What we should be worried about is that we accidentally realise we have time stop.

From an offhanded joke earlier we saw that DIO perceived the extra half a second of timestop we used during the first beatdown, however he believe it was just him being awesome, this might be a joke, but it raises a valid issue.

If DIO realises we have Time Stop, he will not play around, Everyone other than us will be in far mare danger than they were in the original.
If DIO thinks we can beat him, he will kill everyone in the same manner as the idiot vampire, and then it will just be us and him.

We would win that fight I believe, but if the cost is everyone elses lives that it's not worth it.

On the other hand, if we train up Time Stop to where we're on equal ground with him, then it becomes a matter of Ripple-User vs Vampire, which is winnable.

He may also grab Joseph's blood and promptly escape for a night or two if he knows we can stop time ourselves instead of just move in it.

DIO who comes back with a full minute+ of time stop is a much, much more difficult fight to pull off, since Jotaro isn't even going to get past five seconds of time-stop unless he gets turned into a ghoul or something.

Just wait, the final boss will turn out to be Kars, who'll reveal a Final Form that'd make R+V!Alucard look tame.

I mean, Dio is crazy powerful, but I kind of feel like Alucard and Kars are more appropriate for a setting that incorporates R+V.

Probably not, but it affects what I write and how.

In that case, hopping into Mizore's pov is probably gonna be less interesting than either moving the story along or finding out what Joseph is up to.
I think I'll go with

[X]YES! YES!YES!
-[X]Joseph

Because he is cool, smart, and handsome.

And because I'm curious what the ol' mucker is up to.

Well, as long as this thread's getting bumped today...

Hey Eva, I know this is the pre-Made-In-Heaven universe, but can the Jojolion Rock Humans still be a thing? Another species with incredible powers that hides among the dominant species of humanity because urbanization encroached on their habitat is pretty dang Rosario. Also, do monsters know about the rods that Sky High controls the way they know about wyverns and so forth?

Dio has more practice fighting Ripple users than Jotaro has fighting Stone Mask Vampires, though. It'd still be a toughie.

Dio didn't seem to have a lot of his vampire abilities though. (Did losing his body affect them?)

He had some compatibility issues with Jonathan's body that he needed to remedy with Joestar blood. Which is why he relied more on The World's strength and working in conjunction with its time stop rather than fighting with his own fists.

If he had continued to live after draining Joseph's blood, he probably would have regained his ice powers, for example.

....son of a bitch, I haven't checked up on Jojolion in freaking forever...

Regarding Sky High's rods, probably not.

Update 102 - Street Fighters
You've made it to street level, and are doing your damnedest to try and save innocent lives from the rampaging Garigarius plant-monsters. Ruby's pretty much useless right now, so you and Mizore are stuck busting your asses to fight them off.

Fortunately, Mizore's cold powers work wonders at slowing them down and killing them, and you quickly discovered that it's really easy to use Hamon to overpressurize the fluid in their bodies and make them explode into little chunks of green salsa. Before long, you were able to manage it in one punch.

...it gets the job done, but damn if it isn't one messy pain in the ass....

Mizore smirks, suddenly. You gonna be mad if I say it?

You immediately realize what she's thinking, and scowl at her for it. Not the time for that, Mizore.

"Oookay~" she sighs, before her expression shifts to one of annoyance. "Still no luck finding the bad guy, though...."

Yeah, that's another little headache. ...wait, commands have to be conveyed somehow, even if it's by magic. To use the analogy of radio (or a telephone signal), Ruby might have been able to trace the signal back to its source. ....aaaand you completely left her to her own devices back at the hotel, without so much as an instruction to stay put. Great. Lovely. Wonderful. That can only end well.

Judging by the lack of region-spanning special effects, you're assuming that Moka's rosary hasn't been taken off, so you can't count on her to do much right now, either-

"Jotaro-senpai! Heeeey!"

...Kurumu? Is she already done getting people out of harm's way?

After putting your fist through another exploding plant, you turn and tip your hat to the buxom bluenette as she touches down on the ground.

"Mr. Joestar called in on your cell phone," she quickly explains. "He went back to investigate Witch Knoll again, and he said, quote..."

Kurumu takes a deep breath, and then - " 'HOLY SHIT!!!! THAT DEAD BITCH WE SAW IN THE CHAIR EARLIER IS MOVING AROUND AND COMMANDING THE PLANT MONSTERS BY HERSELF!!!!' ....yeah," Kurumu concludes after checking her memory again, "those were his exact words."

Bullshit! The dead can't come back to life! Even the idea of a Stand being able to do such a thing is preposterous! ....but then, from little you understand of the scenario, a Stand might be the only explanation for it...

Kurumu notices your unease, and looks fairly anxious now. "...senpai? It's impossible for dead people to come back to life, right?"

[]Reassure Kurumu.
[]You really have no idea.

From what you can tell, the monster situation appears to have been mopped up rather nicely, if messily.

[]Go to Witch Knoll and back up your gramps.
-[]Alone.

[X] "Gramps may be silly, but he's not stupid. Let's go."

Woooo! Stunts!

[X]Go to Witch Knoll and back up your gramps.
-[X]With everyone.

As much as I would like to just bring waifu, this is probably going to be very important later and it's best to just have everybody on deck for this.

The battle couple needs more target practice.

Did Joseph tell Jotaro about the limits of Stands at one point? Because with his limited knowledge of them at this point it seems a bit too early for him to assume they can't bring back the dead.
