as possible and getting them to De-ass the area ASAP.
The key to the fox fight is going to be getting SP up and fighting to counter his physical advantage in speed with a stand that is the fastest, most precise and strongest physicaly. Mizore should stay close to Jotaro and just focus on weakening Foxes firepower. Even just weakening his flames a little bit will let SP fight more cleanly.
Idealy we'd move this fight inside and trigger the sprinkler system it will not do much but it's another debuff to his Firepower. And we'd get Inner Moka/vampire buffed Tsukune to come in part way though to tear him apart.
However due to the fact we know he knows about stands implies that he himself has a stand. Something that renders everyone bit Jotaro and potentially Moka/Inner!Moka useless ( Moka has Joestar blood in her and with Dio's Curse she should be developing a stand as even holly whom doesn't have the will for it developed one. So she might be able to see the stand)
I didn't say he was a mook. Nowhere did I say that. Do (try to) point out where I said that.
What I said was that the hypocritical/evil fox bastard is standard fare for anime villains. Nowhere in that equates to being a mook, just a comment on the personality and image of the character.
As I said earlier, hopefully DIO will stop time during this encounter. That'll give Jotaro a few seconds to think, and possibly even act for a split-second.
But if Jotaro manages to stop time, it gives him an advantage here and now, but DIO may realize that someone else has power over time, which is obviously bad.
We also didn't have Star Platinum at the time, and had significantly less combat experience in general.
He's still dangerous, but if he's enough of an idiot to try and take us all on solo, he'd only win if we tried to take him alive - and to be honest, showing mercy toward a genocidal zealot who actively intends to kill us, and then try to orchestrate a campaign to wipe out humanity as a whole is an incredibly stupid move, and whoever decides to be the first to try and hold back while fighting him is probably going to get stabbed in short order.
Based on what I'm seeing, he's fast, tough, and has magical pyrokinesis that forms the basis of his fighting style.
The only techniques he has with said pyrokinesis that would likely be an instant kill require him to either close in and touch us with his bare hands (which isn't as big of an issue as it sounds, given that trying to Shunpo-OHKO us now would probably end with Star Platinum's knuckles embossed into the back of his brainpan - reflexive high-speed proactive murder is one of our Stand's specialties), a "fire spear" that we can either dodge or deflect (either with Star Platinum's bare hands, or by having SP rip up and throw a chunk of the floor into its path), and the "Vortex of Fire", a magical HEAT round that would be guaranteed to kill us instantly (along with most of the students at this assembly) if he fired it off, but mercifully needs a few seconds to charge up.
So you want the Snow Maiden... to fight a creature that's infamous for being insanely powerful, and for the signature mark of that power being supernaturally destructive fire. He'd flash-boil anything she threw at him, then decapitate her with a single superheated neck grab.
No, we need Inner Moka for this just in case he's as unstoppable as the hype about Youkou would suggest. Us fighting him is only viable because we've got Star Platinum to provide offense & defense and Hamon breathing to juice up our physical abilities so we can more effectively dodge Kuyo's attacks, and even then we're mostly there to give Inner Moka an opening to rip this bastard's spine out.

Again, I legitimately doubt that Mizore's ice powers would do anything to "magic fire" so badass that even a punk like Kuyo could put a Werewolf in the ICU with a concentrated shot of it. More likely, his fire sets off the Yuki-Onna weakness to extreme heat, and she's unable to contribute at all to the fight. Even if she's able to partially debuff Kuyo, it would just make her his primary target, and with her own powers nerfed by the heat, we'd have no choice but to play meat shield and get BBQ'd in short order.
As for mundane water like what's in the sprinklers, I doubt he'd even notice anything short of us dumping a lake on his head.

If he has a Stand on top of his other bullshit, then the next update is probably going to just be us getting killed instantly, because even without him having a Stand, and us having Star Platinum and Hamon and a Vampire, it's still going to be an uphill battle for us.
I'd assume that him knowing about Stands is thanks to him putting in research on human capabilities for his future war to exterminate them; as fellow supernatural beings hiding among the populace (and given their own ability to gain Stands), I'd expect that youkai have encountered Stand Users a number of times in the past.

I thought you went standard villain as in the people we've fought so far.
Jotaro does not go for kills right off the bat the only times he's killed is DIO and the windigo. And in the later case he was literally standing in the remains of dead children that he killed and in the former DIO had just killed his grandfather and best friend and was responsible for how close his mom was to dying.Jotaro much prefer to knock this guy into the hospital to prove him wrong about humans.
Keep in mind that Jotaro is a squishy human whom can't use Harmon to defend himself from fire when using SP. even low power flames can seriously hurt him. What's more SP's range is just 5M (if that as it's still not 100% mastered) so if he decides to step back and keep AOE Fire attacking Jotaro he's screwed. SP can tank it no problem but Jotaro can't take it. Even just being 5 M away from him would probably cook Jotaro alive fairly quickly in his Super form.
Which is why I want Mizore here. She's not going to attack she's going to make sure Jotaro can take the heat. Sure he'll flash melt anything she makes but she can take the edge off of his fire at least enough for Jotaro to actually survive being around him. As for her squishy ness she's going to be sticking as close as possible to Jotaro to keep him protected so SP's going to keep her protected in turn.
She doesn't need to be making huge moves she just needs to make sure Jotaro can do his job. And if she's sticking close to him it's basically the same.
Yukari and Kurumu I agree they have no part in this fight. Kurumu should be able to solo the chaff by charming the crowd . But Moka/Vampire boosted Tskune (they're more or less the same in fighting power ) might be busy dealing with the chaff from the student population.
It's something and when your dealing with absurd levels of heat even a little bit helps. This may be Rosraio but it's also still JoJo's bizarre Adventure. Useing the environment to gain an advantage is a fundamental part of any fight. In this case using the environment to allow Jotaro to survive long enough to punch his shit in with star platinum.
If you have a better plan I'd love to hear it. But trying to stand rush him without protection from Mizore or some form of water is going to see a very well done end.
I wonder what the chances are Gin helps us out here? Or any of the rest of the student body with grievances against the SPC? It seems like our side is actually going to offer a rebuttal of some kind, so we may impress somebody. Tsukune's friends can't be the only people here who'd object to this, after all. Even if the bystanders don't much care about the philosophy of either side, if they get the impression we could win this fight, they may take the opportunity to join the winning side.

That probably depends on how compelling our counter argument is going to be.
What might help is that the powers at our disposal are a lot more surgical that's Kuyou's. Once the fighting invariably starts, if the rest of the student body is still around, he might injure bystanders when forced to use bigger manifestations of his power. Which is going to cost him goodwill and support, of course.

Is it or is it not possible to defeat him with just arguments in this situation? The impression I've got is that some sort of logic can make him decide not to kill a human, but it is also possible that this "logic" is just him trying to justify a decision he's already made.
