Yukari is still out of it, I don't think bringing her into a fight is a good idea. Since I don't think that leaving her alone is a good idea either, we need to leave some people behind to make sure she's okay.

Rosario!zombies are still considered to be "dead", even if they are very lively (SEE WHAT I DID THERE GUYS?!) in their day-to-day functions.

Reanimated corpses that Dio creates using the Stone Mask-granted powers also don't qualify, because they are twisted monsters created/sustained by Dio's malevolence.
