Song who needs to a fighter aside should we just ask a Teleport Synergy for Shelley?

An S-Class with Teleport focus power would be pretty useful septically with how good Teleport is in term of tactics.

Teleport is a Pure psychic power like Telekinesis too according to wulong so it should have a synergy with X2 Clairvoyance and something else.

Teleport should boost both Ops and Espionage hopefully too.
 
Decisively winning over Crusade means we have more energy to spare against the clones, so I'd hope it's better odds than average.
Halfway through the next update Ellie steps over a pile of groaning and bruised Crusaders to catch Gentleclone James trying to nab Yara again.
"We were really hoping they could keep you busy for at least 5 more minutes."
 
You know guys. IDK if someone has said it before, but part of me wants to make a red herring that does fit with what Crusade thinks.
Aka make an invisible hero whos only other ability is to give boosts to others from far away and make it a secret so Crusade and others start thinking that that is our actual Proyect Prometheus or something.
I know it may be too farfetched, specially since we haven't got an appropriate way to block psychic powers, but would be pretty funny if it could work XD

Based on what we DNA and Faustian Stat Boosting is possible but actually power boosting.

Like Giving someone int, regen, strenght, speed, senses and Invulnerability is possible. But boosting someones core power hasnt really been discovered.

Wild Speaker is the only DNA we have that can give an Int boost and tats aimed at animals so not sure if what your asking is even possible.
 
I don't know, I feel like stacking multiple instances of Ally Empowerment is likely to result in a super-buffer. The issue is that it'd probably be a build that's low on the durability scale.

Clairvoyancex2 for distance. Chatroom+Hunch specifically should help keep the buffer safe not to mention other powers.

Would give us ally enpowerment X3

We can add Daggermaw if we want a synegy and ensure we dont lose out on clairvoyance too.

If we give this too Shelley Mr hunch as well for more range.

Ehhhh, even ignoring that we have a fair few synergies which are valuable to do first like completing Telekinesis, trying confirm things about the prospective Self Enhance synergy, and figuring out the specifics of making the Shroud synergy, Teleportation is just kind of inherently weird? We only have 2 sources of it and putting them + Hunch together for 2 Clairvoyance alone costs 11 points while not really hitting at Nox's jack of all trades elements at all. It could maybe be more viable once we have Rosemary's baby but for now we have better synergies to hit, with more space to build with them.

Plus Teleport definitely fall into the category of even if things may not be a synergy necessarily, we know powers like Red Huntress have aspects of targeting and narrowing focus which inherently work well with teleporting, so there is the question of how much we need synergy info compared to some of the rest.

Fair enough. Anyway since general consensu seems to be turning Yara into Telepath.

Going for Telekinesis as a Versatile powerset for Shelley.

Or The sheoud Synergy for an Esp speacilaist woth Invulnerability works.


Though with X2 Clairvoyance for S-Rank Shelley we can still give her Teleport and Telikenisis.

When it comes to teleporting for Shelley, my idea is to continue with the Nox build and pray that Bitterman sees fit to give either her or her constructs some level of mobility through teleport. Of course, that could mean losing Enhanced Speed, so 🤷
 
Well, on that note…

@Bitterman what did Eastwood's constructs actually look like? Were they all bombs of some sort or did they have any other connecting theme?
 
Honestly I loke Telekinesis for shelley.

Unlike with Soraia its not like its best to make her Identity public to take advantage of the Rep stat.

Since Shelley is more of an ESP main. Making her like DS with Jack stats but cool abilities works.

Also we need atleast 1 more flier since theyre always good and rare here.
 
...reflecting on our plans, did we forget that Ete, if she can make any sort of weapon out of fire, could make a bow and arrows or guns? She's not inherently a melee fighter?

Depending on what is needed to complete Shroud's synergy there's a distinct world where we could get Feth/Steadfast/Crimson Soprano/Hunch +2 {Eastwood or 2 of Hydrocity/Million/Multiplex} for trying to go for a FFM flier and the Shroud synergy on the same build for a psychic.

For the Shroud synergy the Missiping piece should really only he either Energy or Transformation.

Since shadow is energy but turning into an Energy form is transformation.

Based on how both Adamant and Outsiders transformation works.

Yeah, for that reason I was thinking about trying to give it invisibility or transformation so it doesn't get targeted by attacks as often.

I have been checking the samples and I didn't wanted to give it anything related to the mind like Clarivoyance or Mental Manipulation since I think that could repeat the synergy we already have of the barriers. So I leaned into pure Energy Manipulation instead.

So, the idea would be:
Fast Track (Self-Enhancement, Ally Empowerment, Enhanced Speed - Potency 3)
+
Miss Conception (Energy Manipulation, Invisibility - Potency 3)
+
Bulwark (Energy Manipulation, Ally Empowerment - Potency 4)

Something like this
 
I mean in theory, we don't need Ally Empowerment for someone to be able to use a power on an ally. I'm certain that if someone was close to Miss Conception, holding her hand, she could throw invisibility over them. Certianly an Ally Empowerment tag on top might make it easier, but not necessary.
 
...you know, actually, thinking on it, Red Huntress + Memoria + Miss Conception might be an interesting set. Double Clairvoyance, Energy Manipulation and Invisibility, plus the already-stated Teleportation focus of Memoria, could result in a really strong ambusher, illusionist, escape route creator, diversion, combat control etc. person, if we give it to Homer.
