On a note unrelated to anything, I gotta ask: Do we know how Dr. Ibis helped out during the Movement? We know he was there but not in what capacity. Did he just direct his children from afar, in the backlines? Did he make himself a giant monster fleshsuit that only he could adequately pilot or something like that?

Sorry if it's been answered before, but the thread is hundreds of pages long.

No one has asked!

He was in the operations room with other smart heroes trying to figure out what was going wrong after letting his children go on a rampage against the behemoths.
 
What ever we do we must make sure that Project Prometheus doesn't fall into the wrong hands. Could you imagine what would happen if a villian with no sense of morality got there hands on it?

I feel like there's a high chance that the instant he cannot wriggle his way out of it, he'll just immediately throw Seraph under the bus without missing a single beat. Straight up:

White Hawk: "Like I said, either back it up with evidence or let her go-"
Stockpile: "My suit is actually detecting that there actually is psychic interference at work."
White Hawk (turning to him as though shocked): "What?" (turns back to Seraph) "...Seraph. I don't believe it, how could you? I trusted you. I can't believe you'd do this. For shame! We have high standards to live up to!"

...But that's still fucking him and Crusade by association.

Id drive most of the neutrals to Stockpiles hands atleast. Since obeying someone who'd immediately throw you under the bus doesnt inspire confidence.

The problem with Propping up a False Leader is that not everyone will understand and especially the public genuinely considers SIlvio as leader and they have keep up that charade. After all if WH is the one actually calling the shots why the hell isnt he Leader?

And while Crusade can just Replace Silvio if he becomes detrimental to them thad still be a Scandal unless tehy can have a convincing reason and either way Benching Silvio after propping him up as GJ successor and a Valiant would really damage Standing and Trust in Crusade.

The Invisible Force

Mr. Hunch (1) + iSpy (4) + Crimson Soprano (2) + Miss Conception (3)

This is my hope for a telekinetic set, with some extra Invisibility to help with defense. Room for growth, Miss Conception can be swapped with Millions of you wanna go cheaper.

Miss Conception is better since Illusions and Stacks with Ispys invisibility for a powerful one. Using Millions dractically weakens that combo.

Who knows at the very least Miss Concpetion should be better in Telekinesis compared to Millions energy absorption.

Also X2 Invisibilit means More powerful Invsibility as a Secondary Power and Invisible Telekinetic is pretty Rad.
 
I wonder if any of the many fictional telepathy blocks I've seen in fiction (going Zen and clearing your thoughts, reciting something long like in A Wrinkle In Time, thinking death threats at the telepath, sassing them out loud to interrupt them like Golden Sun, having a song struck in your head like Randy Cunningham: Ninth Grade Ninja etc etc) work in this setting.

Alright this Plan is Mainly about getting a powerful Teleportation ala Mona Flight while also getting a Synergy. Since I consider Teleportation Important enoough to make a Build cented around in making it powerful.

I went with Sewer Rat for the Final Part because SR senses is better than Daggermaw, his Transformation works better with Nox's and I like the idea of each DNA giving 1 part of the synergy to hopefully create a Really Powerful Synergy.

Now about Nox and SRats Transformation Nox is about Increased Size while SR is about Shrinking to rat size while Retaining Human Strenght. An Easy combo of the two is being able to freely chance size and as a Potent combo should give some sub powers like enhancing strenght when bigger or speed when smaller.
Now for the X1 Keywords I don't know what wed Retain but I'm confident that Mental Manipulation will remain since like with Memoria Teleport its Nox Main Power. How Id interact with other powers and changs is unkown but retaining Emotion absorption would be a pretty potent ability.

There are some risk in needing to Fuel the other abilities with Emotions but confident that X2 Teleportation and Transformation would remove the need for emotions to fuel since at the very least theyd be more powerful than Nox Mental Manipulation.

Is Ellie gonna accidentally fall into the Spring of the Drowned Man and become cursed to become a boy when splashed with water???
