That's only after Made in Heaven rebooted the universe, though. The rules could very easily be different, with the Before-Pucci universe being considered the same sort of 'Root World' as the one depicted After-Pucci.

It's functioning using the same base universe, after all, MiH simply rebooted it into that one. There is room for a D4C to be fanwanked into existence

In Tsukune's defense, wussing out is a perfectly rational reaction to the power disparity between him right now and every non-extra monster in this school. I mean, he might be able to take that one guy with the extendable neck who shows up sometimes, but I wouldn't count on it.

I get the feeling that Mizore is going to attempt to follow us when we get pulled out of school due to DIO.
The issue is, that she is probably going to risk her life or something since the Crusaders end up in some very hot places, and she might have to go to the hospital if she encounters the Sun stand for an extended period.
 
She can make human-sized shards of ice; she will be fine. Long term exposure probably will be bad, but long term exposure to Stand!Sun is bad for everyone.

Oh don't even give me that look; I would totally drop what I'm doing to just stare at Moka in silent condemnation, for lack of adequate words with which to loudly condemn her. In that regard it would be a very effective distraction.

But best vamp is Eva from Negima. C'mon guys you should know this. Eternal Ice Freeze Powers, a magic spell strong enough to even trap JACK RAKAN for a few years!
 
Valvatorez is a vampire from Disgaea 4.
He meets a human who learns he needs blood to survive and offers him her own; but his sense of pride prevents him from taking it and he declares he shan't drink blood until he scares her. She promptly dies in a war, and so he forgoes blood - and the majority of his power - for eternity, because his sense of honor will not allow him to ever break his promises.

He promptly attempts to deal with it by replacing blood with Sardines, declaring that they increase his power and attributing many of his successes to them.

First one's from Jitsu wa Watashi wa or My Monster Secret, depending on how translated you like your manga. The impression I've got is that it's like Rosario if you take out the action and replace it with humor, weirdness, and everyone being an idiot.
