Omake: Ancient Evil Survives
Tristan reminds me of that one manga series. Ajin. It's awfully funny that you were writing about a death-activated power, especially when we were having a whole discussion about giving Song (the old guy) a similar power as a cover to why he wasn't a metahuman before a couple dozen pages back.

I was inspired by the death-activated one mentioned much earlier on, yeah! But also that may or may not have been a fictionalized request for delicious worldbuilding.

This is true, but I don't see us getting a chance to stop tangling with S+ tier threats and only the most considerate of opponents is willing to fight on terms of your choosing (which makes Scarlet Maturity look less horrible as time goes on--tearing him in half is probably the least deadly thing you can do to a goo-person even if it mission-kills them and takes them out of the fight for a good long while).

Also possible is that we haven't gotten a chance to see him shine much other than "your throat is full of gunk now, good luck with the breathing thing" and between Black Swan on one end and Valiant Gold on the other with Menagerie Witch and Doc Silver providing a bunch of visible-combat-utility...

On the other hand, a full-on veteran soldier armed in standard battle-rattle probably goes up to about Hit 5 and this seems like a logarithmic scale in terms of power/versatility so...
This acts like all Rhys is his Hit, when his ESP also contributes to mid-battle fakeout and mindgame tactics, which serve important purposes.

We kind of had a bad-ish run with ESP rolls in the last couple weeks, which I imagine contributes to that feeling. Plus, it's easier to throw bricks at enemies and we only have two bricks and usually more enemies than that. Since LL is glass, Rhys gets thrown third despite being soft mud.

[] Plan: Cycle Recovery
-[] [Soldier X] (+1 Potency)
-[] [Zeno] (+9 Potency)
-[] [Adamant] (+3 Potency)
-[] Potency Reductions (-3 Potency)
-[] Total Potency of Dose: 10

Name: Soldier X, True Name Unknown
Keywords: Fitness, Regeneration
Name: Adamant, Rakeem Wade
Power: Transformation, Enhanced Strength, Regeneration
Name: Zeno, Camdyn Poole
Power: Space-Time Manipulation, Invulnerability
1x Space-Time Manipulation
2x Regeneration
1x Fitness
1x Invulnerability
1x Transformation
1x Enhanced Strength
This plan is based off of the idea that Space Time manipulation can combine with Regeneration to produce something like Alabaster from Worm ... I am not a fan of the character but his power was cool... Also Invulnerability for more defences and transformation and Enhanced Strength to give some bodily space warping power for punches.

Basically a Warper that can change their body Like Warpstar for Reach while also having Regenerative abilities that involve time. Only I imagine she does it by warping her bodies space instead of teleporting.

I want to give this to Yara.
Partly because I am afraid of Telepath dying for Yara and cause I feel like she needs a power that can give her as many loves as possible.

And then of course, Towarri was briefed later when she was formally inducted later on.

I have to assume Harper would consentually tag some of the others to practice her power operating at higher levels. Did Towarri and/or Rosemary get her into cat mode?

...You know, if we had tried the Handyman impersonating Yara tactic earlier, Socialite Butterfly could have probably burned one of Clone Wolong's charges on finding out which one is real. But with him dead and it probably taking time for her to cycle, there's an opportunity to do so when we have to choose tactics at the end of Eidolon 3.

Hey wait a minute do we need two transformations and 2 regenerations Along with fitness for Autobiokinesis?

Can it Be transformation + regeneration + fitness equals Autobiokinesis?

Problem with that tactic is really that it kept him from fighting. Though since he can Impersonate swan for a bit It could work if everyone is in the same area.

I wonder if this would have been an option if we had approached the lunch as something other than a lunch. Or what the effect of that writ broad would be — did we pass up benefits in the fight for success with the diplomacy?
Would make sense but if ti means we can prometheus Yara next turn id take it. Since ti liekly also means Belle giving us another ap.

It was a good idea and you guys probably should have done it.

Handyman was in the yard though and I though it woudl have taken time for him to go back. BUt I guess that was us underestimating how fast he can move and how long a fight would take.

Though LL would need to hande Joules and Ete alone too. Granted MW and DS had enough range that both could have helped LL while Belle and Handyman fought Brass then had him act as body double.

Still were winning so not gonna complain too much about hindsight plans. So just something for Future Fights with different areas and how our Supports range means they can fight beyond their area.

Unless I'm wrong with DS and MW needing to leave the house to support LL?

How did we not do the tricky and confusing move on the easily tricked and confused enemies?!
