My assumption for the E-B stat boost is that it'll be a big Hit boost, equal-ish but smaller Rep and Ops boosts and little to no Esp.

Do we have a plan for training next turn? My call is:

-Mona: Ops
-Maddie: Ops
-Rhys: Esp
-Noelle: Hit
-John: Hit or Ops

9 is the limit last I checked so we can't do Esp for Rhys. I say make it Ops or Rep instead.

I've also expressed my opinion before in this but I think we should do Maddie's personal random reward table for narrative purposes. My opinion for John's the same.

Noelle….depends on her stat distribution and turn 4 plans.

Rhys can train esp to 10 hell mona has 12 hit. Theres no reason hanyman cant get 10+ esp when its literally his core stat.

10 isny the lomit its the soft cap cause raising stat past either requires a strong power like mona or get lucky and roll a Nat 20 while training.

The Softcap yeh. Since Training needs roll double the stat to raise.

So to raise 9 to 10. Youd need to roll 18+

10 to 11 youd need to roll a 20.

Of course as Mona Shows S-Ranks can break the limits.

My mistake on Rhys, but I kinda based my assumption on Mona not getting training option after getting Hit 9.

That's because everyone gets a free +1 to every stat, and then they hit the Leizi/Opale model where they have to beat a check to improve (after which, training should focus on shoring up weaknesses).

I don't have strong opinions on what John Henry could be, but I'm leaning towards him being support, so Ally Empowerment could be a start.

Anyway, Bellwether's purpose seems pretty clear: A strong, psychic defense specialist who locks down against enemy influence and creates a strong tether for the group. He should be able to keep Mona safe from influence, as well as Noelle when a mission calls for her to not wear the suit. Eastwood also allows for some offensive utility.

Silvio does have better experiences than noelle with armor by making it if nothing else. Along with being more experienced as hero due to being Stockpile.

Also hed be more driven in beating Valiant Silver's succeessor. Unlike Noelle whod only be in the fight because Silvio is attacking or something.
